Not sure why the bad reviews but my experience going to this place 3 times has been excellent. The ladies are very professional if you have a reserved appointment they respect your time and most important they provide good services. Everyone there is friendly I got full services of mani and pedi and both services were nice. They tell you the prices up front, like I said my experience has been fantastic and my nails always look amazing and they last a long time. The place is nice and clean and because of the pandemic I'm sure lots of things had to be moved people need to be more understanding that business have to changed a lot to open up to public and provide service for us. I decided to get my nails done from not having them done in a while I was very excited to hear that this place cost $20 for a regular full set no gel .When I arrived they were not only rude to me but kept speaking in their language about everybody in the shop, they had people working outside but also inside. The man that was doing my nails was so rude and I've gotten my nails done everywhere in Fontana and I never Had this horrible Experience! I thought it Would be a relaxing time because that's why I enjoy going out and getting my nails done but instead it angered me of how disrespectful not only the man that was doing my nails but the lady Mary was. I got a regular full set with no gel and he was messing up on the shaping of my nails and blamed it on my fingers !!!I've never had that problem and I've got My nails done for years. Then as I was watching another women have her nails looking better than mine with gel they charged me more for my nails if you look at the picture you're going to see how horrible their work is . The lady that painted my nails was in a hurry and I feel like they're very racist and choose who they like to do their nails with more care which is not right at all.... everytime a customer asked for something regarding their nails and what they are paying for the people who work at E.T nails kept speaking in their language which makes people and customers feel uncomfortable because we don't know what their saying and it common courtesy especially when you're running a business. read more

Before we even get into details, I paid $60 before tip for a gel pedicure and a full set of LONG acrylics w/ ombré AND glitter wow. Second, the work! Phew! Incredible! I had three different ladies working hard to make me feel pampered and beautiful and when I say they took their time!!! They made sure I walked outta there more than satisfied with my visit. They listened to everything I said and communicated with me everything they were going to do so we were all on the same page. Not to mention I came in at noon on Christmas Eve with NO appointment and they had me polished and dried within two hours! They did a fantastic job and I can't wait to be back for my next set!!! She came back, started my nails again then left me 5 minutes later to finish someone else.. This went the entire time.. Short story long, my gel nails chipped and one peeled away (that night), as if it had acid poured on it.. I assume the gel polish was old? I went to this nail shop and I was looking for coffin shaped nails and I get it. Nobody ever knows how to do a good coffin. A good tapered clean coffin is out of the question at most salons using only acrylic. As I was getting them done i told the nail tech I wanted them straighter on the sides and less bulging out in a curve. They said they weren't done so I trusted the process a bit longer until I knew there was no more process. I've had my nails done 200 times I know when the end of shaping, and filing is near. So I asked again, if I could have it a bit more shaped straight. Attitude was thrown, "I told you to wait I'm not done" now I'm saying I can tell they're coming to the end of shaping so they said they weren't and continued. Then now they're buffing out the top and getting ready to put the polish on and it's still curved at the sides. So now I'm saying "I told you I wanted it straight then that" them " that is straight that's coffin what you asked for" we went back and fourth for about a minute until they said I could leave if I didn't like how they did it because that's how they do coffin. So I told them take them off and I left. Of course gave me attitude while taking them off. I've never gone back and never will absolutely shit customer service and trash nails. We've been going here for over a year now. The technicians are friendly and the prices are decent, but they absolutely need to work on their time management. I make an appt every two weeks for myself and my tweenage daughter and more often than not end up waiting up to 30 mins to be helped and am in this shop up to two hours!!! While management is always apologetic for the wait times, there doesn't seem to be much that they're doing to avoid the inconvenience. If they are going to be open on Sundays they absolutely need to stop working with a skeleton crew; three fully competent technicians and one whom only does pedis is simply not enough. My appointment today was for 1:00, we came in at 12:50 and didn't leave until 3:35, it would've been longer but I skipped my top coat because I had just had enough. On top of that, the man is constantly trying to give you what he wants you to have. He'll ask what shape you want, in my case coffin, then tell you he's just going to make them square and narrow. No! I told you what I want now do that. I gave him a color he tells me another would be better. Asks me why I want my nails short or why I'm not getting gel today, because "gel is better" i came in for a fill because my set was only 3 wks old and he tells me I need a whole new set. Since it's hard to get an appointment with mary, since they say shes always to busy. And sometimes you can make an appointment with her depending on who you are or how much you spend and sometimes they say shes busy so you can go with someone else, and then you walk in and she isnt busy. So I will suggest going with Cindy, she speaks good English and you dont get the vibe shes laughing or talking crab about you with the others. read more

The first time I came to this place I had a really good experience. But the second time I came I was a couple of minutes late to my appointment and they told me that they couldn't take me and gave my spot to someone else. So it's been sometime and I decided to go again and this time everything was turning out well minus being burned from the hot stones until I got home and realize that the gel pedicure I paid for didn't have a topcoat and it was still sticky. This place is really run down but I gave it a chance anyways. It wasn't until I sat down in the chair for my pedicure that I realized how dirty the place was. I couldn't help but think to myself that the three employees who were sitting around should have been cleaning instead of eating chips and watching movies on their iPads. After service I would consider less than mediocre I reluctantly pulled out my card to pay. I was told I could not leave a tip if I paid with my card and was asked to pay cash for the tip when I said I didn't have cash I was told to go next door and use the atm for their tip. When I asked if they did not allow me to pay the tip on the card so they didn't have to claim it on their taxes she said nothing but nodded. And they talked me into getting a pedicure. Didnt get the ladys name who did my pedicure but they were both really sweet people. My nails came out straight which is really important to me. Been here a few times, the job is never consistent. I always get gel manis and they turned out alright twice and bubbly once. The pedicure is something else though..its not that I'm unhappy with how it looks but they seriously need to be careful when they're filing. The old lady I got the last couple of times for a pedicure kept filing my skin (on the sides of the nail) raw until it bled, not just on one toe but on four!! Before that visit she only did that on two and I excused it because it wasn't too bad, just enough to make me jump. Its like getting a paper cut, I hate paper cuts. I don't know what her name is because we never really spoke and I don't wana be rude and refuse her services so I decided I just won't go there anymore. First off, their poor time management. We had an appointment and we were there close to 3.5 hours, on the spa/chairs over 3 hours for gel nails and regular toes with just adding glitter. They don't want to listen so my toes end up completely different than the photo I showed them. It was my friend's go-to salon, so I was very patient (they did crappy job on her nails/toes too). Nails came out ok, but they didn't push cuticles enough so not even 1 week, they look horrible. Also they told me I wasn't married because I abused my spouse in my past life and didn't have kids because I had an abortion in my past life. What the...?! Oh and also they made fun of me, about the shape of my toes, my thin skin, and lack of knowledge about pedicures. I don't even know why I didn't complain.... well like I said, it was my friend's salon but she went home super frustrated and swears we are never going back there again, so there you go. read more

I have been coming here since last year and I'm usually happy with my nails when I leave. This time I am not only not satisfied but I'm angry. The man who did my acrylic nail fill ripped off HALF OF MY REAL NAIL on my thumb!! He tried to stop the bleeding with his bare hands which he didn't wash after his last customer!! When the bleeding stopped, he put acrylic over the cut which I regret allowing him to do. It burned so bad and he laughed and said like 10 different excuses basically saying I was over reacting. He didn't apologize and kept making excuses for his mistake. It happened because he was being VERY rough and in a hurry even after I told him it hurt. I'm praying that my finger doesn't get infected!!! I'm so angry and unfortunately will never go back to this place again.
