Always a huge shout out to Leon cause you the best! :) can always recreate what I ask for but better!

Located off Balfour, the shopping center with the gym. Needed a mani/pedi before vacation and dropped in on a Thursday afternoon about 1pm. Was seated right away for regular pedicure. $30French-white tips. Manicure was a bit challenging as they started to get busy. Gel manicure with French was about $45. The nice gal taking care of me also had to help clean & prep the pedicure chairs for the new people coming in and set stuff up for the manicurist so took a bit longer. Left almost 2 hours later. Happy with my mani / pedi. Overall was satisfied & Will come back again.

Asked for coffin nails. Instead walked out w square. When I tried to ask Tony about it he said, "you wanted coffin so I gave you coffin what's wrong w them?" Also my appointment was at 11am, didn't leave the salon until 1:30pm??! Tony was working on another lady when I arrived so he asked me to wait. This place is a joke. I keep giving them chances but every time get let down. Waste of $75. Don't go here. Look how uneven they are! This is basic Stuff he is just horrible-

My go to for mani pedi's! They always do a great job, no matter which of the ladies works on my nails/feet. They're clean, friendly, and thorough wether I'm there early in the morning or close to end of day on a Friday!

I like this place and it's easy to get an appointment. They usually have ladies available for both mani/pedi unlike other nail salons where it's an appt is required. This place is clean, their tools are per person and each pedi chair basin has their own plastic covers. The seats are a little beat up but the massagers work just fine. I have the lavender organic pedi for $45 that included hot stone and towel massage. The pedi was super relaxing and I would come back here again. They have a frequent punch card too which is a great incentive to come back.

It's really a shame that I am writing this review for this establishment. I've been coming regularly to get a gel pedicure and a full set by Leon. I've been so happy with my services from Leon. I constantly rave about him, show people my nails, and send him many of my friends. Sadly, my toe nail chipped as well as the tip of my acrylic. I went back in two days later to get it fixed where I was helped by the owner Tony. He fixed my chipped acrylic and toe nail. I saw him grab the usual duo nail polish but used the SLIM, SMALL, AND DETAILED BRUSH to paint the corner of the nail. Then covered it with top coat. I kept looking at it and was unhappy so I told one of the workers that originally worked on my pedicure. She insisted it was gel but she said she would go ask. Tony comes out from the back fired up asking, "what did you say to her?" I repeated myself saying I saw him use the thin detailed brush on my toe nail even though he grabbed the white paint as if he was going to use it. I was willing to pay to fix the entire nail all over again because of how unhappy I was. He said it's because my toe nail chipped off. *Spoiler alert* My entire toe nail is STILL on my toe. We love a man who gaslights their customers!!! I paid $120 for a full set and gel pedicure that did not last more than 2 days. As I scroll through the other Yelp reviews; I notice a pattern in Tony's behavior & customer service. No matter how talented you are, that will never be worth coming back to a place that treats their customers so poorly. *Another spoiler alert* My toe nail is still two different colors and did not get fixed. He is a liar, overpriced, and blatantly disrespectful.

    Scratches on arm from massage

Worst experience ever! Look at photos. If I could give a negative stars, I would. My son and I went in for pedicures and were offered extra leg and shoulder massage. My son ended up with scratches all over his arm and neck from nail tech sharp nails. When brought to their attention, we were not even offered a discount! This service was the worst ever and WILL NEVER RETURN. He had welts all over and the tech DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE AFTER! They just offered to wipe with alcohol. How unprofessional, rude and dirty! DO NOT GO HERE!

Went here for the first time today! I needed a refill and my normal person wasn't available so I had to find someone. refill took 40 minutes. My appointment was at 11:30 and they sat me down at 11:50 so i was a little annoyed as i stated on the phone that i had to be out of there by 12:50 for another appt. Due to time i couldn't get the design i originally wanted but whatever it's okay. The guy did a good job still, he was older i believe his name was NGU ? Refill was $40 and i did little diamonds so $45 not bad.

This was my second time here and I'll never come back. David did my first new set which was beautiful and I had a really positive experience. He didn't talk much but I was happy with his work. It came time to pay which they had an ATM machine inside.. after pulling out cash I wasn't only charged the ATM fee there but an ADDITIONAL fee. I came in today for a fill and it was the most painful fill I have ever received. I've been cut before and burned but at least have been acknowledged by other nail techs in the past that they hurt me. I was burned with the tool at least 4 times and my finger tips were not treated gently and he continued . Additionally everyone else was provided towels for sanitation on the wrist pad and I wasn't given one. My powder fill turned out patchy and inconsistent with color and rather than making it right, I was advised to come back tomorrow. I paid $60 and I will not be returning to.

My friend and I found tony on Instagram. We were extremely impressed with his nail designs. I called and made an apt and got in the next day with Tony. I walked straight in and he got to work on me. Tony was quick and efficient and got me out on time. I really loved my nails he made them exactly as I wanted.

