Don't let your warranty company send Husky to your house unless you want to pay a trade call fee for absolutely nothing. As soon as the tech pulled up in a sedan, I knew it was over for me. The technician spent maybe 5 minutes in my home. Our washer lid frame is cracked right where the hinge connects to the frame. It makes the lid sit crooked and won't close unless you maneuver it just right. The tub is also dragging and making a clacking noise. He said noises aren't covered so he wouldn't even attempt to diagnose that. As for the lid, he said he sees this same issue all the time with our kind of washer. He claimed he's seen at least 10 claims of this in the past few months and none are covered. He told me that my best bet was to hope that the warranty person was brand new and didn't know any better. I had pointed out that the hinge covers were removed by the previous technician and they were in the cabinet if he needed them. He said I couldn't prove that the last tech did that, so the warranty company was going to say this was use and abuse. The warranty company denied my claim because the technician stated in his report that we used and abused the washer by slamming the lid. It's a soft-close lid. How did we slam it? Despite Mr. "You can't prove that" being all about evidence before, he now says our washer is broken because of abuse and you know it's abuse because it's broken. How does that make sense? read more

My review falls right in line as the other 1 star reviews, some reviews go as far back as 9 years ago. Which tells me they do NOT care about their customers, ONLY their dollars. Funny thing is that this business replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced because my appliance is still doing the same exact thing it was doing before Husky was called. A good business would want to right their wrongs, but not Husky, you either have to pay for them to come back to fix what they never fixed in the first place or they will decide not to come out. I had a associate from this Huskey Services come out to do repairs on our washing machine as there were metal / plastic particles in the machine after washing laundry as well as underneath the machine and I did this through our home warranty service Cinch and the associate that came out all he did was clean the front filter. He did not take the drum off of the washing machine to see what was causing the machine to put these plastic particles in my machine and under the washer and he stated to Cinch that all it needed was a good cleaning which is not covered. The job was half done, and I would never recommend this company to come out to your home to do a service terrible customer service I even tried calling the company back as well as Cinch and it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. My warranty company assigned this company to fix my gas dryer, guy came out and said it was not working because of clogged vent, didn't even open up the dryer to check the burner/ignitor, I assumed that was the issue so he left and I cleaned out the vent pipe but the dryer still didn't work (not getting hot) I called the company and asked them to come back out and fix it and the guy got all pissed because I questioned his service, I asked him to come out and guarantee his work and he told me to file another claim with the warranty company, wth. Also, when you schedule someone with a time frame of 8-1 and then show up right at 1 that is a dickhead move, whoever runs this company should get a clue! My oven stopped working on Christmas Day so we had to Pivot & use the BBQ GRILL for our dinner. I filed a claim with ACHOSA my home warranty company & they said to call the technician of my choice. I immediately called Husky Services & got Joe. He asked me to text him the info as he was driving. Within 30 minutes he said he could come over today and he was done in no time. I awoke Monday to a refrigerator freezer that quit a 16 year old GE Monogram. Called Husky Appliance at 8am they asked could they call me back as they were making the schedule out.
