I had a terrible experience at your Riverside avenue , Burlington outlet today, 08/12/25. The guy that attended to me did a shabby job and packed my wet tires which removed from my car on my back sit without a plastic bag and when I told him that he messed up the seat, he started yelling and asked me to leave. Belated posting but in 10/2021 was looking for snow tires. They gave me a fantastic deal on Blizzak snow tires that were only "used" for 5 miles, so basically new but for a used price. Took my car here after it had broke down just up the road. I felt really lucky that I just happened to take my car here as everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Turned out I needed a new alternator and belt. They gave me a quote at a very fair price point and got it all done in a timely manner. As someone who has never lived in snow, I never thought about making appointments ahead of time to change my tires out. I called the shop on a weekday morning to get a quote and decided to stop by the next morning as this was close and they were priced competitively. I got there few minutes before their posted opening time to get my snow tires changed out. Seems like they open a bit earlier than that because there were a few people already waiting and had their cars being worked on by the time I showed up. It took about 1.5 hours as there were 4 people ahead of me but they had some benches and chairs inside the shop where I was able to sit down and get some work done. They were quick, efficient and overall very nice people. I will definitely be coming back again. read more

This is THE place to go if you have a flat tire or a slow leak. They fix tires the right way, by dismounting and plugging them from the inside, with a patch that cannot possibly come dislodged, unlike the vast majority of shops that will try to get away with plugging your tire from the outside with a "gummy worm". Two good stories from E&E in the past couple of weeks. First, my wife went to get her snow tires put on. She left home early and got to E&E around 7:00am ... she was first and nobody else was there yet. Eventually others showed up, too. Waiting until opening time at 8. At some point the owner showed up as well. At 8am when the place opened some douche showed up, and walked right in, effectively cutting in line. My wife went in moments behind him and said effectively to the owner "this guy just cut in line, we've all been waiting for a while" ... the owner said, I know, and don't worry, everyone I saw waiting when I got here is going before this guy. So, that was cool... Today I went in to get my snow tires on. I've never been there before and just based on my wifes experience, and the fact that they are first come first serve, I hoped I could slip into their line-up for the day. When I showed up at 9:30ish, he said it might be done late it morning or early afternoon. I said I would just wait for a while and figure out my plan. Two seconds later one of the service staff came in looking for his next car to work on, and the owner pointed to me and said, "take his keys... we'll just slip him in right now," since every other car on my list was left here all day. Given that this was early December, I expected at best to wait all day. But I was in and out in maybe 45 minutes. Final note, shortly after I came in and was waiting for my car to get done, a woman came in carrying her ~2 year old. She needed snows put on too. The owner said, "since you've got a baby in arms, we'll make sure you are next" ... so that was cool. I have a 3 year old and know that if that was my wife, she would have really appreciated that. So... good stuff so far. I expect to be visiting them again. read more

Popped a tire on a pothole and called triple A. The folks they sent just changed the tire and put a donut on. I took the tire and car to E&E to see what they could do and the guy who helped me was super responsive and nice. He took care of everything and was super quick. He ordered a new tire (we couldn't get exactly the same but he found something close). The first company that put the donut on also damaged part of the car in the process. The guy at E&E was super nice and took a look at that too. Highly recommend. They're fast and helpful! read more

These guys go above and beyond to stand behind their work. I had to get a seasonal tire change done and due to a weight falling off the tires needed to be re-balanced. I also couldn't remove a wheel to do a repair so E&E went ahead and retorqued the lug nuts for me, all included in the original cost! Thank you guys keep up the great work! read more

Like the first reviewer Ryan, brought my tire here to be fixed that had a screw in it and it was fixed in about 20 minutes, without an appointment for the cost of $25. The waiting area is pretty basic, but had a tv with cable, the daily copy of the Free press to read while waiting, and if you have a Comcast Xfinity wifi login, free Wifi. read more

