I was contacted by EOS and did not have to pay and they cancelled my membership! I will be back!

This EOS facility as well as the company in general are completely insentivie, sneaky, and in no way do they care about their members. My husband began a membership, used the free personal training session, enjoyed it and was curious about additional sessions. It was explained to him that it was $35 a session, and it was explained in a way that made it seem as though it was a pay as you go situaton. He was then promted to sign a contract on the spot with no time to review, nor any clarification that we would be obligated to pay for 2 sessions a week regardless of signing up for or attending them. We were then charged $156 biweekly. He contacted the facility, spoke with 2 managers, spoke with corporate and explained to them all that he was not aware we would be charged regardless of attendance and that we are struggling to find a financial solution to suddenly needing to put our son in daycare. We are barely making ends meet as it is and this company had no sensitivity to our situation and explained to him that they absolutely will not cancel the charges or reimburse the money because he signed a contract that they are holding him to. Yet, their employees purposefully misled him and did not give him any opportuntiy to read the contract before requiring an immediate signature. This is extremely unprofessional and insentive behavior from both the employees and the company as a whole. I absolutely do not recommend that anyone signs up for a membership here as they have clearly shown they do not value or care about their members in the slightest. read more

It's a pain to cancel your membership. They had my son's car towed out of their parking lot. Even though it says members only anyone else will be towed. He canceled online and it's still processing after three weeks. We sent an email to cancel and still haven't heard anything. If you continue to take funds out of my son we will litigate against you. It was enough to have his car towed for $941.00 when he was a member. What is wrong either way you people? Cancelling is something that shouldn't be this hard. Eli advised he would waive the fees since you had a MEMBERS car towed off the premises. This company refuses to speak to you. Eli lied and said he wouldn't sen an email confirmation of cancellation and fee waiver. Yet he blandly refused to get back on the phone. Having a Jay take over for Eli's refusal to speak to a customer. These people are losers. I would and will litigate against you. You owe me $941.00 for having my vehicle towed. The tow company gave me your emailed complaint. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM GYM. Go to Federal Trade Commission and file a report because many people are being frauded by EOS. The district manager doesn't respond. This place is a joke. Unless you want to have to change accounts because they don't stop taking money. Run and don't turn back. read more

membership comes with a 1 hour welcome work with a personal trainer but i have tried to schedule several times both in person and over the phone. Everytime the front desk tells me im scheduled and the no when i go back for the appointment they claim nothing was ever scheduled read more

I give 5 stars because of my personal training experience at EOS. Jamie the personal trainer at EOS Fitness, is an amazing trainer, keeps your goals at bay, organized, with new workouts that evolve, making them attainable and feeling proud to try new things to push your body to new levels. If you are a returning gym fanatic after an 8 year hiatus, Jamie will help you feeling empowered and more knowledgeable about your body, equipment, and it's capabilities. For the facility maintenance itself I give a 3. I do hope they make it appoint to add more support needed for cleanliness in this facility. I love EOS and as a returning customer would love to see more growth there. I love the fitness classes so definitely worth my time and energy to go here. But the amount I'm paying for a membership compared to other clean gyms like P****t F******* just confuses me. Second, there is so much wear and tear to the point I cannot see the amount of pounds for the weights I use. Third, I would recommend more hand sanitizer stations. Overall for the distance from my house to have fitness classes and an amazing trainer, I can get passed all the maintenance issues and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. read more

