I called the other company and they didn't answer my call, so I gave Midas a try. They were able to get me in quickly, picked my car up and even picked up the receipt from my diagnostic at the dealership. They communicated when they were on their way to pick up my vehicle and checked in before headed to my house. They were SO agile getting my care up my long skinny driveway - it took all of 2 minutes, I swear it was like watching a surgeon. When we tried to explain the circumstances, he threw a tantrum and said "he is not doing this with us" after 15 seconds into the conversation. Would not release our car because we said we were going to call manager to dispute charges based on signage (he said the signage was not updated). Made us pay in cash because he feared we would dispute credit card charges. Very unprofessional service in all regards. Cops said they have terrible service and our complaints were quite common. Cops handled us wonderfully. True professionals.
