I was super excited that this place was able to take my mom and I for two gel pedicare, 1 full set, 1 full set removal to gel manicure. Gel Pedicare went fine at $70/person than my mom gel full set was fine as well at $55. For my full set to gel manicure because it was incomplete due to them ripping off my pinky nail was charged $20 for it. They are all apologetic and want to take the $20 off. I told them no, charge everything I came here was not looking for free service and by taking off that $20 dollar will not compensate my nail being ripped off causing trauma and bleeding. First lets start off with...They pulled dirty filing tips from a altoids mint container used on other people,not washed or santitized ..they used a used nail file, asked the nail tech to do a fill on my natural nails.using a pink and white acrylic...instead .she used a white acrylic to cover the natural color of my nails.. Sindy takes her time in her art and you can tell that she knows that her work is a reflection of her quality! She gets to know you and your style, she makes great suggestions when you can't decide. Do not come here if you want a nice pedicure for the price you are paying. I paid for a $45 pedicure and it was 25 minutes from start to finish. It was incredibly rushed and I wish I had read the reviews and believed them before I went. They tried to sell me on multiple add ons. Also, she did one coat of polish only and before I could even ask for a second coat, she was already putting the clear on top. Worst pedicure I have ever had and I will not be spending any more of my money here, and you shouldn't either. read more

Came for a pedicure this week at Nail Lounge, I have been coming here the past several months ONLY bc my hubby got me a gift certificate; otherwise, I go somewhere else. Last month I got a pedi in preparations for a company holiday party and it was my first time getting gel. After I was done, I had no idea that I could leave and I asked the man (owner I guess), if it was ok to put my shoes on. He said you got gel, so yes. Well, he announced it to all the ladies there in their Vietnamese language, and everyone laughed at me. I didn't think it was funny, it was my first time, I didn't know. I thought that was extremely rude of them to embarrass me like that. I had enough money on the gift certificate to do one more pedicure...i wanted to get it over with so that I will never have to come back again. What a mistake it was. I got the other man that works there. He used the dremmel to take off the existing gel and he went the distance on my nails, i felt the burning sensation from it! Not on one toe, all of them! Holy fack! He then pushed the massage button on the recliner, and I preferred it turned off as the rolling up and down my back started to hurt. What did the man do? He turned the chair on again. I tried to lower the power level on it, but I decided to turn it off again. Well, he turned it back on. WTF?! Omg, i needed to get put of there stat! I had told him that I had ingrown toe nails on the second toe of each foot and he heard it as I had it on ALL my toes. I would have been ok for him to clean all of them up except he was DIGGING TOO deep on the sides and cut TOO deep. I expressed my discomfort and told him that it hurt, he nodded and continued on. Apologies for the long story, but I came home with an aching back and an infected toe. Warning! Pics may be a bit gross. I will never come back to this place. None of these employees care, they talk about you in their language, they don't pay attention to your needs. For the record, I typically post 5 star reviews and truly give praise when a business warrants it, but this time, I felt compelled to share in hopes customers are aware of what can happen here. I won't be coming back. I came in and explained I wanted to fix a pedi: remove an acrylic nail. She said okay no problem. Then started removing the polish, showed me the menu, and said which pedicure. I'm like oh no she doesn't understand. Okay let me show her. Then she nodded her head and said okay. I felt bad. So I had another regular pedicure even though that's not what I wanted. She kept digging into my cuticles, talking, looking the other way and making me feel really uncomfortable. She barely scrubbed or massaged. Then painted my nails. The other two gals next to me had long massages and hot towels. The manicurist across the way seen that I looked unhappy. She said she would fix my pedicure that--- didn't look right. She understood but at this point I just wanted to leave. She did her best and I tipped her $20 for "trying" to fix my bad pedicure. I used to love coming here because of the nail quality. I stopped going for a while because I stared to do my nails at home but I decided to give that a break and go back. I've gone back twice and both times have been very disappointing!!! I went to get my nails on Wednesday night at 6:15pm and by 5pm on Thursday my nails had fully chipped. I definitely will not be going back. I considered going back to get them fixed but last time I did this within the matter of 2 