I love rotten Robbie in general but here they have made the really unfortunate mistake to pick a "touchless "car wash system under the brand "laser wash ". In theory it sounds great, "it will not scratch your car ". What they forget to say is this: It will not wash your car either!. I paid for a wash and by the time I was done it was not clean and it was not dried. I went and asked the cashier about this and the grumbling subcontinent manager came out without saying hello and just handed me a piece of paper saying this is only good for 24 hours. He gave me the most basic wash to take the car through their non-working wash system again. It was interesting to see that it was clearly printed on the document that the wash was good for 30 days. I'm really not clear on why the fellow had to lie about this. Overall, it was a strange experience. Oh... You wonder if taking the car through a second wash finally did the trick? I did put the car through the second wash and it came out not clean, not dried. A complete waste of time and a bit unfortunate I would say. This wash system only works if your car is slightly dusty at best. If you have even a little bit of dirt on the car, it will be completely unable to clean it. Final note: my car was not very dirty at all. I can't imagine what it would've been if the car had been fairly dirty with maybe road soil or mud on the sides. This thing would've done strictly nothing at all. Hopefully this is useful to somebody and maybe somebody from management will wake up and realize that they need to throw out this useless product and get something that really works. The rest of the gas station is great, they should get a manager who doesn't feel the need to lie about small things. In my experience, somebody who lies in small things will definitely lie about big things. Maybe it's a cultural thing. read more

I kid you not, the cheapest level wash gets the job done. I've tried all tiers to see if there's a difference and the results look the same. BUTTTT- that's only if you take advantage of those broom and buckets that are stationed along the line up area. Don't expect any of the wash levels to remove pollen spots or hardened bird poop without agitating them first with the brooms. It'll save you the time from having to spot clean those areas by hand after your wash. The blow dryer at the end doesn't give you nearly enough time to dry off, so if you're picky about water spots it's best to bring a microfiber towel to wipe them off. If the machine is broken and is set at the highest tier, you can walk inside to make your tier level request to the cashier. Don't let these inconveniences fool you into paying more for something you don't want. Lastly, their lines are suuuper long in the mornings before and evenings after work. read more

TLDR: new car wash line could be better thought through and positioned. Also people fly into/throughout the parking lot, try not to get hit. The line is still insanely long. Again being completely honest, the wash is still great but baked dirt doesn't exactly come off which is to be expected, the lines do get long. Some people also add to the line by going in with their already-clean cars which is just kind of funny because the wash is just that good. My update is because they came up with a new line-up system for those waiting for the car wash, but there's still a lot of cross-traffic being able to drive through this line, things can get a little dicey with this new line setup especially with huge buses and trucks coming through. Not sure how safe it is with cross traffic through the line, because you have to make sure no one's trying to fly through the gas station at you, even though parking lot speed limits do... y'know... exist? Also people accidentally cutting the line is very likely due to how the way things are currently set up. But there's a lot of unused space to make a better line and there's much potential in making the line much clearer to drivers. Also the directing signs for this new car wash line are very tiny for how close you have to get as a driver to see them. They're not the most obvious and I see the intention which is good. Bigger more obvious guidance blockers and signs would be best especially when small signs can look even smaller to drivers. Decent sized poster-boards with thick giant black readable text could probably help, or even reflectors or fun little lights along the blockers could be good. Even a sign that says "enter here, car wash line" would be good like a drive thru sign at a food place. Giving big obvious signs a try might help a lot, and also having better entrance directions. Also be careful at the exit/entrance closest to the stoplight because people plow into the gas station and basically have no regard for grasping the concept of "right of way" or your existence. read more

We came super late, hoping that the line would be shorter, but even at 11pm on a weekday, it was over an hour. Plan to sit in line for awhile. My husband even walked the dog around the block for awhile. The way the thing you order your car wash on is so confusing. I ended up getting a higher tier than I wanted and had no way to figure out how to fix it. It was expensive, especially for the job and time commitment. They should set up another station to have the line go faster. read more

