Awesome dental office! It was my first time going there and staff were super friendly and attentive. Right when I walked in the front desk greeted me and asked if I had an appt in which I did. Then proceeded to check my info and verified everything before asking me to sit. (I completed all the new patients form online before my appt, I recommend you do as well) My appt was at 2pm, it wasn't too crowded maybe 3-4 other people there. I was quickly called and Trina, my hygienist, led me to one of the rooms. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Xrayed me since it was my first time there before the doctor came in. Dr Denisse Montalvo had a warm personality and while reviewing my teeth talked on what she was doing and what I should be aware of, very informative. Afterwards Trina proceeded to my cleaning and she was quite gentle, I didn't feel any pain at all. Overall, I had a great experience! read more

Wow. Is really all I can say. Just wow. I have never experienced a dentist visit quite like this. Every step of the way the staff made sure I was okay, made sure I was comfortable. I am truly blown away by the level of kindness every single person gave to me during my appointment. Even more impressive, during my procedure I was cold, I was given a blanket, I needed to to stop and sit up and drink some water, that was accommodated. When I told the doctor I was in pain she listened. I have never had a dentist be so attentive, paitent, understanding and kind. She created a safe place for me that I didn't think I would ever feel again after a previous tramatic experience at the dentist. When going over treatment plans, she was understanding of not just what needed to be done, but also my budget, and I am extremely grateful to have found this dental practice and to have had this experience. read more

Dr. Denisse Montalvo is the best doctor ever. She diagnosed my bruxism that I did not realize was this severe. Yay botox at age 28 but she made the procedure so calm and fast. They have always been flexible with my hectic work schedule in regards to my last minute necessities and cancellations. With our kids getting older we switched from their pediatric dentist to a family dental practice that can treat our whole family. I picked Dynamic Dental after seeing an ad in my church bulletin and their location is very convenient, just off Bradshaw Rd. and Highway 50. Switching was very easy. I made the appointment online and the intake forms were sent to my email so I could complete at home prior to my arrival. The dental staff were friendly, fast and thorough in their work. Dr. Andrade and Dr. Montalvo are both very gentle, kind and caring. They want all their patients to be proud of their smiles. My previous dentist would employ dental students who treated me and I saw my actual dentist about 50% of the time. I met both Dr. Andrade and Dr. Montalvo within my first two visits. Front desk staff Karina and Evelyn are welcoming and professional. Evelyn took the time to explain my insurance coverage. After many years of neglect, I went to Dynamic dental to help with a severe toothache. They were able to get me in that same day and Dr. Montalvo was very kind. She understood how some people are nervous about going to the dentist and always makes sure you feel at ease. I've been a patient of hers for maybe 6 years now, and no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist. I think I've been seen by Dr. Andrade once or twice and he was great as well. Worst dental office I have ever been to and I work as a dental assistant, I called to reschedule an appointment I was unable to get the day off work. I called and spoke with someone named Stephanie whom said that there are no cleaning appointments with their hygienist, I asked why the DDS is unable to do the cleaning (last time I was there the hygienist informed the DDS that she needed to go and asked the DDS if she wanted to do my cleaning, which is why I asked why she could not do it) I'm am a dental assistant of 11 years so I know DDS can do cleanings. Stephanie said that the hygienist went to school for cleanings so they do cleanings better that the DDS lol, Ok so I guess the DDS did not attend school and she is really not that good. Then after all that she said I would need to put down half the treatment cost just to schedule an appt my work cost 900 and I NEVER in my 11 years heard off a office requiring like 400$ just to schedule an appointment in May and I have not had the work done yet.... This office is more so money hungry and acting as though the DDS are just the best in Sacramento that their work is guaranteed great to pay for it before it gets done. I would not refer anyone and I don't wanna give them anymore of my money and time after today. There are several DDS in Sacramento and that behavior and protocol is not needed. read more