Came into this gym after leaving SNAP fitness, never really felt welcomed in their atmosphere. Felt like I need to already be in shape to work out there. Decided to give EOS a try and was welcomed right away by a worker. Just from making small talk I let them know about how I felt unwelcome at my old gym. She told me she'd experienced that before and that EOS was the first gym she stuck too and felt good at. This gave me a lot of hope and I was less nervous to start. I've slowly started building a gym at home, and I have enough equipment to workout at home finally. That's what I've been doing since November- so earlier this year, I cancelled my membership. I'm training for a specific goal, and unfortunately that requires running. I've been able to run outdoors with my work schedule just fine, but it's started getting warm and I'm not about to run in 115 weather... so, I unfortunately had to re-enroll. I did so online. I came into the gym after work today to get my run in, of course it was crowded as per usual but I (tried) making a bee line for the treadmills. I had to work out some kinks with the app as it still had my previous membership info on there, I didn't like the experience at all. I'm not going to go too into detail, but I will say that most people thrive off of extrinsic motivation, I don't. I'd appreciate it if corporate would stop pushing sales on their trainers, because it's genuinely annoying and definitely a way to run business off. Went there to look around, check out the equipment and cleanliness, and hopefully join. Told that I had to give up personal information on a tablet first. Cool, did that with fake info. Then I had to meet with a dude. He told me that I needed to sit down and go over my "goals". I explained that my goals were to A check out the equipment and see how clean the locker room was. He insisted that I had to sit down at a computer and go over my "goals". I asked him if that was mandatory, yes. Did a 360 and left. Contacted HQ and they never replied. If I could give a negative 5 stars. I would. The customer service is horrible here. They will charge you months on months after you "cancel" your membership. "Jose" is protecting the employee that gave me a fake name after me having to get refunding my own money multiple times. Derek Seechoma another manager acts like he's working on the issue. They say "sorry that was our mistake, we will give you next month on us, then over charge you, without a mask. Then they steal more money and they think it's funny. When the manager tells you to not call the club anymore and then charge you again, stops responding then emails me on his personal email. Definitely go find a better place. Amazing gym and they actually care about their members I do a training session and omfh they are amazing I have some health issues that I can't do certain things and they work with me to still provide a perfect training session. I like it here, but I go very early. Yes it gets busy but most people are respectful. My issues are with some of people. I don't want to be on video and several times I have had to ask other people not to make YouTube or ticktock videos with me in the background. They always assure me I am not, but it's uncomfortable for me and very selfish. If you're setting up a tripod with a camera in the gym, where other people are working out, then you do not respect other's privacy. It's not often but when they record I leave. Also on rare occasions you have the "weight droppers" that shake the whole building. The sound gets through my noise cancelling headphones!I mean this is a neighborhood gym not a strong man competition. If you're dropping the weights on every set, it's too much, or you're just desperate for attention. Either way it's very annoying. Beyond those two issues I am generally happy. The equipment sometimes breaks, especially the cable type machines, but I pay less than $30 a month and I accept that it's part of the deal. Staff have always been nice and welcoming to me and I have never had an issue with them. I usually can get everything I need done within the time I have allotted. The crowded part is not the gyms fault as much as poor city planning by Goodyear. But let's not start on that. I would defiantly recommend EOS. I have been to a lot of gyms over the years and count this one as one of the best. It's also open 24 hours which is critical for me. read more

Much cheaper than the gym down the street. Feels like I have been here a LifeTime now. I enjoy what this gym has to offer and it is a good price. They do have good locker rooms and a pool. Couple early growing pains and towels could be cheaper. But, overall i really do like the gym. I just came at 4 ish and it was starting to get busy, so be wary on the time you come as they will run out of equipment to use if you come.during peak hours. Their movie room is fun as you can run on a treadmill or ride a bike while watching movies like inception or aquaman. Which helps pass the time. They had some stations to help keep the equipment clean, but not enough of them and one was already broken from the wall. My favorite area is the turf green area that allows for more plyometric box jump area. read more

I wanted to give this place 3 stars because they been telling me for months the bag was going back up (inside) but it still hasn't been put up. I was upset about it and spoke with Yesenia (girl with glasses) at the front and we had a meaningful conversation. I felt heard. She has great people skills and is always eager to hear my response for the daily questions on the board. I still think they should post the answers for the following day so we see the results of the poll from the prior day. Other than that keep up the good work! read more

This gym is way tool full. When I signed up they assured me the busiest times were I. The morning until 8:00 and in the evening from 4-7. They said the rest of the day was not that busy. Since joining 6months ago I have tried getting in there at different times and it is always full. A 1 hour workout turned into 1.5 to 2 hours and you are constantly waiting on equipment. Unfortunately I paid for a year in advance and was told it was refundable. Now that I actually want a refund so I can go to another gym, they say no refunds! So now I have to either go at midnight or drive to another EOS location several miles away. Greed once again ruined something I really enjoyed. My review is for Jamie Lampshire fitness trainer at EOS. I began training with Jamie in April 2024. Jamie tailors my workouts based on how I'm feeling, such as knee pain, shoulder impingement pain etc and safely pushes me towards my gym goals. Her eyes are on me at all time helping me to perfect my stance and form. I feel stronger, and have gained confidence since training with Jamie. Axel, if you're reading this, thanks again for doing your best. Your role is critical and important! Without maintenance, the facilities can go downhill fast. Continue the excellent work and level up whenever the opportunity presents itself. Now on the other hand, the gym overall can use some improvement. Especially with customer service. I've been going to this gym for 4 years now and it's never been better. it's only been a couple months since i've seen them have their new operations manager but he's really putting in the work! The gym has never looked cleaner, the customer service has never been consistent/friendly, and the fridge is FINALLY stocked up 99% of the time. 10/10 would recommend this is the best time to come to this gym!!!! read more