days the nails they "fixed" and more began to chip. I do powder manis and gel pedis and that #4 pedicure is the best! All the extra pampering is so worth it i.e. the scrub, paraffin wax, leg/foot massage. Just came here for a full set and pedicure was referred by a friend. Huey did a great job on my full set, nearly perfect and completed in less than an hour you can tell he knows his stuff and has been doing this a long time. I received a pedicure as well from another guy there I did not get his name. You can tell he cares to do a good job and he was very nice. Polish could have been a little bit more neat and one of my pinky toes was a casualty by being cut very very short - but as a service provider myself I know shit happens sometimes we all have bad days sometimes and I still feel like the shop did a good job and I will be back again. This place was the go to spot for my family (wife and daughter) but recently the shop seems to employ some sales strategy without confirming with the customer that they are receiving services that they actually want. Pedi with gel should be $45. My daughter and then a friend on two separate visits were charged $60. The extra amount is for a scrub and parafin wax. They didn't ask for this service and not knowing inside and out what the pedi with gel entails they allowed this service and were billed. Of course in both instances they paid the billed amount but neither will return based on these sales tactics. read more

I'm not from the area but wanted to get a gel pedi and mani with my boyfriend's daughter and her friend. They both got gel pedis. Our appointment was set and once we walked in... it was insanely rushed! I've never had a service get done so fast! You can see the old nail polish (sparkle silver) I had on the sides of my nails, there's gaps of nail polish missing, my toenails have nail polish on the skin and cuticles, and I asked for my fingers to have the same amount of layers that my toes had since that guy was doing 3 but I was told it couldn't be done. The 2 layers on my fingers shows inconsistent areas. I then requested the sides showing my old nail polish to be filed some. The guy that did my fingers seemed upset and bothered with me asking. My cuticles weren't cut and hardly a massage with either mani or pedi. Also, my boyfriend's daughter and I did the mud pedicures and barely had any mud used. Overall, not a good service! The only thing I could say that was nice was how many colors the salon offered to choose from. I've never felt like I want to immediately have them redone somewhere else! Saw the good reviews, new to the area so I decided to give them a try. As I sat down, I requested to see the colors swatches and he ignored me. Twenty minutes in he brought me the nail swatches. As I was twisting/flipping them around to see the colors, one swatch got loose from the hoop. I then brought it over to the other swatch I had (was given two) to see if a colored glitter would go well with another color, then he YANKED the swatch from my hand!!! I couldn't believe it. I was shocked, it was so rude. He said, 'I don't want to mix them'. I get it but he could've done something differently to request it back rather than yanking it from me. After that moment I completely shut down, you could cut the tension with a knife. I let him finish my nails, I paid, left without a word and I can say- I'm not coming back. read more

First and foremost, I called in to schedule an appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment time for a pedicure. Then was asked to sit down on a chair where nothing was set up and my feet had no place to go for a pedicure, so I sat there and waited. We took about 3 to 5 minutes for someone to come over and put a plastic bag and start the water for my pedicure. Once you're seated, you're presented with a menu to choose a pedicure service. The only packages are price range 40 to 50 I chose 50 and then she insinuated. I choose the fifty dollar package and I politely declined.But felt barry pressured to choose the fifty dollar one I proceeded to wait until it was safe. Enough to put my feet in the bin and the running water to be at the right temperature, because I know sometimes when you first put your feet in and no one checks the temperature. It's either too cold or too hot. So I didn't want to risk a surprise. The lady preceded have my feet soaked. Hold her rack around with instruments and started removing the nail polish, and then slightly started. It's barely scraping And never used the cuticle cutter and mind you, I have not had a pedicure in over eight months and my feet work beat up from a week long vacation at disneyland so I know that my feet had an opportunity to be pampered. Then, when I realized that she was wanting to drain the water and continue on to put oil or lotion to wrap up the pedicure, which literally took maybe 5 to 7 minutes I asked her to please double check the toes, the large toes and clean up around them and she asked me which one And I Politely asked her to check them all because she never did it the entire time.I've had