Dynamic towing (Bloomington location) is a predatory company that unethically tows cars in my community. There are several cars parked in guest parking lots in my community which are never towed. They seem to be in agreement with an HOA board member who never has his car towed but has been parked there for weeks on end. My kid parked in guest parking for a few hours and the car was towed. It wasn't there overnight. I think it's time to call the BBB. This is targeting only certain members in the community and not all vehicles who park in guest parking. This Company is a Fraud and SCAM! This towing company is literally horrible !!! They towed my car and when i called , a very rude lady named Christina kept hanging up in my face. She said if i were to call again , they were going to hold my car until Monday ( three days from now). They had my car for less than 2 hours and said it was going to be $398! I called again because i needed my car for work and a guy answered. I believe his name is Bryan or Ryan. He's the manger and is also the guy that actually tows the cars. He said that i was harassing him for calling to pick up my car and that they didn't have to release my car if they didn't want to. The guy who answered the phone when we saw our car was missing was rude as hell on the phone. We just called to ask where our car was and the price it would be to come get it at 3 am and he acted like we were inconveniencing him. He has to realize what he does for a living is upsetting to people, it's just a fact. He should at least try to hide his dislike for people over the phone. I was verbally assaulted by Tony when I called and inquired about our van that they towed from in front of my sister's garage spot at the Verano Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga. The van was there for 30 minutes according to their reports. When I told Tony that "You guys sped off as we were chasing the car, flying over the speedbumps causing the van to scratch the frame" He became heated and told me that he wasn't the one who was driving so stop saying "You guys" so I said "Ok, your guy sped away recklessly through the apartment complex parking lot" and he completely lost it. ILLEGAL TOWING PRACTICES/SCAM If you been to Camden, you know that you need a temporary parking permit if you are a not resident to park. However, if they decide to tow your vehicle, the towing company must receive authorization/written consent in order to do so according to California Vehicle Code 22658. There is an older white man, about 5'11 and 300lbs that hangs around the parking lot taking pictures and following people to their cars. This man was seen by several tenants. Towed at 4 am for parking in a fire lane in front of a Condo dropping people off. Come back outside my car is gone. Called the police and the towing company 20 minutes before they even had my card back to their lot. I wasn't able to pick up my car until 12 hours later even though when I called it was still on their truck. A $200 tow charge for 3.5 miles is excessive. A $100 "Afterhours" fee for being on a weekend is predator if you tow on weekends. The last two things that stood out to me was the guy said "well you were parked in a fire lane so you were getting towed or a ticket" I'd rather pay the $75 fire lane ticket and know it goes back to my city than nearly 5 TIMES that amount going to some shady corporation Also I get into my car and see that it's been put in first gear. I am a breast cancer patient and currently have a broken leg due to treatment. My father came to see me and help me just for a few minutes while parked. Within 10-15 minutes of him parking, without notification you need a blue parking permit listed on the property, his vehicle was towed. Upon calling the police and without any notification to the leasing office, I found where my father's car was. He visits me often to assist me with appointments and just to bring in groceries. The towing company has people on site reporting and they are purposefully watching certain vehicles to tow. I can't believe the unethical manner of which a company would operate. Even for a towing company this issue unfortunately will have to be addressed with local BBB, our local assembly member on small businesses that should be supported and the companies under which they have contracted with. Dynamic Towing has held our vehicle for over 24 hours. When we try to collect our vehicle and pay the required fees, they have both refrained from answering the main office number, calling us back, and informing us of the location of our vehicle. We arrived at their Ontario location at a scheduled appointment time and an employee stared at us from behind the gate yet did not acknowledge our presence, did not help us with acquiring our vehicle, and did not allow us on the property. We called the office three times and left messages while standing at the gate in front of the employee. The following day we called the office and they informed us that we "missed our appointment" and that the employee "was waiting for over an hour." There is now a "missed appointment fee" when in fact they intentionally made us miss their appointment by not allowing us on the premise. read more

I would give 0 stars but Yelp requires at least 1. Dealt with a guy named TJ tonight. And I must say he was a complete a-hole within 2 seconds of interacting with him. We pulled up to the front of our house to unload the kids and car seats because of the sprinklers and slight drizzle. It was not a place we were allowed to stop and we take full accountability. Within minutes of unloading the last seat and walking back to the car he had his tow truck in front of the car. Our complex has tow trucks circle just looking to find someone messing up. He didn't say much other than "it'll be $100 to drop it now" o tow but cash only. We agreed. And he walks off and sits in his truck. Taking calls on and off the entire time. I stood on my porch as my sister waited at the trunk of the car with her license. I notice him calling out hello from the middle door of the car. He definitely didn't notice her standing 2 feet away from him. I pointed him in the direction of where she was standing and told him she was in the back waiting. He didn't take too kindly to that. He had the nerve to say he was "being ignored". As if she was to assume he was not answering a call at that time. My sister is anything but argumentative, she barely said two words to the guy and he was obviously having a terrible day and the type to want a reason to puff his chest. Claimed it was a courtesy he didn't have to give. But no one asked him not to tow or tried to negotiate. He fills out paperwork and says "if you move I'll drop it". I laugh it off and he says no more; just drives off with us in the middle of the street, the lift still dragging on the floor barely even stopped at the stop sign before speeding off into the street. I'm sure towing companies deal with combative people on a daily but this was not the case and it was extremely unnecessary for him to come across how he did. Just a guy with a superiority complex along with many other issues and that's putting it nicely. Wouldn't recommend contacting this company to help you with a tow especially after hearing how he answered the calls coming in.
