I hosted my daughter's graduation party at Dvine Restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. All of my guests had great things to say about the restaurant, especially about the quality and taste of the food. I was extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Dvine for this special occasion, and most importantly, my daughter was very happy. I highly recommend Dvine Restaurant for anyone looking to host a memorable event.

I purchased a Clipper voucher via Groupon a while back and although it doesn't expire until August 7th I decided to use it. Tucked away in the Los Altos shopping center, this lil gem can be hard to find if you blink an eye (I am very familiar with the area but have never come across it). We were promptly greeted by our server whom told us to take a seat anywhere. We must have lucked out as there was only one other table occupied but it could be the fact that it was a Monday evening so it was not crowded. As 1st timers here, we informed the server about the Clipper voucher as he was familiar with it. We started off ordering the grape leaves from the cold apps menu. The server also brought us a complimentary serving of their homemade falafel balls. The grape leaves were so soft, chilled (came on a chilled plate with lettuce as garnishment) and tasty! The falafel was also very yummy with sauce drizzled over. Next up we ordered the chicken kabob skewer (1) plate which comes with rice and two sides (we chose Med salad along with hummus). Everything comes out a la carte so our server brought us our hummus, pita, and Med salad on separate plates and then the chicken kabob skewer (minus the skewer) comes out with the rice. Everything was so flavorful and delicious! The chicken was tender and the rice was very tasty and had some different spices added to it. The hummus was to die for as it was very creamy and not how some places prepare it very "waxy" like. Our server also brought us a complimentary dessert consisting of their homemade rice pudding and baklava and both were delish! We spoke with the server and he stated that this place used to be an express in/out restaurant mainly for take out orders and since the new owners took over they made it more appealing for dining in (cute decor and ambience). Prices are not bad either, and they also serve beer and wine. Parking is pretty easy with plenty of spots and not too congested. So happy to have discovered this gem as there have been a couple of Med restaurants that have closed in our hood and the other few remaining are just mediocre or too expensive. This place is definitely worth it!

I must start off saying this place is beautiful inside. I came here today to try the lamb and beef plate with rice, spicy hummus\pita bread and the sumac onions. Everything tasted delicous! The service was one of the best i had at any restaurant. They come to your table with water which is a nice touch. Victor who is one of the staff members here was the best and i loved his attitude and friendliness. He is a wonderful man. They have TV's a bathroom, outside seating which is nice. The meats were very favorful and easy to cut! The onions were seasoned well and the falafel plate was excellent! They have pepsi products here which is a bonus to me. I'm happy i stopped here! Been meaning to come here for so long and delighted that we did for a late Saturday lunch: even before we ordered, we got a beautiful single falafel, quartered, with delightful sauces. I love the way everything is plated: all the mini separateness of foods is delightful, and at the base of every plate are greens underneath the bowls...it makes everything so much more shareable, too. I ordered the salmon which was out of this world, melt-in-your-mouth delightfulness. My partner got the falafel, even better than the free appetizer, because freshly fried (in oil that is clearly the right temperature and changed often enough to be unnoticeable and light), so crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside: yum! Paid the extra (and well-spent) $2 to upgrade one side to the spicy garlic potatoes: perfection of crisp and fluff, rhyming with the falafel. Light fluffy garlic sauce. Great mutabal, cabbage salad, and tabouli; all fresh and alive. Pro-tip: we parked on the little parking lot in the other side of Trader Joes for ease of in and out. Light cool space: the cucumber mint mocktail is perfect for a hot day. Staff are amazing and hustling (just a cook and a waiter who also plates and preps!!) We now have a new go-to mediterranean near our house for takeout, too: can't wait to be lazy and get the family meal.

We ordered the Falafel entree...first we noticed the pita was missing, the rice has chicken broth in it, nowhere was this listed. The fatayer was only cooked on one side, is that how its done now? And the falafel was soo burnt, like bitter burnt crunchy grossness...seriously!!! Too many fails Im totally confused about the hype for here

Love this place! First time trying and I was very impressed. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with Mediterranean salad and beet salad. The portion was huge. It was 2 meals for me. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The owner also gave me some baklava to try and they were perfect.

Right after church, the belly was rumbling! Yesterday, when I was looking on Yelp, I realize that there was a Mediterranean restaurant close by. So I drove right to it. I walked in cute Little restaurant and got my food to go. I ordered the beef Sharma, beat salad and hummus. He said it would be ready soon . So I walked to Trader Joe's Grabbed a couple things and came right back . He was very sweet and had me seated in a booth and send me home with some free rice pudding. On top of the rice putting is a link to Yelp Now. That's good marketing.! This food was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing. I will definitely be returning five stars.

