The owner stated to pay for gel nails so it won't chip. Within 2 days the front polish started to chip. I was ask to pay for another set when I went back in to get it fix. I was very shocked!! I couldn't believe the owner was treating his customers this way. I politely walked out. If I could give this company a one star I would. I don't recommend going here. If you do, just wait to something happen after a day or two. They will tell you to get a new set of nails or ask for a ridiculous amount of money to fix the work they mess up. DO NOT GO HERE! They are not clean at all, did a pedicure with acrylic on both my big toes and both of them got fungal infections and the whole toe nails fell off within the first week and a half. I am a little bit picky when it comes to my nails and my normal person was on vacation so I had to try somebody in new. I am not a fan of how my nails were done. I didn't want matte polish, but he just put matte polish without even asking if I want to matte or shiny. The shape of my nails were not fixed correctly even though I asked to keep the same shape, but there wasn't really no touchup or fixing it. So I have been here several times. I haven't been in a couple of months. Came in today to get my toes done and hanging up in 3 or 4 different places is notification of a service fee for credit/debit cards. $49.99 and under is a $3 fee, $50 to $99.99 is a $4 fee, $100 or more is a $5 fee. That is anywhere from a 5% to possibly 10% service fee for using your card. In a world where EVERYONE whats all payments to be cashless, the nail salons apparently haven't been informed of this. I was charged almost 10% service fee for my pedicure. While I was getting my toes done three of the employees were counting and exchanging huge amounts of cash. Also, the female tech only did one coat of polish on my nails instead of two. I haven't always been super impressed by this nail salon, but continued giving them chances. Their polish doesn't last on my toes for a full 4 weeks which is how I decide if I will go back, but again kept giving them chances. I will not go back to the shop ever again, I don't care how convenient it is to my job/house. Tech did not get my big nail completely polished. read more

I NEVER complain or leave Yelp reviews but I needed to share my experience. This was my first time here and They were nice enough to accommodate me last minute around 10am. Upon arrival I got seated quickly and the nail tech started on my nails. The whole time there the nail tech was rushing. She literally gave me no time to select the polish. I looked at the colors for about 1 minute. She took them away after I said I thought a color was nice (I did not want that color). Before she applied the color I asked if I could choose a different color and she allowed me to pick the one I wanted I even asked for her feedback on what color was best. When she applied the polish I noticed she was not letting the timer on the UV light go off. She would move my hand out before the beep. In the back of my mind I thought the polish was not well cured... I kept looking back to see if ppl were waiting to be helped bc I felt everything was rushed. Anyway once the nails were "done" she filed the edges and the powder residue from the file made my nails look matte. Perhaps it could have been bc the polish was not completely set. In the end I appreciate you guys accommodating me this morning but please don't take clients if you will be rushing or are on a time crunch. read more

Terrible and horrible customer service. I visited to have my nails removed, but the technician didn't use the nail removal liquid, making the process hard and painful for me. He handled my nails roughly and wasn't gentle at all. Despite my repeated requests for more care and gentleness due to my sensitive nails, he didn't apologize and continued harshly. When I insisted he stop because of the pain, he began yelling at me and acted as though I was pretending. I was shocked and deeply upset, so I decided to leave. Thursday, 3pm, Nov. 02 2023: Eyelash extension appointment with Ella T went horribly bad, fast. Ella T ( the owner ) hurt me by yanking out an eyelash. I screamed out in pain. She didn't apologize. She used my forehead as a table & wrist bar. I told her she was heavy handed, but she continued using my forehead. I am very sensitive about anyone touching my head. She also rested her right hand on my right eyeball, applying pressure as she moved. I alerted her to get off my eyeball, she apologized. I did not like her using my forehead as a table today. I had a slight headache afterwards. A month ago, she once used my head/forehead to push herself up from her seat! VERY RUDE! After completion, I asked her to never use my forehead & eyeball as a table or wrist bar again. She immediately asked me " What wrong with you?" Her English is not good ( look at her responses on Yelp). She said "Something wrong with you" & I said she was wrong for using my forehead as a table & aggressively moving my head like a rag doll. She was Not gentle. Also, there was glue on the outward tips of the lashes, making it difficult to brush the lashes without them becoming loose or coming off. She denied any wrong doing and told me to "next time go somewhere else". She displayed anger towards me when I asked her not to use my forehead as a table or arm rest! I am the one who should be angry. My friends said I should have withheld her payment for bad treatment & lack of respect for me as her customer. Absolutely the best manicure and pedicure I have had in YEARS. I am very picky, and I have all types of quirky things I like during my mani/ pedis. Things like, short nails but not too short, please don't take forever doing my nails, please don't ask me a million questions about my personal life- I enjoy the silence and peace while I'm being catered to, I like cold water instead of hot for my pedicure and please make me at least feel like I am your only client even if you have others in the shop. This shop NAILED IT!!!! Andy (I believe he is the owner) did my mani and pedi and I am going to book him every two weeks for as long as I live. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY LIE ABOUT THEY'RE PRICES. I've been going to this place since last year and never really had a problem until yesterday. I decided to get the matte topcoat since I had not had it in awhile. The only difference between the two topcoats are one is shiny and one is not. When I went to pay for my nails and pedicure they told me $10 more than I normally pay. I was going there every 5 weeks so I know how much it should have cost. When I asked the guy Andy in the front why he was charging me more, he said because of the matte topcoat. I paid it and left. My sisters friend called to make an appointment for a pedicure for the first time after we recommended her and she told me when she asked them their prices she was told (probably by Andy) that there was no extra charge for matte topcoat. I immediately called once I found out and asked Andy why I was charged extra and he lied about it. I told him I either wanted my money back or the name and number of the owner. I ended up going back to get my money because of the principal of the matter and I'm tired of these rude and careless employees who wouldn't even have jobs if it weren't for us CUSTOMERS. I also found out the real manager was on vacation. I'm not sure if she's the owner also but she should really reconsider who she allows to run her business while she's gone. They were also very late with their appointments because my nail appointment with Ken started late. I read the reviews but still wanted to come because it's so close to my house. Helen started my nails then I got the pedicure since another customer came in for nails (who did not have an appt). The pedicure was so fast and seemed rushed. After the pedicure I had to wait 25 min to get my nails done even though I had an appt. And the lady after me did not have an appt! 25 min is a long time, I only waited because Helen had already started my nails before the pedicure. Then my nail broke when I got home oh lawd why is it his hard to find a good nail place! Today i got a fill from Nina. She tried to just use powder over a broken nail and I told her I wanted the nail taken off and replaced versus just filled. She was being very passive aggressive and then in doing so grinding it down, held the Dremel in the same spot and ground all the way through my pinky nail out into the meat of my finger And it hurt terribly. Then she proceeded when it was bleeding to grab the nail glue and poke it into the hole and put nail glue in there getting my blood on the glue and then she capped it with my blood on it for the next person, so there I am with a hole in my pinky nail. Half of my pinky nail ground she put nail glue in it and then proceeded to put a nail over it and use acrylic powder. I called her on it but was nice a lot of people probably would've not been so nice about it. And then when she was filing using the Dremel on my other finger, she was burning them all at the bed when my nails were done and I went to leave. She actually charged me extra for the repair of the fingernail that she Dremelled all the way through to the meat of my finger. it is now three hours later, and my finger is throbbing terribly and it's completely tender because under my acrylic fingernail is a hole, the size of a pencil eraser that she burnt through my fingernail.
