Cute place nice food overall really good. The service is nice and warm place is clean

Arrived at 6:40 on a Friday and it was very busy so we knew we would need to wait. I totally understand busy. An hour and 10 minutes later we get our food- soup and a steak sandwich with chips. Food was fair but not great. Steak was tough and not cooked to ordered temp. Chips were greasy but mostly crisp. The soup was $9 for a 7-10 oz bowl of chili. It had been a while since we have been here and sadly it will be longer before I want to return. read more

Amazing staff. Made me feel great on my birthday. Had a woman yell at me multiple times and leave zero tip and the staff still stayed positive through their shift. They are amazing shout out Tawny. read more

It's a small bar with a big heart. The food was your average bar food but really tasty It looks like it would be a fun place to hang with friends on a weekend night Go here to eat and drink. It's a small town so don't miss out on this local drinking hole. read more

Come back here about once a year to see if it gets any better. Disappointed once again. The servers love to talk to each other and ignore the customers. Philly cheese steak and fries were so salty they were almost inedible. No music in the dining room. Played the jukebox, but it could only be heard in one part of the bar. read more

I've been waiting for their summer salad. I called today, they have it. Super excited. We usually dine in. This evening decided to take out. We won't be doing that again. Opened box, pathetic. Worse looking salad I've ever seen. I literally could count the pieces of lettuce. I'm glad we ordered the full because I hate to think what a half would have looked like. Why do restaurants do this? Charge you full price but then give you less than half size portions or subpar food. Take out customers orders matter. We eat there frequently but we may not be back. Do better! read more

I highly recommend this place for drinks and a good time, but the food is just so-so. Theres a volleyball court, swings surrounding a fire pit, jumbo beer pong, outdoor bar, indoor games, and variety of seating options. I love being able to drink outside in such a fun atmosphere! We always have a good time here, but start your night with dinner elsewhere and make your way here afterwards. read more

Nothing fancy. Really good food and excellent service though. The garlic burger is the best burger on the menu. I love this place!

We used to eat there a couple of times per week and loved it. The last year or so the quality has declined and the prices skyrocketed. The last time we were there my wife ordered a $11 Patty Melt and when it arrived the bread wasn't grilled. We asked the server to take it back to be prepared properly. She brought it back the same way, and although she agreed the bread should be buttered and grilled like a grilled cheese, she said the kitchen said that's the way they make them. Then she just walked away and never resolved the issue. We paid our bill and left the food on the table. I totally understand problems occur but to ignoring us was not acceptable. read more

We stopped at this great local pub for at light lunch on our way through town. The atmosphere was casual and friendly. Great service. Food was excellent! I had the Greengo Chicken Wrap. The Greengo sauce was homemade and delicious! Best wrap I have ever eaten. My husband had a Pepper Jack Crispy Chicken sandwich and was very happy with the taste and texture of the chicken. Good food but they must have a new cook who turned the once-wonderful chicken livers into overcooked inedible crumble. Don't know what happened to Jeremy who always cooked them correctly and they were delicious. I can only eat chicken livers and salmon right now although I do the occasional steak, so I can get frozen salmon for less elsewhere and fresh for less as well, the chicken livers were why we came. We go here frequently but had never went on Thursday when the special is various smoked meat plates. My wife and I both had the brisket and were very pleased. Our service here is always friendly, fast and complete. Some say it's a little on the pricey side, but I find it right in the middle of the bell curve for local fare. Great selection of draft beers and full bar. Give it a try. read more

Seriously one of the best restaurants in town. I was reluctant to take my family to what looked like a bar, but the online menu looked too good to pass up and the website said they were family friendly, so we packed up our herd of three kids ages 2- 8 yrs old and headed of to E.L. Flanagans. It. Was. Amazing! Seriously, every single one of my picky eaters not only cleaned their plates but they started after their father's chicken linguine! We have since been back three times (twice for take out orders and once for lunch). Can I tell you that their lobster bisque is to die for? Ooooooh so good. Their clam chowder is pretty good too and that's coming from somebody who used to live in Monterey Bay, CA and near Pismo Beach, CA (both of whom have annual clam chowder contests). If you are ordering appetizers I highly recommend the crab rangoons - you wouldn't thing an Irish place would make great ones, but they do. Finally, about bringing the kids - they do have a back room that has a huge fish tank that my kids loved. It was away from the bar and it was very, very kid friendly with excellent service. Pretty darn good. A typical Irish bar and grill. Good food. Good burger. It was oddly shaped and my wife pointed out it was supposed to be shaped like a shamrock. A cute idea but probably not necessary. Good crab Rangoon but not a big portion if sharing with another person. Probably a little more expensive then I expected. Could have enjoyed the same meal in St Louis for 10 or 15% less. I don't think that is the restaurants fault . As with everything in Illinois there is a higher cost of doing business. Just an unfortunate truth of owning a business in a mismanaged and corrupt state. Definitely worth checking out. read more

Been about five years since our last visit maybe five more after this visit. The beer used to be ice cold now just cool. The fries were overcooked as was a fried chicken sandwich. Ordered an eight dollar sandwich which came with chips and upgraded to fries. Brought me the fries and charged the full price of the fries not the extra twenty or so cents the cost more than the chips. Of course no chips either. So an eight dollar sandwich with fries cost 9.70 cents instead of 8.20. Little thing but if the do that to everyone not so little. The place does appear in need for updating or cleaning read more

Not a bad place if you are looking for your typical bar food. The atmosphere was OK, looked like it needed a good cleaning though. Service was average. The bartender didn't know much about the beer selections as she was too busy texting on her phone. Although it wasn't busy inside, there was a good amount of people outside playing volleyball. Looked like they had games going on. If you are in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat, stop in and try it out. read more