This Mediterranean spot has been on my "to try" list for a while and sure didn't disappoint. The food was very very good. Although I did takeout, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and much more inviting for a dine in experience. I decided to order the 2 item combo (chicken and beef Shawarma) with the idea of trying more of the menu at once. At $25 for the 2 meat combo, I found it to be a bit pricey vs 1 meat choice at $18. However, all items includes in the meal were tasty, full of flavor, and I was definitely satisfied. Located in the same parking lot as aTrader Joe's, but on what I'd consider the backside facing Stearns. I never realized there were businesses on that side. Parking right in front. Dining in for the next visit is the plan for a full experience.

TL;DR: The best D'vine around me. Super fresh mediterranean food with expert cooking and flavors. Great hospitality. It's a farther D'vine, but it's well worth the travel for me. Food: I got the pita chicken shawarma. It was so delicious. The chicken was so flavorful and tender. You can add any toppings, and I got hummus, garlic sauce, cucumbers, and sumac onions. Service: My server was so sweet and attentive. The best hospitality I've experienced in a long time. Ambiance: The place was well decorated and homey, while still looking very modern.

This is my favorite restaurant of Long Beach!!! Me and my friends got catering from here a couple months ago and it was absolutely spectacular. This Mediterranean food, ambiance, and customer service is truly an out of this world 10/10 experience. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The owner is a doll!!! Everything comes out incredibly fresh, hot, juicy, and very filling!! I don't go out to eat much, but this is a spot I will always recommend going to with friends or even dining alone. It's worth every compliment and appetite! read more

Dvine Mediterranean Experience is exactly that--an experience. The food is exceptionally fresh and flavorful, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. From the hummus to the grilled meats, every bite was spot-on. The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. It's a great local gem in Long Beach, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. We highly recommend this place if you're in the area craving Mediterranean done right. Tell Jesus "the Slater women" sent you. We had the chicken Shawarma ,hummus, lentil, soup, rice, pilaf, cooked to perfection and so much more which we had to take home. I almost hate to talk so highly of this place because it will get crowded, but it was,,,DDDDDVine! DVine Mediterranean is located in a small strip mall just off of Bellflowe and Stearns. John was our server who warmly welcomed and seated us. We placed our order and within a short time we were served. Wile we were dining we noticed LOTS of to go orders which was understandable as our meals were delicious! The hummus, tabbouleh, salmon and kefta were THE best! Were huge Mediterranean foodies and frequent many of the Mediterranean restaurants in town and we felt the preparations at DVine were just as good as the much pricier options nearby. 4/5 stars was awarded because the rice lacked the flavoring that one would expect for a well seasoned Mediterranean meal. Lastly, what stood out heads and shoulders above the food was our server John's kind demeanor which made our experience just that much more enjoyable. Look forward to returning soon. read more

The restaurant was charming, beautifully decorated, and clean. The restroom was good as well, clean and smelled nice. We started with the spinach and cheese fatayer which was served with a creamy garlic dip. The fatayer was warm and savory and perfectly complimented with the cool dip. For our meals, we had the chicken shawarma, lamb chops, cucumber yogurt, hummus, and Mediterranean salad. The meals we ordered came with a delicious, flavorful rice and a warm pita. To wrap things up, we had the cold, cinnamon topped rice pudding that had just the right amount of sweetness, as well as, the nutty, flaky baklava. Jesus was our server, he was friendly, attentive, and took pride in the food. The only bad thing I have to say about this restaurant is that we live too far away from it to visit more often. read more

Holy cow!!!! Hidden gem sooooo good! Came for lunch and was skeptical but I'm now in my happy place! Perfect sizes, cooked perfectly. If you like garlic sauce, they have the perfect blend. Cucumber yogurt so fresh. The fafalel was flavorful and moist, not dry and chalky like so many other places. The kefta and lamb kebab were perfectly grilled. No overcooking or overly charred. Beet salad and Mediterranean salad was a wonderful accompaniment, simple and fresh. The decor was adorable and very IG worthy. Floral and colorful backdrops. Clean restrooms. The service was great! After just one bite, I immediately felt bad for all the other Mediterranean restaurants in Long Beach. Dvine is in a league of its own. Nothing else comes close. The beef shawarma was tender and juicy, brimming with flavor. It's unlike any other shawarma I've had in the past, anywhere. The rice was also seasoned well, and visibly so. The hummus was warm and fragrant. The dolmas had the richest taste and the filling inside was so satisfying. The only thing that could be improved was the pita bread, which was good but not superb, but I am just nit-picking now. Service was friendly and very efficient. My food was ready in less than five minutes on a Sunday evening. The interior was hip and instantly Instagramable. I will share my favorite Middle-Eastern place with all of my friends so they can experience the divine themselves. read more

