Today I came in to the Dyson repair store with my Purifier/Humidifier. The customer service representative was name Brennan. Brennan listens extremely well to his customers. He told me in advance what he felt he might need to do, and was so extremely informative to me about the issues with my equipment. In 2026, to find an employee who is knowledgeable, personable,, and solves issues all in the space of 30 minutes is a valuable quality. I hope Brennan gets recognition from his supervisory staff for giving SUPERIOR Customer service to me. There's only one service center in the state of Georgia and it was close enough that I went because I needed a couple of attachments. I would've gotten them online but they were either out of stock or there's no alternative that would fit my V12 detect slim. This service center has one person but I think it's mostly on appointment basis. Nevertheless, the service member helped me even without an appointment. There was a wait but not too long. They didn't have the attachment I wanted either but he gave me another for free! That was a $25 attachment so I was grateful. I'm lucky I don't have any issues with my Dyson yet but when I do, I will visit this service center again. read more

This is the second time i have been to this facility. Both time the place has been pretty slow maybe a person in front of you, and maybe one more will come in after you arrive. I highly encourage you to look up the business hours to make sure they are open on the day you elect to drop off your vac. I had a dying Dyson that needed a repair. It's probably on its last legs, but I'm not ready yet to say goodbye. Came in, and the tech [never got his name] immediately got to work. He told me the vacuum had a clog that he will fix quickly and easily enough. The motor was also damaged. Great time for some high pressure salesmanship, but it didn't happen. I asked the tech if it was worth replacing the motor. He told me I was better off buying a new one. They'll give me a trade-in credit for my old one. No pressure to explore options or make a move then. I will absolutely return to this store in the near future to trade up to a new Dyson. All of the great reviews are right. I've never had a quality product that needed repair and it actually work out how it's suppose to. I call stain customer service after researching what I needed to do online and they had me going in circles and were actually of no help. I called this fusion service center and spoke to Michael and he made sense of the confusion and provided me with several options to have my straightener fixed. I shipped it to their office and within days I received an email that they solved the issue and my device was headed back. The customer service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. This, coming from a guy who manages 5 Star Hotels in the Atlanta area. I've always preached how important to anticipate the need of the customer, but Michael blew me away. It's like he read my mind! I had to think about the interaction when I got back in my car because I don't even recall explaining the problem with my Dyson. He just fixed it, explained what I was doing right (in front of my wife, so that by itself was helpful) and then showed what I needed to do next time. Fantastic service experience provided by Tod(d) of Dyson Service Center. I brought in my Dyson Hot + Cool on a Thursday. Tod(d) replaced the oscillating motor in less than 24 hours. All repairs were free since it was still under warranty. Going into pick up my Hot + Cool, I brought my out of warranty Dyson Upright V6 for repair. Tod(d) informed me that the main body needs to be replaced for around $175. He also mentioned that his service center offers a true recycling program where recycling any Dyson vacuum gives you a 30% discount toward a new model purchased through his center. So I opted to purchase a brand new V11 Animal at a shockingly low price. Also this service center and Tod(d) enforced and put in place the safest Coid-19 masking and distance policies and masks are a requirement. I really appreciated Tod(d)'s diligence, efficiency and expertise. While making my purchase he also took care of a sudden rush of no less than 4-5 customers, two at a time. Amazing! I had the very best experience with Service Technician Todd. HE SOLVED OUR PROBLEM IN MINUTES!!! His expertise, courtesy, and communication skills were outstanding. We have a Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead Lightweight Cordless Vacuum that kept stopping upon pulling backwards. Todd immediately knew it was the motorhead. He fixed it in 3 minutes. His skills are remarkable at diagnosing and resolving any vacuum problem. Oh ( he even solved the problems of the 3 customers ahead of us while we only waited 10 minutes). I writing this review because of the excellent service this gentleman Todd provided on a busy Saturday. Todd represents Dyson in an exemplary manner. We have 2 Dyson's, one is 4 years old and kind of lost good suction and