Ken did such a wonderful job!!

I am so glad I went to Tony's this morning for my nails. Ken did an amazing job with fixing my thumb, that was done somewhere else. Shaping, painting and the designs. The place was clean, friendly and very relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

The champagne and roses pedicure hit the spot. Love how perfect my natural nails were shaped and the design was exactly like what I showed them from IG. Will add tech's name and more pictures soon. Thank you for a great experience!

My pedicure was good. I got the regular spa treatment and it was $30. The lady did a good job. I also got a fill, my nails came out nice however when we were done he said $70 for my FILL! That's ridiculous.. I can understand if it was a full set but it wasn't. I paid $100 and I will not go back.

Ask the Community - Tony Nails & Spa

How much is a regular full set?

I don't know price but I do know that it's worth it. I always get a ton of designs so I don't know the base price. But truly I'm the pickiest client ever and I'm always happy here!!

How much for a full set long nails gel and dip ? And how much is your pedicure and what does it come with?

I know it's about $45 to start for a full set as far as colors there's about 400 different dipping gel/polishes colors you can choose from it's all your preference. If you go to my page on Yelp I have pictures posted of my nails and have all the…

Their stars and reviews on Yelp are mixed and low for a reason..pay attention there's plenty of better nail salons out there for you ladies. Coming back to edit this review after the business owner replied, which I'm shocked she did considering she's the one who was on the phone with me claiming I can't come back in. It does not accurately reflect what happened. The repeated issues with my nails were not a matter of me wanting free services -- they were the direct result of substandard work that failed to hold up as a proper gel manicure should. A quality gel manicure should last 2-3 weeks without chipping. The fact that repairs were needed multiple times speaks to the quality of the application, not to any unreasonable demands on my part. I also want to address your claim that I have repeatedly asked for refunds in the past and that you have granted them -- that is simply not true. That is a false statement made publicly to discredit me, and it is unacceptable. What is also unacceptable is that you never gave me the opportunity to explain my side of the situation. That is not how you treat a customer. Period. I am not alone in this experience either. Several other women have come forward to share that they were treated the same way. On top of that, I have become aware of a health violation at this salon that was reported and not properly addressed -- something every potential customer deserves to know about. I have every right to warn my community so that others are not misled or mistreated. I hope this salon takes this feedback as a real opportunity to do better. If I could give 0 stars I would. After 6 YEARS of loyal business, I was refused as a customer -- and the reason given was completely fabricated. The owner accused me of requesting multiple refunds for coming back in with chipped nails. I have NEVER requested a refund from this salon, not once. I explained this calmly and repeatedly, but she refused to listen and simply said, "My staff doesn't want to help you anymore." No proof. No explanation. No willingness to have an honest conversation. Just a flat-out refusal to book my appointment after over six years of consistent business. To make matters worse, this interaction finally confirmed what I had long suspected -- the staff has been talking about me in their own language during my visits. I always felt uncomfortable and dismissed whenever I was there, like I was being discussed right in front of me. Now I know my instincts were right. Six years of loyalty, and this is how they treat a customer. Absolutely disgraceful. Save yourself the stress and find a salon that actually respects and values the people walking through their door.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I'm allergic to a chemical found in gel polish as well as the solution used to build acrylic and gel nails. The reaction causes my skin to burn, blister, itch, and swell all at once. Now that I'm fully aware of this allergy, I only get dip nails. On 5/24/26, I called and made an appointment at Crystal's. I couldn't remember the original tech's (James)name because it had been years since I'd been back after previously experiencing an allergic reaction from gel polish used on my toes by another staff member. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they took me right on time. Initially, everyone was friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. However, when the male tech, not James, started my nails, I became concerned because he began filing my nails down instead of soaking them off, which is how every other salon I've visited handles dip removal. When I asked about it, he told me, "Oh, we don't do that anymore." The tech then started applying a thick paste-like overlay to my nails. I immediately said, "Wait, I want dip nails." He responded, "Yes, I know," and continued applying the product. Although the nails looked nice cosmetically, I knew something was wrong. By the time I got home, I started experiencing the same burning sensation that I had before during allergic reactions. I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she was not working that day. I explained what was happening and was instructed to come back in. Upon my return, the friendly atmosphere was completely gone. The staff repeatedly insisted that all of their powders were dip powders and explained that they simply do dip "a different way." They removed my nails while speaking loudly in another language, and the tech removing them was rough and visibly irritated. I was refunded my money and left, but there was still residue left on my nails. At that point, I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything further because I was made to feel like I was the problem. Needless to say, my fingers are now swollen because the dip was done "a different way", not the way James originally did them, and not the way any other salon has done my dip nails successfully without causing a reaction. My only recommendation is this: If a customer specifically asks for dip nails, please make sure there is a clear understanding of the process being used and the products involved, especially when allergies are communicated. Also... where is James?
