This guy saw a mother in distress and COMPLETELY took advantage of her and her state of panic. This guy pops the lock in mere seconds, then says she owes him $160, but had to use some specific app to pay him. She said she only had Venmo, so he says, "okay, Venmo me, but now the price is $250, because she couldn't use the app!?!?! You're thinking the same as me, "why didn't she download the app?" Well the stress of having the baby locked inside and the whole experience had her head running in circles, so she just paid him what he demanded. The REAL question is, "why was it even $160 to open something so simple???" This company is 100% pure shady and despicable. As an Elite Yelper, I dislike writing horrible 1-star review, but THIS is a company that I want to make SURE that people read about or think twice before calling.
