E&A goes above and beyond my expectations! I quoted from about 8 flooring companies. They got reasonable price and amazing quality. They helped put back vanity from boards and they replaced the carpet with hardwood. They did a fantastic job staining the wood and wave in the wood floor so I cannot really tell the difference between old and new red oak. They also have great skills in cut and installing the hardwood that fill the small gap between dry wall and the floor and are very experienced to account for wood acclamation. They also gave me a lot of helps to choose color stain to help hide the difference between new and old red oak. The flush mount, baseboard, baseboard and caulking works are also amazing. Thank you and will high recommend E&A. Also great communication and follow up

Had a small project where we needed to remove, repair, and then replace the flooring in our downstairs bathroom after we noticed mold through the old tile, likely indicating an issue in the sub floor. E&A was very responsive to my initial request and offered a competitive estimate. When the workers removed the old flooring they identified an issue with the toilet that was minor but suggested could become an issue and so I might want to speak with a plumber. I agreed and they paused their work and waited until i got the plumbing issue resolved. Then they quickly fit us back into their schedule to complete the work. They also briefly paused their work to allow us to paint behind the removed toilet as we did a repaint of the room at the same time. Very satisfied with the care and the final product.

We recently hired E&A Pro Flooring to replace the carpet with engineered hardwood on my second floor, and the entire experience--from consultation to project completion--was smooth and pleasant. Enzo, the consultant, arrived on time for the estimate and provided many helpful suggestions. He was always responsive and thorough in answering our questions, which gave us confidence in the process. Edwin, the project manager, was great at scheduling and ensured the project was completed within a limited timeframe. He also quickly and effectively repaired a small accidental damage during the installation. Overall, we're very pleased with the results and would highly recommend E&A Pro Flooring to others!

We purchased a 90s home on the east side, filled with the almost stereotypical brown carpet throughout, with some owner-finished wood flooring that quite frankly, looked grimy. I had a few quotes come in, and not only was E&A flooring competitive, the two folks that came had some great suggestions that none of the other three flooring companies had. They pointed out the edges of the flooring had pooled stain, and that the red oak underneath would actually be beautiful when properly finished. Furthermore, and this was the game changer--they also suggested that instead of replacing the mixture of wood and carpet on the ground floor, they could interleave new wood with the old and refinish the whole thing--no wasted wood. This was awesome. They were extremely communicative over the course of the project, and literally the day I signed the paper there was someone ripping out the old carpet. David was the head contractor involved, and he was awesome at helping come up with solutions. For example, I also had them do some minor renovation work, ripping out an old fireplace, but the molding used just isn't made anymore. He managed to work some magic by moving the molding around and adding the closest match in an area that's not as visible--it looks great. They also understood that with a large dog and an infant, the floors were going to see a lot of wear and tear, so they gave some recommendations on improving the durability. We used a double coat of the Bona finish which should help, and unlike our old floors, they actually have showed barely any scratches from the dog--so far! But the floors... they are GORGEOUS. The finishers, Daniel and Ivan, did a great job sanding and preparing the floor. When it came time to pick a stain, they helped out by painting squares with different amounts, and even helped by suggesting how to look at the wood, providing pictures of existing projects with similar stains, and so on. Daniel also gave his own personal advice about which stain he liked, and actually showed pictures of his own house which had the same stain (Bona Natural). And I am SO glad I went with this suggestion--the red oak looks *amazing* with it. When I walked in after they had finished, my wife and I both gasped; it was like a different house! I have nothing but praise for the folks here, including Edwin, who managed a lot of the paperwork and financing (and also took over when David took some vacation). Literally everybody involved was polite and friendly, and definitely knew their stuff; I love the new floors and can't believe this is the same house we bought!

Alex (owner) was very responsive and did a great job explaining the carpet options that fit my needs best. They have a storefront in Bellevue where you can check out samples. The installation was high quality and efficient. Lastly, I received 4 quotes and theirs was the lowest. Will use them again and highly recommend.

Cardboard and painters tape was used to "level" the the floor

Had them remodel our bathroom and after the toilet started leaking the plumber found this. Cardboard and painters tape was used to "level the floor". Six months later and we're still dealing with the a new section of the vinyl flooring popping up.

    Hardwood refinishing.

George gave a number of different suggestions based on our floors, layout, family (we've got young children), and budget and we were able to figure out something that met all our needs. To be honest, I didn't bother calling anyone else after getting his quote because it was clear that George is honest, deeply knowledgeable about his craft, and cares about the work he does. He and his crew were able to work in our project to meet everyone's schedules and they did beautiful, careful work. Beforehand we did a walkthrough to confirm what they would be doing. (At this point we decided to also refloor the tiny laundry room. It didn't cost much and totally worth it!) Throughout the project George kept me updated via text and photos and was super quick to reply to my questions. Our floors look fantastic and I 100% recommend George and EC Hardwood flooring.

Out of nowhere, Miguel stepped around the corner, helped me lift the couch, and then offered an even bigger kindness--he suggested I borrow his van so I could transport it. He called his son at the showroom to confirm it was available and told me they'd be ready when I arrived. When I walked into the showroom, Miguel Jr. greeted me with, "Hello, Mr. Ferguson." He immediately recognized me as his middle school principal from more than a decade ago. The entire experience reminded me how genuinely kind and generous Miguel and his family are. I would highly recommend the Bellevue Design Center by BestBuy Floors to anyone looking for people who lead with integrity and community spirit.

People have gasped with astonishment when shown the before and after photos! They are pleasant and professional to work with and provide amazing service at a fair price. They tore out our outdated "breakfast counter" and the demo was done in one day. I've never experienced such clean demo work -- they did NOT make a HUGE mess like other groups have done with other projects. Their tile templater sized everything perfectly so that all pieces fit with no waste. They installed the sinks and faucets we purchased quickly and everything works as they should. They had the backsplash tile I wanted in stock and those installers did beautiful work as well. I loved working with Miguel and Aldo and look forward to working with them again in the Fall for a flooring project. Don't hesitate! Go to Best Buy Floors and speak with the professional artisans there for your next project. You will be glad you did.

Dinu is the man - knowledge. i ended up chatting with all of them and found Dinu to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Because this is something he is passionate about , he would spend enough time to explain his thoughts. - integrity. his estimate was very buttoned up without any funny stuff Honestly, there are lots of people who know how to install hardwood floors. I've done that on my own so for me, finding a guy that i can trust and rely on mattered more than anything else. Dinu is that type of the guy. Because the work can only start after closing the house, I had to time everything perfectly and even with a perfect plan, things always go wrong, and it is a matter of a call or text to him to take care of it. Of course, the installation done by his crews (great guys too. there is this older gentleman who is very professional and put all the young guys to shame!!! I believe his name was Mike. As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

They gave me a ball park price, and directed me to the showroom. I wanted flooring that matched the other room of the house. I was provided with samples (kind of large slabs), and was free to bring back the samples whenever it was convenient to me. Overall, they were relaxing to work with and not pushy at all. I made the date for them to come to rip the carpet out, and install the flooring. They were able to complete one room in one day. My request was finished within 3 weeks of contacting David's flooring. The additional great thing is that since my floor was already pretty level, the need to level out my flooring was cleared out of my invoice. So, they gave really great estimates. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I worked with them. Overall, that room was about 2k. The convenience and quickness was really worth it to me. Additionally, they removed and reinstall the baseboards which makes the finish much more professional look.
