Stopped by without an appointment today and didn't have to wait long. Was quiet and serene. Some of these nail salons have become very loud and not relaxing. Service menu was posted and you filled out a quick card with preferences. Got the deluxe pedi with gel. I was not pressured into an upsell or additional services which was nice for once. Very clean. Everyone opened a new bag of tools for each pedicure. Wiped down the pedicure chairs after each client. I got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure with a design. I had two different gentlemen. I didn't get their names. But pretty nice both. They give you a chance to look it over. So you have time to notice the little flaws. One thing I really appreciate, I asked if the color I picked was gel or nail polish. One of the employees said "we have every gel color in nail polish because we charge extra for shellac. And people get mad if they get charged and they want regular nail polish" Unfortunately a lot of salons try to be sneaky with the up charge. But he made sure I knew it was regular nail polish. I can't say enough how much I loved my experience here. Ernie took his time helping me try to match my favorite red color from another brand and it came out PERFECT. Olga (I hope that's how she spells her name!) was extremely detailed and careful with my pedicure - she painted them so precisely and they look gorgeous! Service was 5 stars but the outcome? 0 star. I wanted so much to give 5 stars but my gel nails were already chipping not even 24 hours after application. I just recently moved to this area and was happy to find this place. They had the same brand of gel polish as my old salon. At my old salon though, the gel polish stayed at least 3 weeks to a month without chipping but here, not even a day. read more

Came here with my sister in law for the first time on a Friday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't busy because nail salons usually are busy on fridays and weekends. I had Stephanie do my pedicure which was great. I got the basic pedicure. She took her time which was refreshing and relaxing because it seems everyone usually rushes. I also liked how gentle she was because others are usually kind of rough as well. They have a really great selection of colors to choose from. Also they do offer military discount which is great. I spent a couple of hours here hoping my nails would look beautiful. The pedicure was pretty nice except for a lady who was doing nails came over and told the man doing my feet to start on another customer while he was in the middle of giving me a massage. My cuticles weren't done and she painted my nails on my feet with the gel. I got the paraffin treatment but it was hurried and then they whisked me off to get my manicure. It was awful. The male technician hardly spoke English and he did the worst job on my hands. The acrylic nail he put in was awful and he didnt cut my cuticles or massage my hands more than 4 seconds on each arm.the nail polish has bubbles on them. I will never come back here again. By far the most waste of money I've spent. 185.00 for dissatisfied services.my daughter had her nails done and it was fine. I was the one who got the worst service. read more

He paid attention to detail made sure the polish was to my cuticle. I have been here before, but didn't receive the type of service he provided. I'm not one to make reviews but for this experience I had to. I walked out crying because ive never had such bad nails done in my life. I asked for almond French tips & left with all my nails different shapes & lengths. some are more pointy & thicker than others. i did speak up & I kept correcting him & asking to make changes but they just don't know how to do nails. In the middle of my nails I was sent to someone else to finish them. the color I got was left uneven & transparent on some nails. the guys kept getting up to make calls or get on their phones. they kept asking if everything was good but at that point there was no fixing bad work. they did give me 10% off because I guess they could tell how much I disliked them so I give them that. read more

I have been going with my nail tech for over 5 years, where ever she goes, i followed her to Lee Vista. Which is now under new management for the third time this year who is absolutely TERRIBLE and disrespectful. I had a gift card from my wedding that still had over $100 on it with LEE VISTA on it. The new owner DID NOT let me use it after my mother in law PAID for that gift card. After our nail service, my nail tech and her mom were fighting with us with the new owner explaining how unfair it is, he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, when we walked by me he playfully "shoved" my shoulder. He told us we are not his clients so he wasn't going to honor it. I will not be going back sadly, I don't want give that man a penny of my money and would rather it go all to my nail tech! read more

Have been here several times and had good experiences but this last time just ruined it. I went in and asked for my toes and finger nails to match I picked out a color and they did my toes but then it came to my nails and I repeated to the person who did my fingers that I wanted the same color on my nails. They said okay and he said the number the same color for both. And I told him the powder looked different then the polish on my toes. But he assured me they would match. When he was done it didn't match. But I was already frustrated because I said it a few times that they didn't match and I was on a time crunch so I paid and left not wanting to argue. read more

My girls and I went in this morning for pedicures. My first impression was how clean and calm the place is. We had a small wait but that gave us plenty of time to choose between the different colors. As we were seated they got my girls comfortable and served them orange juice. Something that stood out was how patient and helpful they were with my girls even when my little one needed the bathroom twice lol If I could make one recommendation it would be to get some pillows to add behind the little girls so they can sit better in the seats. Absolutely not! If you are a 5 star customer service girl this is not the place. Customer service doesn't exist with an employee named Rose. My first time here, when I sat down, someone's drink was still at the nail station I was sat at, so she did not clean the station between customers. Her nail files she was using had already been used previously as well. She was very rude and got an attitude with me when I didnt like my nail shape. She was very rough and broke my real nail while filing my fake nails. Her vibe made me very uncomfortable. I never been to a nail salon where someone gets upset about what you want. Figured since im the one paying , I should have say ! She continued to be upset so I ended the session and went elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated in this manner. They remember their regulars and ask about them, some techs will even have nails ideas waiting for you (love this as an indecisive person), I have recommended them to so many people. I want to compliment Gwen, she's always done nothing but an amazing job. I wish I had more photos to show the work she has done on me but these are a few examples. I used to always see different nail techs cause to me they all seemed to do the same quality of work (which isn't a bad thing), none of them exactly stood out to me so it didn't matter who did my nails but when I met Gwen everything changed, I haven't wanted anyone to do my nails. Gwen does an amazing job, as a server I work with my hands a lot and my nails used to break a lot but when Gwen started doing my nails they would never break and always lasted me until I was ready to take them off on my time. I never had to worry about a broken nail and having to visit the salon just to get one nail fixed. Other than nails breaking, Gwen also does an amazing job of getting exactly what I want done on my nails. She always does a quality job and any idea I have she's down to do it and when I don't have an exact idea she helps figure out something I would love. She can do just about anything you think of. My nails always are top tier when she does them and I'm always getting complimented on them. She is someone I highly recommend to get your nails done, the best quality work out there! read more
