If and when you get a vehicle with them take the trackers off and use an alternate address, they don't have grace periods on their contracts when you miss a payment for losing your job they'll turn your car off no matter where you are. And once they turn the car off it will be repod the next day. They will also accelerate your loan once repossessed meaning you will owe how much the car is worth plus the repo fees. And if you want to update your payment dates they make you pay more money. Don't FA an FO. Save your money and go to a real dealership. Got my car in February 2023. In May 2023 I had my car repossessed, after I had already made arrangements to pay late, I got off work just to see my car was gone.. I got an email stating that if my payment was made by 7 pm on that Wednesday my account would be up for REVIEW to be repossessed. They picked it up the next day. When I picked up my car all my personal belongings were missing, everything that wasn't worth anything was thrown all over the inside of the car. I asked the finance manager about my belongings and he was quick to blame the homeless in the area and Austin Towing and. recovery. The towing company denied removing my personal belongings. I never recovered my belongings. My car was returned with no gas. The next day on my way to work check engine light came on with a warning about the oil pressure being low and to shut the engine off, Damn car had no oil in the motor. If it hadn't been for the warning the motor would've locked up. I just got the car in February and I hadn't even driven 30000 miles yet. So why was it out of oil. SMH. I changed the oil the next day. Their vehicles are equipped with a gps system which can also be disabled in case of non payment. Why not doable my car for non payment rather than having it repossessed and having me pay over $800 dollars to get it back. Looks like it's all about money. They have a referral bonus, which I was referred to by my daughter. When I signed my contract I scratched a ticket that qualified my daughter for $100 and myself $100 off the purchase of my vehicle. Till this day neither one of us. Has received one cent from them. I have also made them aware of that. And still not a dime. I was left once again stranded in the parking lot of Target off Barnes Drive, because Dynamc decided to doable my vehicle, for no reason at all. My payment is current and isn't due till July 1sr. Today is June 25th. WTF!!!! I came out of Target, tried to start my vehicle, but wouldn't even crank. Thought it was the battery but nope, they disabled my car. There's no after hours number to call, so I'm without a vehicle. I had to walk home from target, with my 2 year old niece and all my personal belongings from inside the car, because I couldn't get the car to lock. It was Hot as Hell and I had to walk with my 2 year old niece in the heat for an hour, because ya decided to cut my shit off. It's a 29 minute walk from target to my apt according to Google but when you have a 2 year l in tow it took us a little over an hour. If I would've known everything I know now about Dynamic I would've never gone there. I gave 3000 down and have WEEKLY payments of $186. And I'm sitting here without a vehicle, unable to go to work, or do anything for that matter because they disabled my car for NO REASON.. I'll be calling them first thing in the morning and all I'll get is apologies and excuses. When really, it should've never been disabled. I've dealt with all these issues in such a short time. I'm looking to get out of this contract by trading in this car because my personal opinion is that they don't care about their customers. Repossessing a car after just a few days late instead of disabling it, that's pretty F***** U* . Everyone runs into financial problems sometimes. So my daughter followed me there in her car and we dropped off the Jeep at 9, admiring the 2017 Dodge Charger on the lot as we left. I was expecting to be taking the bus and hitching rides for a week. What a pleasant surprise when Randy, the manager, called in a couple of hours and explained everything in detail to me. (They are the finance company hence why it's a buy here pay here dealership) she then comes back to say there is nothing she can do they need the payment. They are not willing to work with their customers when they are going through a hardship. Very rude people that work in their office. They will shut your car off after the 4th day your payment is late and pick it up on the 5th day. Do not buy from them you will regret!! I purchase my vehicle 3 years ago. Never had an issue til they decided to add insurance coverage to my policy even though I had coverage with GEICO for 8 years now. Called and emailed them all my insurance info they claimed 72 hours and they would get back with me. It's been 8 days they never reached me. I called them back and emailed still no resolve. I called and was routed to the rudest person I've ever spoken Aliyah she claimed I never emailed them, GEICO never did and they couldn't help me with anything and hung up on me. I traveled to the office 10 minutes later called Aliyah from the front office of dynamic and she said the documents barely arrived. How is her email not working either for 24 hours but conveniently has them once I was in office. So we updated GEICO accordingly in front of the cashiers that never followed up with me and now they are telling me I have to wait another 72 hours and refuse to apply the extra I paid to my car payment. They basically created any reason to be rude and not be helpful. Contacted BBB to report the issue and my attorney will be contacting them Monday. I'm so disappointed how they handled this. They refused to admit they made a mistake and are charging me for their lack of effort. I guess because of my last name they thought I couldn't read or speak English. Well they crossed the wrong one. I was In a finder bender and took the car back to Dynamic to be fixed. I told them I hit a pole and the bumper came off and the radiator was bent up. I asked for it to be fixed via gap insurance. Everything was okay I thought. I get to pick up my car they literally don't fix anything related to the accident. They told me they weren't the body shop they can't fix it but still Charge me a $200 deductible to fix a problem not related to the accident. Then I was told it's a $250 Deductible to fix the body damage. Remind you they are all having a whole attitude every time I speak to them. I have to have my family call on my behalf because I get so upset. Now I told them ok I'll pay can you tow it there please and she said yes I call Thursday (4days later) and no one has touched the car. Mind you I'm a single mother of four I'm now going on 3 weeks no paycheck. My sons father is paying all this for I have not worked in 2wks and this is now the 3rd week they've had my car. So I go up there and pay the $250 and all hell breaks loose I asked why they fixed something not related to the accident first and why didn't they tell me anything they just let it sit there. He tells me he can't fix the radiator cuz the car is bent up. So I ask why didn't y'all send it to the body shop first cuz now I'll have to pay another 200 Deductible to fix what's under the hood after they fix the body. These people are shady and will Deceive you anyway they can to get your money. Do you know if I want to trade in this car later I'd have to pay off whole new down payment but that's besides the point. I asked them to tow right lady never called me back to let me know how much I'd be so I was all I'll just drive it this is Ridiculous. They gave me my key gave me and address to take the car oh and a name of the place guess what. Two different locations my sons dad said I'll pay the tow fee so it goes to the right place and no surprise they won't answer my phone. Yes they have caller ID. I would give them a zero if I could. I'm trapped in the contract take it from me you don't want business with them. I'm on the verge of loosing my job and my car because of the time they have wasted squeezing all the money out of me. i bought a car from dynamic motors in march and I have had to take it back up there 4 times already. One time i even had to tow it up there. I am paying thousands of dollars just to have a car with a new problem every two weeks. Today I went in because the ac went out and the mechanic was going to take a look at it and tell me the problem before we fix it so i know how much it would cost to fix. Before he started the boss came in and told me it was gonna be $105 just to look at it. On top of that every time I have had a problem its been really hard to get someone to look at it. i have to go every morning and hope they can see me. The mechanic here is very nice. its not his fault. Just thought i should mention that. I would not recommend this place at all.