Stopped here a what seemed to be a soft opening. There were several big parties but the service was still good. Food: A: Chicken pita pocket kabob - Very tasty. Chicken flavor was good and it had a nice char to it. Red onions and garlic sauce made this. I would definitely get this again. A: Chicken Shawarma entree. A+ - Dubai cookie skillet - this will be on rotate! So good but be careful if you have nut allergies! Ambiance - B. Some tables are shared. The flower wall was a little cheesy but I get it. Dvine makes every other 5-star review I've written feel unworthy. You can tell that the owners and staff truly care about the space and the guest experience. I stopped in with my partner and friend for dinner while not feeling 100%, and the dinner was so nutritious and abundant that it raised my whole mood. Firstly, the space itself was adorable, well-lit, and literally spotless. They also had multiple vegan options to choose from, labeled them all clearly on their menu, and every aspect of the meal was packed with flavor. The portion sizes were enough to share and take home. The service was prompt, thoughtful, and attentive. My favorite part of the meal was the Baklava, which we did not order but was brought to our table for dessert (which is beyond generous!) Again, this place really considered the guest experience and dining here made my night. I'd highly recommend Dvine for anyone needing a clean, abundant meal. We will absolutely be back! read more

Very clean and cute Mediterranean spot in the Target strip mall. From the outside, you would have no idea how tasty this place is! Dvine is a casual restaurant- perfect for takeout or a lowkey meal in. My husband and I tried it out for dinner and look forward to coming back. Our server was 10/10. Extremely friendly and attentive guy. He made our whole experience even more enjoyable with his great attitude. Would order again: chicken shawarma, chicken kebab, Kefta kebab, and the Greek salad. Would not order again: babaganoush (lacked flavor), and beef shawarma (very dry). We were indifferent on the Kubeh appetizer. read more

Found this place by accident. Glad I did. We were in the neighborhood and did a search for food. It's a small place with a great staff. They asked if we've ever been here before. I said, (please refer to sentence three.) I went there today, it was my fourth time and it did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor, when you go, take home leftovers. read more

I came here to have lunch because it was close so I could rush off to class... and didn't expect too much... but when I got my salmon... oh my... it was so moist and flavorful, I forgot about the class and enjoyed my food... I also got the spicy hummus, which was included along with salad and pickled cucumbers... all soooo good! By the time we got our food enjoyed each others company and ate our food, I completely forgot about class... the atmosphere was so relaxing... I was late for class, but no matter, the food and eating with friends priceless. read more

I went to D'Vine recently for a private party! I must say I was express, it's a charming place, very cozy! The food was amazing, from the appetizers to the main dish to dessert was great. Good food. Came here at the recommendation of someone out of town trying out popular spots in the area. Couldn't have made a better choice. Food was super good. Unbeknownst to me, my company had their food catered at the office, and it tasted the same in the restaurant, fresh from the kitchen. We had ordered an appetizer and a main course. The team was kind to bring us a sample of their most popular dish, and the food came out shortly after. When we asked for the bill, they brought out some dessert, and my goodness was that good. I visited on a sunny day with great weather. The weather and the way the shop was decorated, wall art, table settings, etc made the place feel amazing. Super delicious food here at D Vine Mediterranean in Long Beach. Located on the corner of Bellflower blvd & Stearns st. The dishes are freshly made. From start to finish the meals and appetizers were full of flavor. Special thanks to the owner Jesus for taking the time to help us pick different dishes to try. This place is a must try. Great food, great atmosphere. We tried this restaurant today for the first time and everything was very tasty. How have we not been here before. It think someone new took it over and they are killing it. We will definitely be back. Don't forget the dessert. Everything was simply divine! The service, food, ambience, everything. I went with my husband for a late afternoon meal and we ordered the cauliflower, chicken and beef shawarma with sides of spicy hummus, cucumber salad, and potato salad. Everything was fresh and exceeded our expectations. The pita was wonderfully nice and warm, pairing well with our food. We also had their desserts, all 3 of the Baklava, Rice Pudding, and Dubai chocolate cookie skillet and they were all stunningly delicious. Highly recommend the skillet, that was an instant fave! The service was wonderful. Kaylee, our server, tended to us often and offered many options and suggestions regarding the menu. Overall, the dining experience was lovely.
