We had just bought a house less than two months prior and had plumbing back into our house three weeks in. We called Roto-Rooter who "fixed" the issue temporarily. They sent a less experienced plumber out first who could not pinpoint the issue and the "experienced" one the next day was unable to find the sewer cleanout and had to run a smaller blade through the pipe to create a quick fix. When it backed up into our house again three weeks later, we called Bies and Joe came the next day. He found TWO cleanouts in our yard, broke up all of the debris at our connection to the city main, and showed us live footage of said debris getting pushed through. He did everything Roto-Rooter couldn't do in half the trips and half the time of one Roto-Rooter trip. Joe was fantastic to work with, fixing our problem with expertise while offering several helpful tips for the future.
