I've had a animal ball Dyson for over 5 years, and had it serviced once. The warranty are superior and covers most services when needed be. You can walk in, no appointment needed. It's not very busy. I brought my vacuum in for a deep clean costing $150 plus $60 for new filters. What was suggested was to do a trade in for near the same price. They give you $100 credit for your older model. I was in and out within 10mins with the purchase of a new vacuum. Stated it was a better motor on the newer models. I cannot tell any difference but I'm happy with the quality. Easy process to get my Dyson looked it, luckily my vacuum was still under the 2 year warranty. You just walk in and scan the QR code to check in- they will ask info about your Dyson. Our Dyson had the 20+ red blinking lights so we found after searching online that we needed a new battery. We stupidly purchased an aftermarket battery on Amazon that worked for about 15 minutes. We decided maybe we should see a professional (duh) so took the vac to the shop on Dean Martin Dr. Ed greeted us and was awesome. He was quickly able to troubleshoot our problem and we were in and out of there within 15 minutes with a working vacuum. Service for Animal DC41 vacuum cleaner. Took to this servicing center, pressed button and a lady came out. Asked, what model and explained the problem! She started walking out the door to see the vacuum, in my car. She even took it out and carried it in! Her name was, Dawn! Super knowledgeable! Super friendly! Dawn, Explained simply what happened to my vacuum. She even, explained how to dissemble the body to clean it! She said, it's on YouTube, as well! Dawn, was so patient, and I asked to show me, again! No grumbling! Luckily, she found filters and a part. There was not an ounce of non-friendliness about her! Another customer, came in, and she was acknowledged. When, the other customer left, Dawn and I talked a bit. And, when it was all done, she took my vacuum back to the car!!!! All of this, in about 30 mins. So quick! And, it costs $110! :))))))). Brought in Dyson head which had broken after less than 6 weeks of having it. Walk into service center, no one is there. Ring bell and a person with a spiked nose ring comes out of a back room. I explain the problem and give him broken head and the serial number. He comes back asking who Andrew is. I have no idea. He says the vacuum is not mine it belongs to someone in Pennsylvania. After a back and forth we determine he put in the wrong serial number. When he finds the right one I had not registered it yet. After 10 minutes he then says, well I have never seen damage like this before so it was not a defect and I will not exchange it, but you can pay $130 for a new one. So, first he accuses me of lying about owning it. Then that I intentionally broke it. Then, after wasting 10 mins with this guy, refusing to fix it. I hate Dyson products. They are flimsy and constantly break. Along with this type of accusatory customer "service," I will never purchase a Dyson again. All this despite the phone customer service person being lovely and agreeing to mail one out asap. Too inconsistent for a $500 vacuum. read more

The service makes Dyson products worth the price! Whether or not Dyson products are excessively expensive may be a legitimate --albeit subjective-- debate for somewhere else. I bought my Dyson vacuum cleaner at Costco about 2 years ago, and it worked very well, until recently. The suction suddenly was greatly reduced from the 'power head', and the brush head stopped rotating. I did the usual field-stripping to look for clogs, and found none. The several filters were all clean, and all the components seems to be in the right place, so I assumed whatever the issue was, it was deep within the 'guts' of the vacuum & not anything I could handle. I was annoyed, figuring that after already having to spend a pretty good amount of $$ to buy the vacuum, I'd now be spending more $$ to have an unknown problem fixed, and I even just debated throwing-out the vacuum & replacing it with a a cheaper --but still relatively expensive-- brand. And who really enjoys spending any $$$ on a vacuum in the first place? I am so amazingly LUCKY that when doing a Google Search on "Vacuum repair +Henderson NV," the Dyson Service Center in Las Vegas popped-up on the screen! My experience there echoes that of so many others --walked-in with the vacuum, gave a quick explanation of the problem (while mentally wondering how much $$ the estimate for repairing it will be), the employee disappearing in-back for 5-10 minutes, then coming back, handing me my repaired vacuum, and telling me there would be NO CHARGE, because it was under warranty!! In my case, it was clear that they had put a brand-new Cleaner Head Assembly (the part that actually makes contact with the ground, & has the roller brush head, etc.). The technician also did us both a favor by explaining what the problems were: 1. It's swallowed a pen that was lodged inside & then created a clog when I tried to vacuum up some stuffing from a dog bed. 2. In my efforts to keep the vacuum clean, I'd carefully use a garden hose on some parts away from the motor. Well doing that, without properly drying certain parts, caused the roller brush head to seize-up due to some rust or corrosion. I admitted my sins, but was forgiven by the Technician. He gave me some suggestions for future efforts at cleaning the vacuum itself. I joked with the staff that despite being a bachelor living in the Las Vegas area & their store only being about 5 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, I was actually looking-forward to getting home & using the vacuum cleaner! So it was about a 45 minute round-trip drive for me, plus about 10-15 minutes total time in the store. I realize that for some people, the drive will be longer, there may be a charge because the vacuum is out of warranty, and/or that mailing the vacuum cleaner to a Dyson Service Center is the most viable option. But based on my experience, I'm very happy that I chose Dyson when buying a vacuum, will give careful thought to other Dyson products in the future, and now believe that their amazing warranty service makes Dyson products worth their price. read more

We came in to possibly purchase a replacement canister on our handheld v10. Didn't know about this place till we googled it. Almost bought parts from Amazon, thank goodness we didn't. It's in an industrial looking building and there's no Open sign. Their signature logo is above the door but otherwise very minimalistic looking, with no signage for advertisement on the doors or store hours etc. As you enter, you walk right into their showroom which is minimalistic and sleek looking as well. On display are their current devices, ranging from fans, air purifiers, hair dryer, curler wand, and of course the vacuums. If you're a Dyson owner, you already know...the vacuums are outstanding. What's more is the warranty! Adrian was very helpful today, kindly greeted us and took our tired vacuum to the back to check the registration and warranty coverage. He replaced all the parts that were broken and even changed out our filter for us. He also included a new brush head as our bristles were worn out. Everything was included in our warranty so we didn't pay a dime today. However, we also learned from Adrian that they accept trade ins and we can get the newest device in the same category for a discounted rate! This is why we love Dyson!! We brought our vacuum here with what appeared to be a broken rotating brush. We were greeted immediately upon entering by a very professional and kind gentleman who saw the problem quickly and took the vacuum to the back to take a look. I thought we were going to have to drop it off and fill out paperwork and blah blah blah...Imagine my surprise when he came out with the vacuum fully repaired in about 10 minutes, no charge! Apparently he had looked up the warranty info as well and all was covered. This trip made my day!! Very impressive! On a side note, while we were waiting, another customer saw us looking at the hair straightener and started telling us how much his girlfriend loves it. I'm so impressed with the service I received yesterday and there seems to be a trend with this business. Several months ago my upright the head went bad. I called spoke to Ed. I explained you are a long ways away and I recently had a medical issue and driving was a little bit of a challenge. Ed FedEx me a head I received the next day. Later on in the month drove in and the same day he serviced my vacuum no question asked. In and out in less then 40 min Yesterday Dawn OMG came to my car. Helped me and totally made my two vacuum new again. No Question asked. I have been a huge fan of Dyson for this reason butter to have such wonderful employees locally who give a RIP is impressive BZ to both of u! You have a new fan on your side. You get what u pay for and in my opinion this saves u a ton of money because Dyson stands behind there products! I have a bed that I paid a ton of money for that I paid for a part back in March and they charged my CC but as of today no pump which basically the bed I can't use.
