Located super close to the Sonoma Square, this studio was easy to find, convenient to drop-into, and provided us exactly the flow class we needed. I went on a Sunday morning and my husband actually went on Saturday and Sunday. The class was challenging, instructor was attentive and motivating, and the energy in the class was super positive. They also have mats, blocks, blankets, etc... and the studio and bathrooms are clean. (Sadly, that isn't always the case). Owners Jacqi & Donavan and the rest of their team have created a really welcoming community feel...another thing I never thought I would say about a gym. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. It is great to work out in a place with a real cross section of people. Whether you are 18 or 81 this gym is for you. Also, no one has called me bro once which has really improved the gym experience.
