All of the equipment seemed well maintained and I had no issues with it throughout my tour. Joey was the tour guide for me and the six others in our group. Joey was knowledgeable about San Francisco and it's history as he provided numerous bits of information at each stop along our route. The views were great although we got a foggy day so never had a full view of the bridge. The weather was great and I was comfortable in a sweatshirt although the drive across the bridge was way colder than I expected! I felt that this tour is well worth the price and it was nice to have a stress free experience being guided throughout the city and across the bridge. Sausalito is also a very cute town with tons of dining options. When the tour ends, you are left to explore on your own and just have to get your bike back before closing time. I prepaid for a ferry ticket (Sausalito back to San Fran) when I booked my reservation. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me the voucher when I left for the tour so I had to purchase my own ticket on the ferry and obtained a refund upon my return. It was $8.25 to buy my ticket for the ferry (includes your bike) but they charged $18.00 online. I consider it a win. I am super glad I rented an e-bike because there is no way I would have made the tour on a pedal bike. It was a pretty long distance with a few big hills. I would say you have to be an avid biker to be able to pull it off although the employees insist people do it all the time.

Sender was an amazing employee and so was Jeremiah they really helped with the bike issue and reassured us it wasn't a big deal, really appreciated that!

The paint was pretty beat up on my vintage Atala. Rick offered to restore the original, but I…read morewanted a new color on my old frame. We discussed colors, using Pantone colors as a reference. Inspired by vapor wave, we landed on a Sailor Moon palette of deep purple, magenta, and white (with a few gold accents). The pin stripe around the lugging is really clean. Excellent work! She's a beauty now. Rick talked me out of an additional blue color block and I think it turned out really great. He even polished the chrome fork and applied topcoat over the decals so they won't fade like the originals.

Rick repainted my beloved 21 year old Soulcraft groundskeeper. It had seen a lot of miles and abuse…read moreand was showing as much rust as paint. I met Rick at his shop and he helped me pick out a new color after listening to what I was thinking color wise. We also agreed to redo the decals. He told me it would be about 5-6 weeks and like clockwork it was ready in that timeframe. I went to pick it up and I was amazed! It looked better than new and the decals were fantastic. Built up it looks even better and feels like I got a new bike! I would highly recommend Rick if you are considering getting a frame repainted. He does an incredible job, and is super friendly and nice fun to work with!
