Worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken was squishy and completely white and the noodles mushy and slimy:((

Got the broccoli and chicken with shrimp rolls. The chicken was interesting I'll say that and the tiny shrimp rolls were not great either

If you haven't been before, the vibe at Raising Cains is fun - think disco balls and Elvis art with a crown on top. The counter folks were all friendly, and I wasn't expecting that they would deliver food to our table, but they did. The food at Raising Cains was good, but didn't live up to all the hype for me. No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.

We stopped in on our way home from the Lancaster downtown and we were in search of something that wasn't greasy pub food. Friscos more than delivered on that request. It was a bonus that they had TVs and the World Cup playing. If being critical, the white meat was a little chewy and dry but the charcoal flavor was there. I'm guessing they're being careful about foodborne illness and cooking to higher temps. Using some of the 3 sauces was a a must. The leg, however, was to die for even without sauce. Juicy and fell right off the bone. The rice (chaufa) was cooked well and flavor was not overtly soy sauce thankfully. Green beans were crispy and fresh. Overall, I would recommend Friscos to anyone in search of a healthier option for dinner.

Frisco's serves up moist, tender, hot chicken, with flavorful skin, but so does the Amish, who also brine their meat. My side salad, though the bitter, leafy green was fresh, it sat in a small heap, weighed down by a side of precooked from frozen, corn, feta crumbles and mushy, tiny bits of tomato. Frisco's signature cilantro sauce, barely hinted at the herbaceousness of cilantro and I could not discern any garlic. Lastly, everyone's food was served on a metal cookie sheet, with paper underneath. Fortunately, my husband's sandwich was wrapped, so he used that paper to eat off of. I dunno, maybe I'm just being picky for expecting to eat on a paper plate.

If you're looking for a filling meal without using up one of your premium options, this is a solid choice. * One of the better deals on the Hersheypark meal plan, especially if you're looking for something filling. * You can choose between a classic cheesesteak or Philly fries. * My go-to is the classic cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz and onions. You can also get it with Cooper cheese, with or without onions. * When eaten fresh, the bread is soft and fresh, which makes a big difference with a cheesesteak. * I did notice that the sandwich is noticeably smaller this year, but it's still a decent portion and enough to fill you up. * There's plenty of seating, making it a convenient place to stop for a meal even when visiting with a group. * They also offer milkshakes, which make for a nice addition if you're looking for something sweet afterward. Overall, Philly Cheesesteak & Co. is still one of my go-to spots in Hersheypark. The portion seems a little smaller than in previous years, but the sandwich is still satisfying, especially when the bread is fresh. Definitely worth considering if you're using the meal plan.

We ordered the two tender and fry meal and also the three mozzarella stick meal (their mozzarella sticks are the thicker rectangular style, not the skinny round ones). It actually seemed like a better value to order the mozzarella stick meal because it also came with fries. One thing I found a little odd is that none of the meals come with a drink, which feels unusual for combo meals. The chicken tenders come with dry rub seasoning levels. We tried light, mild and hot flavors. The meals come with a slice of white bread, pickles, and a dipping sauce that tasted like a sweet mayo based sauce (possibly a ketchup/mayo blend). The food itself was fresh, hot, and seemed good quality overall. A couple small issues though. The pickles were placed touching the chicken tenders, which made part of the breading soggy by the time we got home. Also, when we were leaving the store, an employee came out to tell us we had forgotten one of our tenders in the bag. When we got home we also realized one order of fries was missing, so we almost left without a whole tender and did leave without one order of fries. For the amount of food we got (no drinks included), the total was around $29, which felt a little high considering the missing item. Overall, the food itself wasn't bad it was actually pretty good and clearly made fresh. But between the price, missing items, and the fact that it's just not something I usually crave, it's probably not somewhere I'll be going back to often.