many Pedicures in my life, and I just felt very shocked annoyed that I literally had to walk her through and tell her to please clean around each of the toes which she never did then proceeded to clean him after that finish up.She took two seconds to do. She then placed my toes in a wax that was too hot, an uncomfortable and then took it off. Lotioned up my feet painted my toe nails and I was still waiting for them to dry and mentioned to her that I didn't have time for a full manicure, I just needed a Polish. She proceeded to go hide in the back. 4- ten minutes and I saw her walking back and forth with food in her mouth eating, I even mentioned to her in the beginning that I was in a rush, I didn't have time but still proceeded to take a break. Clearly, I was very annoyed, so I proceeded to grab my bag and my toe's not fully dried and check out. And then she was called over to check me out of course, and ask me what the tip wanted to be. I honestly did not want to tip but I also know that they don't make a lot of money so I gave her like a $5 tip. But I really was so angry and frustrated I wanted to leave nothing. So long story short, thank you. If you've gotten this far, it's not a place where you want to go and receive great service or excellent service. It's literally if there was the last nail salon in the entire town because everybody else was full. Try this place.Otherwise, don't bother, don't think of it.Don't waste your time. Booked a last minute pedicure and manicure for my daughter and I on a Sunday afternoon. When i called i was very surprised they said they could take us even though they were schedule to close in 50 minutes. I was so appreciative that they took us on short notice. I ended up paying $175 for my daughter and i for a very Rushed service. If you don't have time to perform a service with the value I'm paying for don't take me. We were sat down and not offered to look at any colors. Was rushed to pick a color and had to ask to see more then a few choices they offered. My nails need another coat as the color is very translucent and un even. I am a service provider myself and it frustrates me to pay for a high end cost to only receive sloppy rushed experience in return. I have gone to this nail shop for years. The very last time I went they were very rude to me and talked to me like I was dumb. They used to have some different staff before Covid and they were nice. The guy that did my nails was very bossy, even though he barely spoke English. I don't care if he speaks another language it's just that I can't understand what he's saying, then he gets short with me. He was very rough on my heads towards the end because he was getting frustrated. I am a bit color blind and he was rushing me while I was picking my color, yet they were not at all busy that day. Another worker actually pointed at me and made a comment and the rest laughed. I didn't feel welcome and it was quite an embarrassing experience. I was with another person and we both got gel and they said together it was $90. I said we are actually paying separate and they only charged my friend $35 but charged me $45. Together that would have still been only $80 not $90. So just be aware of that if you choose to go here. Very disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Other shops are cheaper, the staff is nicer, and they don't embarrass you. Just keep that in mind when considering this place. I may look young, but that's no reason to disrespect and overcharge someone. So be aware ladies! And I forgot to add that the guy that did my nails made one hand way shorter than the other. This place has definitely gone down hill since I started coming here. It's no longer the clean, bright place it used to be. Just got done paying $60 for a listed $40 pedicure. I asked for the callus treatment pedicure and all I got was a super quick salt scrub just on my feet which she scooped with a spoon then rubbed the spoon on my foot to get the scrub off then she jammed the spoon back in the salt scrub, yikes! That was the only addition which set this apart from a basic pedicure. Definitely not the callus treatment pedicure I was advertised. She told me the French tip would cost an extra $5 which I guess means gel cost an extra $15? Not worth the price at all unfortunately. The tools didn't look clean as she put the one she used on me back in the pile of instruments she was grabbing from. One of toe feels burnt as it touched the led light when she put it over my foot and another feels as though my cuticle got cut, which I'm praying doesn't get infected. I really paid the $60 to just get out of there fast! Never again :( read more

My daughter's first acrylics experience was awful. She got cute acrylics placed and was happy with it. A month later she returned to have them removed and it was the worst experience. Manicurist did not soak her nails, instead the nails were sawed off using another acrylic nail. During the removal she was tearful and complaining to manicurist that it was painful but manicurist continued on. I do not recommend this place! read more
