This isn't the location I usually visit, but it was nearby when I had my epiphany, so I turned in. I was looking for the comfort of the coffee, no doubt, but also the friendly service that I've grown to know and love from this brand. True to reputation, they did not let me down. The flavor is good. I'm a little nervous because it almost taste like it's not milk and it's half-and-half. It is not hot at all. It's supposed to be hot. Coffee cashier was very friendly and happy however, I thought it was little odd to ask me if I wanted to tip or skip and not allow me to decide and privacy if I wanted to tip, but she filled it out for me and it forced me to, do I want to tip her or not? First, they tell me that the Gummy Bear Soda isn't a real drink, even though I order it all the time, and the Asian girl with the orange top (worked 04/04/21 at approximately 10am) had the worst attitude when we tried explaining the the drink is actually REAL and in the app. Don't go to this location. I've used to love getting my coffee at this location; but the quality has gone down hill recently. The last 2 times that I have been ordering from here, I either get straight coffee eventhough I ordered my cold brew coffee with cream and syrup or my white coffee golden eagle have no coffee, what so ever, it taste just like plain half & half with caramel. The golden eagle that I ordered also give me food poisoning symptoms. I have to throw away a whole cup full after a couple of sips. I'm very disappointed and probably won't be getting my coffee at this location. read more

This is the closest Dutch that I live by and I'm a frequent customer here, but todays experience makes me feel disregarded. I pulled up in the line around 10:15am today and was behind 2 other cars and no one behind me. I had already placed my order with the girl and paid and am now waiting for the line to move up to get my drinks. This lady in a silver van pulls up and cuts me off. Mind you, there was no one behind me for a good 5 minutes. The lady cuts me off and almost hits my car and I honk and I roll down the window to tell her that I have already ordered and paid and was behind the red car in front of me so she would have to get behind me. She tells me "the sign back there says I have to merge" with an attitude. I told her "well I was here before you were and have already ordered. I'm behind that red car" at this point the lady rolls her window up and is giving me attitude refusing to let me in even though I was there first. At this point, the worker comes out and gives the red car their drink and hears the commotion of me honking and the lady and I going back and forth and doesn't do anything. I see two other workers standing by the door looking and one was the one who placed my order and didn't try to help either... I had to go in the exit lane to tell the girl at the window that I was next and I already placed my order and this lady cuts me off and she hasn't ordered. She just told me they'll bring me my drink out right here.. didn't even try to tell the other lady she was at fault... no apology. NOTHING! She was so close to hitting my car to the point where I had to back up to prevent her from it. Don't know how to feel about this location anymore. read more

He seemed to be in charge but make even me feel uncomfortable by how he was talking to his staff. A lot of times I come here. There won't be a line and a few cars are there with me behind. Then suddenly someone will come in and swoop into the next lane and they'll be helped out before the ones who were already there were. This place isn't the best Dutch bros.
