After they fixed this and charged me almost $1,200, they proceeded to tell me my car still wouldn't start. My car then sat in their garage for multiple days. I had to constantly follow up with them, only for them to tell me they couldn't help me by day #3. I rolled my car out of their shop with a $1,200 charge and a broken car. Thank god I contacted a smaller, local mechanic who was generous enough to come to my house, fix all of my wiring and replace damaged parts for HALF of the price of Mountain View Tire. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, I will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here for anything, including oil changes. Please call your local shop and give them your money, which will be about half of what you'd spend at this place by the way.

After the first "diagnostic" you guys did on my explorer and failed to diagnose the…read morefuses they were going to charge me $450+ for a wire diagnostic and still have to pay for the labor and parts. I fixed it myself. I then take my Hyundai accent to get my rotors and to bleed the brakes, first of all I got a better quote somewhere else and it wasn't until I mentioned that they took off like $30 plies he forgot to apply the $15 discount. After they finished I left and my brake pedal was still spongy. I came back and they said they can clean it and adjust the brake shoes for an additional $90 come to find out that whatever they did was no help at all down the street after I left the second time, nothing changed. They could've said get new brake drums and we can replace them. That $90 could've went to the brake drums and then after a few days of not noticing because I wasn't expecting an oil leak I see oil spots under the car. My Hyundai was parked for months with 0 leaks after bringing it here I magically have an oil leak possibly my transmission bc both sides are covered. I checked the engine and the blue gasket I put on isn't there and I recently put that on with a new cover. I've done work on it myself because I don't trust shops and this is another shop that has failed me twice. I wouldn't recommend them. Not to mention they had a customer that same day questioning them about their a/c program and how it was a scam bc he's a contractor and noticed something that wasn't right. Maybe they targeted me and did that so I can come back to get more work done but I'm not dumb I've worked on my own car before and have gotten before service/quote from mobile services.
