He came on time and he quickly assessed my garage and basement. He saw my charger and indicated that it's a plug-in which may cause some problems. He recommended a hardwire solution. Luckily my EV charger supplier was able to swap out the charger free of charge. Dave and team came on the scheduled day and installed the charger and connected it to my electrical panel. He labeled everything for me and showed me how it worked. Great value and great service.

I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. I also didn't see any of the small mistakes that I find contractors often make (eg trampling something I asked them to avoid). Oh and their price was lower than others I had gotten estimates from.

They worked efficiently through a long list of tasks and checked in with us about the additional items we wanted to add. Anywhere they needed to cut into a wall, they patched it neatly before leaving. We couldn't be happier with the results. He shut the power off, for safety reasons. He came back the next day which was a Sunday, to temporarily restore power.
