I enjoyed the mental stimulating game show that was playing on the TV in the waiting area. The third time I picked up the vehicle, it did not run any better than when I dropped it off. I have never experienced anyone who talks as much as Nick, the owner of the franchise, but NEVER say's anything relevant. I contacted Aamco corporation to file a complaint. They called Nick, the owner then called me back (timely) to tell me Nick refuses to return my money. I asked to speak with the head of the department. I left a message and sent two emails to Quinn Callahan. He has ignored ALL efforts to contact him about this issue. This is the worst company I have EVER encountered!!!
