He worked to get us exactly what we wanted, helped us with pricing and had our routes dialed in with multiple busses running from multiple locations and at different times. Larry himself drove every location before hand and circled back with all points of contact at every location the day before the wedding to ensure everything was in place. All of that is impressive on its own, but that's not to mention he got busses and drives from the east side of the state to the west side to make the plan come together. The trolley "jerked" us around the entire ride (not an exaggeration). This was extremely uncomfortable for all the guests that joined us for pictures, including our friend who was 8 months pregnant at the time. 2. Our parents, photographer & videographer were driving behind the trolley and all mentioned that smelly black smoke was billowing out the back. They also said that we never went above 25mph. 3. Due to the amount of time it took us to travel from one location to the next, it severely cut into our picture time with our photographers which meant they were rushed and our stops were cut short. 4. At one point, the trolley completely stalled in the middle of a street. It was probably only for a minute or two but it was another embarrassing moment for us. 5. When I called and emailed to express my complaints they were abrupt and rude, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence and calling me a liar about the complaint regarding the black billowing smoke and refused to give us any credit. I do not recommend companies that operate like this.
