I thought the burger was good. I don't remember the name but it had BBQ sauce and onion rings on it. I added bacon because you can't go wrong with bacon on a burger. I am not a fan of the onion rings. The breading falls off the onions with every bite. The bun was so soft and I really loved it. We come for the English chips which are hard to find and this place they are the best. Try them they are better than fries. The family all seemed to enjoy their meals. I'm just going to be blunt. We ordered two burgers: A veggie burger, and a 2x2. The veggie burger literally had no patty. No burger patty! It had everything BUT the patty. Then, the 2x2 was so dry, my boyfriend struggled to swallow with every single bite. We don't live in Ogden, so we had to just pick it up and leave, and sadly, that meant that by the time we got home, it was too late to go back. They were closed. We tried to call them this morning, but their number provided online leads to some disconnected line. So, we just have to go in and see if there's anything they can do about this. We paid like six dollars for a burger with no patty. That's no small screw up. UPDATE: We ended up getting ahold of them, after two days, and were credited back the money we spent from last time. However, we just stopped back in and still paid a couple of dollars for the food, for the same items. That wasn't too big of a deal. The food was underwhelming. They put on my patty this time, and my boyfriend's burger was actually edible, but neither of our burgers were at all filling. We're still hungry. So, that sucks. read more

After placing our order, the rude lady with the piercing near her eye brought out our food and was snippy when we didn't know our order number; even though a receipt wasn't provided. She set our food down and we realized that it was what we had ordered. I brought it to her attention and her response was simply, "well that's what he put in and charged you for". Then she proceeded to tell us that he's new and didn't have anyone there to help us...? I guess that's also our problem. She offered no solution and just continued to stare at me. Only problem I have is their rewards program; they either dont enter the info, or you seriously dont get anything. They do it by taking down your phone number. I don't even know where to begin with this place! This place is my cheat-on-my-diet go to place every week for the past two months! Some of the best food you can get in Ogden! Their burgers are to die for. I get their smokey bacon with guac, extra pickles and jalepenos. Their fries are hands down the best fries I have ever had. They are golden, crispy perfection. I'm an ice cream fiend and their shakes make me melt! My favorite lately is a pumpkin shake with chocolate chips and brownie chunks. ALL of their food is good. The food here is great, it does not taste like fast food and they have a wide variety of menu items, including omelets and fantastic salads. Their veggie burger is amazing, and they will let you swap cottage cheese for french fries. They also have the NICEST employees, I often come and stay for hours, using their wifi to get work done. I've apologized for staying so long and they laugh it off and say they love it--so I'm taking them at their word. Loved this place for a long, long time. I would give it 5 stars for a local burger place, but the fries have changed recently. I went through the drive-thru to order. I looked over the menu. I realized it was all a bit pricey, but I went with it anyways. As I was looking over the menu I decide to go if fish and chips. I ordered. and then pulled up. There was one customer in front of me and one behind me. The customer behind me got his order before us so I was a little displeased that they got their order before the two in front of him. I waited in line I continue to wait and took a little bit longer than it should for a drive through. I finally got my order and when I looked at it was really small and I got three pieces of fish in the meal and I don't know about that I paid almost 14 bucks for this meal. I thought it would've been a decent size portions. From here on out I will never order from them again just because of the price. If i could give 0 starts I would. Went to Dylan's last night a little before they closed, me my kids and husband. Pulled to the drive through and we asked if the Lime Rickey's were still 99 cents. (they're my kids favorite) when the young lady responded "no" my husband said "oh okay never mind then" the girl tried to argue and say "oh we have ice cream?" my husband responded "no thanks" and as we were backing away she says "c'mon it's ice cream...asshole." was in complete shock. I don't know if she didn't think her head set was still on or what....but my young boys heard this, and couldn't believe it either. I went inside told another young lady who said she was the manager and she said she would talk to her, while I was explaining to her what happened the little blonde heard me and ran to the back. probably felt ashamed. Still proceeded to call this morning and speak with a kind gentleman who said he was a manager as well. he said he would be writing her up. I still cant believe what happened and how horrible customer service was last night, to call my husband such a terrible name because we changed our mind. completely speechless. read more
