At my initial consultation, my hips were not recommended to me. The office manager was very rude, I was in tears, and felt no recourse after being told that it would take an additional $2400 to fix the problem they created! After speaking with a representative over the phone, I agreed to come to a consultation at Sono Bello in Ontario. I was examined by Dr. Javan who listened to my complaints and determined that too much fat was liposuctioned out of my right side, leaving the dent. After some back-and-forth with the office manager, they agreed to fix the problem created by the Beverly Hills office at no charge to me! From start to finish, my experience at the Ontario office was very pleasant and reassuring and I am now completely satisfied with my procedure. I would recommend the Ontario office, but definitely stay away from the Beverly Hills office!