the other about 6 months old that a part fell off and I didn't know where it came from. Came in search of accessories for the dyson airwrap. No one was up front but did come out fairly quickly. The person didn't bother to be cordial, say hello or exchange any pleasantries. There was NO ONE else in the store. All he could say was, " Your going to have to go get a mask!!!" I thanked him and left as fast as I could. So rude! If every service place was as professional and awesome as this place - I'd feel confident buying more of their products. I've always loved Dyakon vacuums,but this place made me decide all vacuums from this point in will be Dyson. Called and they told me to come into shop - no appt needed. I showed up a half hour before they closed. They greeted me at the door (masked) took my broken vacuum to the back came back out within a few minutes telling me the issue a d cost to fix/replace the part. I agreed, paid on their online app, and walked out with a repaired vacuum within 20 min. Very happy. I brought in my vacuum for what I expected would to be an expensive and time consuming fix... Wow, I was wrong. The tech, didn't get his name, was great. He took the machine in the back for 5 minutes and brought it back working like new. He also mentioned that the unit was just out of warranty but that he would wave the cost of the repair. This is how you run a high-end business. These vacuums are $500. I do not expect it to break within a year. In addition, when I called in the customer service agent was very helpful and this location was really far from my house. Needless to say, I was done with Dyson. I have no idea what this repair cost but it was worth it times a million. I never ever would've bought a Dyson again even though I'm really happy with the product when it works right. Exceptional customer service! I stopped by today without an appointment and asked if they could look at my Dyson as the suction wasn't working properly. Michael had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Five stars for the technician we encountered when we visited. He offered to go out to our vehicle to help bring the vacuum in, and again offered when we left. Was super pleasant and polite the whole time. This, despite the fact that we didn't end up to be paying customers, bc he figured out the problem with our vacuum and it was easily corrected at no charge. Just dropped of my DC40 and was disappointed. I purchased the refurbished unit from Woot.com which arrived with a broken hose and was inoperable. After calling their 800 number to register the unit, they issued a ticket number for the repair after we identified the problem. On arrival in the Service Center, the customer service rep. proceeded to tell me that I should never have bought a refurbished unit. I don't think he was pleased with my reply (i.e. are you going to service it, or should I call corporate?). He took the unit to the back. He seemed surprised that I wanted a receipt! Well 4 years into using our Dyson Big Ball one of the big weals broke off from the base. I called the 800 number and they referred me to the local Dyson repair center. Carried my base unit in on a Saturday morning fully expecting that it would take weeks to repair and was surprised to be out the door in less than 10 minutes fully repaired! I'm kinda embarrassed to post this but my Dyson was "broken". I let my cleaning lady use my Dyson and she "broke" it. Couldn't figure out a way to fix it and she even offered to buy it from me(kinda that's suspicious) but i ended up keeping it and watched several youtube videos with no luck. The brush just stopped spinning. I found the Dyson service center while looking for something else on yelp. I took my baby to the Dyson center. The gentleman was also very nice and assisted me in getting Dyson into the store. Mine isn't the heavy kind but how nice of him. First thing he did was check to see it was under warranty and it was! Only to find out the reset button got tripped and all i had to do was switch it back. He also helped register me then sent me an email receipt. I took my 5 .1 year old Dyson Multi Floor vac in to have a new internal hose installed. From the time I walked in to the time I left was 11 minutes. A visit to the guys at Dyson is exemplary of what exceptional customer service looks like. I have two Dyson's and have really been appreciative of their quality and functionality. My oldest, the DC18 is about 7 years old; and it simply got tired. Parts that probably should have failed years ago finally had their fun meter pegged. My DC28 monster, used very frequently, and has been roughed up a bit needed a new head unit. It is about 5 years old. I took them in in a Monday, they were completely over hauled, tuned up and repaired by Wednesday. Looking brand new to boot. Addison and Dyson Dan were both fantastic guys to speak to, and work with. And here is the thing. Just because I own multiple Dyson's, the boss threw in a couple parts. He had no reason to do it; it was just done out of courtesy and great customer service. When I showed up to pick up my two Dyson kids, Addison wheeled them into the show room, and then walked them out to my car with me. No charge whatsoever. Dyson truly does offer a great product. And they obviously treat their employees right, because the customer service is fantastic. So much so, I want to go back to the shop and buy another. One for each floor of the house! Or, one if those funky fans! Finally, go to this center if you want to buy a Dyson. Their pricing is better than I've seen anywhere. read more

