Words just cannot describe what a great job E&A Flooring has done! I am so happy and they just saved my house & life! If you want to save your life for flooring, then call E&A Flooring. Their wood materials are of great quality and nice price. Their installation is very professional and the cost is cheaper than many others. Looking back all the things that happened, I feel so regretful that I did not hire E&A Flooring to install the wood floors for my house. This was my biggest mistake! Initially I was too naive and simply asked my contractor to install the wood floor. But it turns out my contractor was very unprofessional and the installation was problematic. Eventually, I asked EA for help and Edwin quickly scheduled the installation and finished the job. Checking the installed floor, I find the floor is so great and significantly better than my contractor! It's solid without any noise. And the floor is even (unlike my contractor, who made my floor uneven). I am very happy with this service. See the pictures for comparison. This isn't my first time getting flooring work done but it is my first time with EA Pro Flooring. My previous experience with a different flooring company was much different the price was high for low/average quality work. However, with EA, I got the best value. From start to finish it was a great experience. David was able to answer a lot of my questions before he came out to measure so I had a better idea of what my project would entail. He was very professional and full of knowledge. He talked about parts of my project that I hadn't even considered and asked questions of my preferences. Other estimators just assumed what I wanted. Once I decided to move forward with EA, it was a smooth transition to the project management team. Edwin communicated very well and the team showed up and completed the work on time. I had some hidden issues with my subfloor once they completed demo and they knew exactly how to handle the situation when this unexpected work popped up. We had 3 quotes from different companies but, David, the general manager, was the deciding factor. He handled the overall quote professionally. He listened well then provided the information we needed to make a decision. No hard sell, guilt-ridden, desperate, or lack of interest feel to his presentation & quote, which we really appreciated. I used this amazing team to replace my carpet upstairs after it got so dirty and couldn't be cleaned. I have 3 kids and a lot of kids visiting so they recommended a solution dyed carpet which is the easiest to clean, it can even be bleached without losing it's original color! It's been down for several months now and I've been able to clean every stain with ease. Their installers screwed down the subfloors so I don't have any more annoying squeaks! Also, the sales reps recommended a rubber foam pad which is extremely sound dampening and waterproof and let me tell you, it's so much quieter downstairs now! Lastly, with all these amazing upgrades, they still had the best price!!! Couldn't be happier with my investment. read more

Our business was having the interior of the office painted new colors. We didn't realize the painting company didn't do the replacement of cove base baseboards (the rubber-like baseboards in offices). We called E&A flooring. They came out and did a bid very quickly, and to our surprise were able to also do the install very quickly over the weekend.
