Amazing sales rep that go beyond point sales to assist you in finding the vehicle you need. They do work with what ever credit you have and will work with you 1oo percent of way. Unlike p wanco they are honest. Not giant car lot they do have majority of there cars posted. But to me biggest plus is there cars are in line of what's affordable and not something that I'm be stuck paying a arm and leg for. Something that when I'm done paying my credit does increase and I can trade it in. Or stick with it for my little ones. Go somewhere else to buy!!!!!! Their customer service is non existent. I was passed around to 6 different sales people that all claimed to be new. I took in my car to find out the trade in value and the owner / son never called or returned my phone calls. Each person I worked with seemed like a total scam artist. After the purchase of my vehicle we have had nothing but problems with E-Zee auto. Our vehicle has had to be repaired 3 times now and the first 2 we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and we are not replacing the motor. they have no concept of time or how to fix mechanical problems. their warranties through other companies are a joke. we have had our vehicle about 6 months and only been able to drive it less then 3 months. the son is absolutely disrespectful and goes out of his was to flaunt his "knowledge" or lack there of. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from there or use their shop. the people running the shop are great and helpful. they tried to fix the last issue but because of the dealership they couldn't. read more

I have never been so disrespected in all my years as I was with Ezee Auto Sales It's NOT Ezee dealing with a pompous arigant ass. I was insulted by the owners son, saying I falsified a document. There is NO customer service. Not once did I receive a phone call. Run, don't walk to another Auto Sales if you want a good deal or customer service, because you won't get it from Ezee Auto Sales. My experience with ezee auto was not good from the start. Wanted to test drive a couple vehicles and they didnt even have the keys to the lockbox, which is where they keep all of the vehicle keys. Then I finally got some keys and they wanted to check out my trade. The mechanic asked me if anything was wrong with it, and i told him specifically that the screen doesnt work, may be disconnected, or may be broken. So we decided on a vehicle, signed papers, and in the papers on the due bill we noted a few repairs that had to be made on the new vehicle. Among those repairs was a new navigation disc for the nav system. When we traded in our old car it just happened that a payment was due, so we figured it would be paid off in a timely manner and wouldnt be a problem. After about a week they sold our old car, and still hadn't paid it off. Almost a month (27 days to be exact) and several phone calls later they finally paid it off a day before it became 30 days past due which would have been a negative mark on our credit. During this time i called with a few concerns about the new vehicle, they seem to think everyone is stupid or something just based off of the condescending tone and the way they try to "educate" you on what could be wrong. For example, i noticed oil spots in my driveway and when i called them and told them the flange around the front of the engine block at the oil pan was wet with oil and i have about an 18 inch wide oil spot in my driveway, he tried to feed me some bs saying "well a single drop of oil can spread 6 inches, its not a big deal" and when i took it in to have it looked at he said "all GMs seep oil, so its perfectly normal, but we tightened all of the oil pan bolts anyways, i mean its a used car and we cant expect it to be perfect" which is true, but at the same time if its not oily when we buy it then theres an issue that was covered up and even though its used we shouldnt be expected to pay for a bunch of repairs within the first 30 days. During the same visit he said he had the nav disc, which was either taken from another vehicle off the lot or ordered used because it was scratched all to hell. The new nav disc didnt work either, so he suggested i call cadillac, which i did. They informed me a new nav disc had to be ordered specifically for that vehicle, because they have VIN specific programing. And the price was $179. Ezee offered to cover half at first, saying that nobody uses car nav anyways because smartphones have gps (also in the same condescending manner as all of the other times we've talked). My wife called and spoke to them, and the guy kept talking about his 2014 cadillac nav, and how he hates it, and he doesnt see us using ours enough to justify $179 for a new disc. Yet on the due bill it says "will order nav disc" and i interpret that as "will order the correct nav disc so your nav works". So she called back again and the owner told her they "cringe" every time they see her number on caller id, and went off on her about how they've bent over backwards for us, i guess by almost causing a negative mark on our credit by not paying off our trade in for almost 30 days (which im pretty sure is illegal, technically the bank owns that car not them), and not working with us on getting our nav disc like they said they would is considered bending over backwards? No thanks, dont do me any more favors. The owner finally caved and said he will buy the disc out of his pocket, and doesnt want our business (believe me when i say there is no danger of EVER getting our business again). Now i will say the only good thing about them is the fact that they we're willing to work with me on my downpayment, and literally everything else about them has been a pain in the ass and i wouldnt reccomend them to anyone. We bought a $18k car from them, and in my eyes that calls for them to treat us with atleast a little respect. The girls that work there are fine, but the owner and his son are dissrespectfull, belligerent, cocky and very unprofessional in my opinion. read more
