What caught my eye... interesting flavored candy bars. Chicken and waffles, peanut butter and jelly, bourbon pecan pie, etc... At $4.25 a bar I purchased the bourbon pecan pie and I am glad I did. It's delicious! Bourbon- not my thing. Pecan pie-my thing. My husband even commented that he was surprised at my choice but I said it sounded good and after he tried it, he agreed.

We we're giving samples of delicious truffles as well as purchased delicious chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and chocolate bars. Recently I visited the shop and was popular surprise that they were offering shop made ice cream. Although brownies are not currently on the menu until next month I was able to purchase their vanilla based ice cream that was full of brownie pieces and dark chocolate. I have nothing but good things to say about chocolatier Blair Potts and his friendly wife Margo. Because this is a chocolatier shop and everything is made from scratch, of course the costs are not the same as your average candy store or supermarket. Everything I've ever purchased from that shop was absolutely amazing and worth every penny.

It was delicious! The melty brie and the crunchy bacon had a great texture, and the hot honey gave it a slight kick. My friend had the Berry Loaded waffle, with strawberries, blueberries, Nutella, and whipped cream. The fruit and whipped cream were both very fresh. And they don't skimp on the toppings - you get all the flavors in every bite. Definitely a place with crave-worthy treats that I'll be sure to visit any time I'm in Charlotte.