Dyson sucks! (But in a good way!) I have 5 Dysons - 3 uprights and 2 minis. I love my pets but hate their hair. I don't vacuum, I Dyson! I rarely have an issue with any of my Dysons but the service center is always polite and speedy on the repairs. If they see you coming, they open the door and schlep your machine back to your car. While I was waiting, the customer ahead of me was offered to trade-in their machine for 40% off a new one. The new machines were brand new - not refurbished and still in the box. That is something to consider the next time when and if my first Dyson, a DC07 Animal that is over 10 years old ever dies of old age. read more

Todd needs to be fired ASAP! He has anger issues & is a menace to the customers. I was send there by their customer support dept to do a simple exchange. Dyson had send me a warranty replacement that didn't charge & since I was leaving to Europe it would be easier & faster to go there to have it replaced. Well no simple exchanged for me. The first thing I'm told by another guy (didn't introduced himself) is that if I were to use my Dyson Corrale in Europe the warranty would be voided. I nicely told him that no, this was the only hair product they had that had universal voltage & as long as I used the proper converter it would be fine. At which point the guy looks at me & tells me "well I work for Dyson". Ok. I wasn't going to informed him that he is right, he should know this bc honestly it wasn't important. But no, now I had to wait for him to do his research to prove me wrong. Went downhill from there for absolutely no reason to the point that now Todd, comes out & starts yelling at me & in front of another customer. Acting like this is his house (who knows what happens there). I was not only horrified but scared & managed to ask him for his name which only made him angrier & finally he tells me his name & tells me that "no he doesn't have the product to do my exchange (which the first guy told me they did) & for me to leave & that if I didn't leave he would have someone escort me out" Wow! Well this is an ugly first for me. I have never in my 58 years been told to leave a place nor have ever had a problem with the law. Just making sure that everyone knows that I'm not in any shape or form a scary person. How does Todd works there is beyond me & nonetheless as a manager. So all that's going through my mind is this is surreal, extremely scary & how is this even happening. Not making or exaggerating this in the least & keep in mind that I did not raise my voice once nor acted in an aggressive way. The only thing aside from telling the previous guy in passing that yes, I could use the machine was that while the guy left me to do his research & since I didn't care about the warranty & needed to finalize this & leave, I called them from the front of the store saying excuse me so I could tell him not to worry about that & to proceed so I could leave. All of them ignore me but a few seconds later that's when angry Todd comes out & starts yelling, etc. In my opinion, this is conducive to what we all see in the news of someone shooting someone over nothing. That's how I felt. That scare & I'm not a fragile person. I have read the reviews & seen other comments about this angry animal bc I can call him anything else. My humble advice to Dyson is to take this review very seriously bc it is & if they have cameras to look at the recording of today, July 19, 2022 from around 9:05-10:00 am. And look at the other negative reviews, seems to me they come from Asian or Hispanic ppl. Wondering if aside from his mental state there are other issues as well. Just look at it & solve this problem before something bad happens because then it won't be on angry animal Todd but on Dyson. I recommend this business. I have an older model Dyson DC 14 Animal & the hose was broken. The showroom is closed to visitors & I was helped outside. The gentleman working told me that the part I need is old & he didn't have it but I could order it online from various parts retailers. He told me what to put in the search field & showed me how to replace the part once I got it, using my vacuum to demonstrate. I was a little skeptical I could do it myself but he was thorough with the "how to." All of this took about 5 minutes. I had the part ordered within 5 more minutes, spent under $30 & had the part within 2 days. My vacuum is as good as new. Appreciate the help & guidance!