I took my car here after a dusty drive through the mountains, and this touchless car wash did a great job. Other recent reviews were right. It doesn't clean the car that well as it's touch-less. Went around 8am, just got back from Reno so it's full of mud and probably salt from the road. Went with the middle option which costs $14. There are blue barrels around the entrance with brush. I didn't use it as the brush looks dirty including whatever water solution that's inside it. But if you don't care you can pre-scrub your car first before going in and wash your car. Which should provide a better outcome. After my wash, my car still dirty and looks similar to the other photos in the review. But at least almost all the mud and salt seems to be washed away. So if you have mud, salt and heavy dirt, you can use this touch-less wash as a pre-wash before you go to a brush wash to have a lesser chance of scratching your paint. read more

Tried the gold package. Noticed that it does not remove stains(example: when bugs smash in night driving or bird droppings) , you will have to clean it before or after the wash yourself. Never thought I would rate a touchless car wash place, but I am because it was awesome. Simple and gets the job done. Cars finally clean ! It was a good experience ! Would come by again ! If you have a matte paint car, you likely don't want to use the silver or gold tier options as they contain protectants and waxes that will ruin the overall look of your car. However, when you pay for your car wash at the terminal, the button used to switch the mode is broken and you will be forced to use the Gold option. Since I'd rather not lose an extra $4 plus hundreds of dollars of paint damage, I exited the car wash after waiting 40 minutes only to be told to come tomorrow for a refund because the gas stations payment system is separate from the car wash's. As far as automated car washes go, this place is great. For light dirt or dust this wash gets almost all of the gunk on your car off. This wash is totally touchless with no brushes making it and a popular spot for Tesla owners. Each car takes 5-10 minutes so depending on how many cars in line the wait be a little long. I only ever use touchless washes for my cars and this place is my go to. The line does get long during certain hours so be prepared to wait 20-30 min. There are brushes you can use to scrub under your car or tires. There's also a vacuum station. My car comes out clean each time and because it's touchless, no scratches. read more

The machine did not give us the option to purchase the cheaper car wash options. The bottom button on the machine worked when we selected the option to pay by card, but then it asked if we wanted the Gold Wash which was $16. When we tried to click the bottom button which said "Next" so we could get the bronze wash which is $12 it did not work. We clicked it multiple times and it did not give us any other option. We clicked "yes" for the Gold Wash and it immediately worked. We had waited in line for 40 minutes at that point; next time we will take that time to go inside and pre-pay for the cheaper option. read more

The only good thing about this place is that it's pretty cheap. It only works if you just have some dust on your car. It doesn't clean the dirt and grim. It may be nice that it's touchless, but it just doesn't clean very well. It's automated and it goes through the cycles pretty quick. Also this place generally have long lines. So you're basically waiting a long time to get your car washed and it's not even washed. If you go through the cycle twice, then you might as well find a real car wash place and get clean car after the time spent. read more

With the drought conditions as they currently are in california (no washing your cars at home) I would recommend this place for a touchless car wash, given you'll still have to touch it up a bit after. The last place i'd take my car to get washed is a drive through carwash with the spinning bristles, those washes damage the hell out of your paint with scratches and sometimes etching even. Recently a friend helped perform a paint correction and ceramic coating on my car, so the last thing wanted would be scratches in the paint. Usually at home we can do a snow foam prep, and then two bucket method wash, but given the current water restrictions you're left with few options. At home you can do a no rinse type wash with ONR etc, or you can take your car to a car wash business. The best option for no scratching was to do a touchless car wash. This place is the only business i could find around that does a touchless wash. After watching a few youtube vids, go with just the basic bronze wash. You don't actually want all of their additive protectants on your car as they can be greasy or messy and cause build up over time. The wash actually got rid of most of the dirt / dust on my car, the only issue was that there was some left over soap residue that wasn't all the way removed with the rinse. At home i went over the remaining soap streaks with ONR rinseless wash solution and a towel, the car then looked freshly washed. read more

Car wash itself is okay considering it's cheap and touchless. But there are two main issues that have becoming worse recently: 1. Credit card reader often doesn't work and you have to pay inside the store. This is especially bad during COVID. 2. Long waiting time is common. One car takes ~5 mins, so if you saw many cars ahead of you, just leave. Confirming the card reader is working before waiting. read more
