I never got a response to multiple emails and phone calls. When someone needs a tow, they are usually already dealing with a stressful situation and are relying on the towing company to be upfront about what they will be charged. In my experience, that did not happen here. I walked away from this experience feeling misled, overcharged, and as though this company simply did not care about me as a customer.
