I learned that you'd have to return them via mail (fed ex) which you have to pay for, it's $7 that comes out of your expected refund. You'll have to package it in a box and go to fed ex and it takes a week at least for them to receive it - it's in New Jersey. Then several more days for them to process the return (I'm at this stage right now with my online return) and a few more days to see my refund. What a HUGE hassle!!!!!!! I don't really shop here - I have done so once in the past (last year) in store during a sale for a down jacket which I have to this day and is one of my favorites, very lightweight and keeps me warm.
