Was recommended to this shop, I've been coming here ever since, always welcoming and super helpful. Before I had my car's body fixed they helped me get my alignment done. Now they re-did the alignment, helped me out getting my four new Michelin tires and oil change which was half price due to the other two services. I have a IID on the car, they worked around it, worked efficient it all happened early in the morning as soon as the shop opened ai got the call from the owner that my tires had arrived. Marlo at DWS tires was a true gem! We ran into the worst luck of getting a nail in our tire on our way home in the rain. We kept calling around and could not find someone that late to help us. Luckily we stumbled upon DWS while calling. Our luck had it that we were 30 minutes away and would arrive late, but Marlo said not to worry and to make our way over. Marlo stayed later than the shop closed to help us, was kind and patient, and he instantly calmed us down as we were waiting. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently (less than 20 minutes!) Pressed for time.. I called this place, after seeing the great reviews... I got there, and my car was quickly raised up and they started to work on it. My brakes have been squeeking for a few days. Thinking they'd try to have me change all brake pads (Because I'm a lady) , I was prepared to let them know I know a thing or two about my brakes. I was pleasantly surprised that they told me that only the back brakes need to be changed, and they suggested that sometime in the near future the front ones need to be changed... I work at a Caliber Collision that's just right around the corner from this shop .. we're not only a business but a Corporation. Customer service at this business was terrible . Took no responsibility for their actions . I took my brand new Set of wheels in to have some tires dismounted & I haven't even had these set of wheels for a week. Once I began inspecting them for any damages I noticed a ding and a scuff on one of my rims and requested some type of courteous treatment or maybe even a reimbursement for the damages they caused . Keep in mind that this is a family owned business . So they will cover each-others asses by all means necessary . The manager told me that it wasn't his problem and he couldn't do anything to help me . Why mess up your own wheels when you can pay someone to professionally mess them up for you. Had a flat tire last Sunday after 5:30pm when most shops were already closed for the day. I called around to different shops and talked to Marlon who told me he would stay open for me to help me. Got there and he patched my flat tire in 15 minutes. He replaced the spare tire with my tire and I was on my way. Super fast friendly service. I came here today with my brother, the man and his son or whatever he was to him, he treated us so poorly. I believe they did not know we knew how to speak/understand Spanish, so he was speaking a lot under his breath saying things to his partner or son about us, just annoyed at the fact that we were there with a slightly lowered vehicle. We had called him prior to ask and see if he takes vehicles that are a little lower and if he has dealt with them before, he said yes and that we can head there asap, so we did and it seemed as if he didn't want us to even be there, he wasn't able to do my vehicle, I drove pretty distant to get to this place as it is Labor Day and there's selective shops open, he said some bad comments in Spanish about us, calling us names that I would not want to repeat due to religious reasons, that is not the way we speak. But we confronted him about it and the man was upset and surprised we understood him and he tried to make an excuse for his actions instead of apologizing as a business man should to his potential customers. We love supporting our own people but this was out of line and not acceptable. He argued with my brother and did not care, he did not have any respect, nor morals. All these reviews speak for themselves and I can GLADLY express my opinion. I am currently a production manager at caliber collision, shop 1009. With that being said, I'm in charge of getting vehicles PROPERLY repaired and returned to their owner. I would roughly say I bring them at least $5,000-10,000 a month depending on the work we receive on things such as alignments, suspension work, mounting and balancing wheels, and anything tpms related. Never in our 2 years of business with this family owned shop did I think they would treat one of our best employees with such disrespect and plain out bad service. Our tech brought in a brand new set of $2,000 rims with some tires that are another $2,000 to get unmounted. Not only did they damage 2 rims but they also didn't take fault for their actions, making excuses such as "they can't do anything about it" or "they were like that when they came in". As I said they were brand new!!! I am always big on customer service and let alone just doing good business. Please do not come here, I can admit we have had customers complain about our shop messing up a TPMs sensor or us putting a tire on the wrong direction... but it's embarrassing to say we trust them to do it for us. We've had plenty of complaints about this tire shop, but I know them personally... so I still tried to keep our bridge. Sadly after this I don't think we will ever return to such an ignorant shop. This just goes to show you can help someone out, you can keep business going, but at the end of the day, there is no cure for greed or ignorance. Please save your money, time, and belongings. Good work at this place. Had some alignment issues and took my car on a Sunday afternoon. Process was fast and efficient. Car runs perfect now and the mechanic noted some parts in my suspension that need replacing that he will take care of and with a 30 day warranty. Pretty good pricing and honest people. I can't believe I found this hidden gem, they pretty much do everything here suspension, wheels and tires wise. They even build custom spacers. They instantly turned my bad luck turned into good luck! I hit a dumbbell or something while on the freeway and it completely flattened one of my tires. As I was exiting the freeway a good samaritan stayed behind me to make sure I pulled over safely, and then recommended this place to me. He was even kind enough to follow behind me the whole way while I snailed along. My spare tire was stolen a couple years back and I never replaced it because of how expensive it was. This dude is HONEST man... and nowadays that's hard to come by. I took my dad's dodge truck in for an alignment and the owner said that he'll check it out, he did and told me that he had to repair a minor issue on the right side hub. I contacted DWS tires through Yelp and got a response that the El Monte shop was open today (Sunday) for wheel alignments. I called and was told to come down. There were two cars ahead of me so I waited in my car until they were ready. The mechanic was super friendly and he corrected the alignment...no more drifting to the right. I'm super happy I came across this business and the fact they are open on Sundays is a huge plus. read more

he visitado este lugar de reparacion de llantas por muchos años hasta que finalmente tube una mala experiencia, resulta que fui a hacer un cambio de TPS SENSOR de un rim a otro rim y me han cobrado $40 dolares eso es demaciado pero aqui viene lo inusual he inesperado, le dije que le pagaria con debit card y me dice que $5.00 dolares serán cargados adicional por pagar con tarjeta nunca en mis 15 años de estadia en los EE.UU me havian cobrado $5.00 simplemente por usar tarjeta y la maria de las veces pago con tarjeta me solian cobrar $0.50-1.00 pero jamas $5.00 la neta se pasan, de chorizo a como yo miré quizas fue porque tenian muchos clientes y regularmente hay dos personas el dueño y un ayudante pero hoy havian 5 personas trabajando y a lo mejor poreso se siente la gran cosa lo mas triste es que paisano Salvadoreño del mismo rancho man lastimosamente los latinos nos asemos pedazos entre los mismo conclusion del caso UN CLIENTE MENOS!!! read more