The gym was great. I cancelled my membership in February and was told I had to pay an additional month of membership because of the 30 day cancellation period. I understood and agreed. Now, I've been charged another 30 days so I called and spoke to the Operations Manager, David, who told me that because February was a short month I still have to pay. I asked David if he could waive the additional month and he told me he could not. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he would have his manager call me in 2 days. He also would not give me the name of his manager for "safety reasons." I will update this review if his manager calls me and makes this right. The Customer service by the management team is just bad. I have had 3 three issues now that have yet to be fully resolved. My latest? I apparently signed up for 6 months of personal training. I WOULD NEVER COMMIT TO 6 MONTHS OF PERSONAL TRAINING. This is how it went down - first it took me three days to get someone on the phone to explain to them that I needed someone specific because of a chronic illness that 9 doctors cannot explain and I needed someone who can handle my physical issues. The training manager said " I train people with brain injury so I will train you" He met me once and handed me off to someone else - but I digress .... When we spoke about me signing up I said " I AM VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT SIGNING ANYTHING AS WITH MY CRONIC ILLNESS I DON'T KNOW HOW MY BODY WILL HANDLE THIS BEING THAT I CANT EVEN GUARANTEE I CAN DRIVE MYSELF HERE" . He said "Don't worry about that. See how your body does, and if you cant do it, I will close the PT membership for you" . Oh did I mention that he is fired and not there anymore? Yesterday, I call to shut that down on my membership and I am told that I cant without a doctors note that I am locked into a contract and if I want to put it on hold, they will still charge my card until I am ready to resume. Here's the deal - I have seen 9 doctors who cannot diagnose whats wrong with me - who do I ask for note? This is ridiculous. I was lied to, manipulated and know they are controlling my money. I left a manager for their area manager - No response. Their floor manager texted me telling me to get a doctors note. I would be very cautious when signing anything here. read more

I have going to this gym for about a month & the main reason why we decided this gym was for the daycare service. So this review is mainly for them. First, The daycare area is HUGE! They provided so much actives and toys! The kids are never bored! There's a tv room and a basketball court! Like what!? how cool! Too bad mine is only 2, so she's not really into that stuff, yet! Second, the girls who work the morning and afternoon shifts there are AMAZING to my daughter, all the girls are awesome and they are great to all the kids!!. My daughter is attached to her dad and i (probably because shes a covid baby, so we sheltered her lol) When we would drop her off she would always cry and throw a fit because she doesn't want to be without us. When she gets like this, i never want to leave her like that with the girls because they already have so much their plate and i'm more embarrassed because the tantrum is happening... BUT let me tell you! These girls they make sure that your kids are comfy and will stay with them! Even if they are crying and screaming, they always reassure you saying, "don't worry! we got it! go have a good workout!" never making feel embarrassed or anything! These girls care! And now my daughter is starting to warm up so that's makes me happy to know that they do work close with your kids to make sure they are comfortable s/o to the daycare center for being so sweet to my daughter and i! read more

One of the best gyms in the area if you aren't trying to spend a whole paycheck on a gym membership. Its priced competitively. It's never too crowded as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym floor and locker rooms are always clean. They even have a basketball court. sauna, pool and outdoor workout area. My only downside is that the basketball court appears to be only a half court gym (it's currently being worked on) read more

I have the most amazing trainer at this EOS! Jamie is well educated in her field. She has her eyes on you the whole time and everything she talks about is to improve you... it's all about you. If you have an issue physically she immediately changes up your workout to address that issue and strengthen that part of your body. She is professional and kind. I cannot say enough about her. Honestly I hate this location, it's more of a hangout with no machines available because everyone talks around the machine like it's a water cooler at work. Personally I come to the gym to workout and go home. Not to socialize and look cool. Sooo frustrating to see six dudes standing at the same machine talking for an extended period of time and having to go up and ask "are you using this machine orrrrr?" Save yourself and go a little further to the surprise location. read more