Called first thing this morning, got a very friendly dude who asked for more info and to call back. Called back with the information (the tire size!) and the new person on the phone wanted to fight me about them being the wrong size for my vehicle- I had checked online and the actual tire on my actual car. I asked him if I could speak to the person I'd spoken to earlier and he angrily replied "WELL I KNOW A LOT MORE ABOUT TIRES THAN THAT DUDE" and when I told him I guess I'll need to get my tires somewhere else he said "PERFECT" and hung up. Probably an okay place to go if you, too, are an angry dude that knows everything about cars. Otherwise, would not recommend. E E Tire does not honor the discounts they have in their web site. I bought four new tires with the understanding based on information on their web site that mount and balance were free with purchase of four tires. Instead they charged me 1/2 price for balancing and mounting. When I pointed this out to them, they did not honor what was in their website and in fact were seemed annoyed that I brought it up. This shop is awesome. We had bought a car and paid a mechanic to do a significant amount of work to the front end. We brought it in to E &E to have some tires put on, and thanks to their diligence, they advised us that the car was unsafe to drive, because the wheel bearing was spent, after the mechanic we had hired told us it was good. They secured it enough for us to drive to a different shop to get the bearing replaced, and changed out the tires quickly. We have been there a few times and always had 5 star service. read more

My daughter moved to VT and went to put her snow tires on that I had bought for her car last year in NJ. When Denis went to install them he realized they were 205/65/16 instead of 205/55/16--the tire guy in NJ had sold me and installed the wrong tires last year in NJ (dangerous). Well in a nutshell Denis insisted that size was not safe, too them in trade (were almost new) against other snows and now my daughter is driving on 4 snows all the correct size. This is THE place to get a tire patched the right way. They dismount the tire, turn it inside out, and patch it FROM THE INSIDE. Most shops use a "gummy worm" patch from the outside which is not as durable and could void the tire's warranty. The place to go for tire service while you wait. read more

I went in last weekend for a snow tire changeover. Brett identified pretty major damage to my 2 year-old all-season tires. I'm grateful he identified this, and was surprised to learn that other customers get upset when he tells them their tires are too damaged to put back on. I consider this a huge public safety service! Brought my car in for a state inspection. I was able to watch my car a majority if not the entire time. I am confident my vehicle was not actually inspected. I have been a customer of E&E for over 30 years. Lately, though, the current owners have become kind of miserable. I took my car in a while back to have them look at a leaky tire, which I bought there, and now, just weeks later, it's still leaking. I went back and they wouldn't look at it the other day because it was "too cold" out and they had no air. I returned today, much warmer, but he wouldn't help me because it was raining. He also added: "I don't make any money off air!" I don't know what has happened, since this has been a rock-solid business for so long. But they have just lost two long-time customers! read more

I was so nervous to get my tire changed from a donut and wasn't sure where to go. A friend recommended E&E and I'm so glad I came, no bullshit charges, they didn't try to trick me to into buying more than I needed and did it quickly and efficiently. The overall aesthetic is nicer than most with the antique feel. They even fixed my rim free of charge and went out of their way to take care of me. Terrible customer service. Called to confirm they could do everything I needed done and they said yes no problem. Dropped my car off the next day at 7am for 3 things (oil change, tires, light bulbs in both headlights). They called me at 4pm to say they only had time to do the tires and could I pay over the phone as they were trying to "get outta here". So I did & said there was a printable coupon from their site in the car for $20 off...reply was, "I need to change that I'll give you $10 back". Totally shocked at their level of professionalism and customer service and now I still need to get an oil change... Ended up changing the light bulbs myself this evening thanks to youtube! read more

I really wanted E&E to become my new go-to place for tire changeovers because it's within walking distance of my house and they were very reasonable on cost, but they screwed up balancing the front 2 tires on my last visit and a road trip the next day revealed a painful vibration in the steering wheel. $20 later at a different garage, they were balanced properly and the vibration vanished. read more
