They don't have vaccinations yet and as a retired firefighter who now works in hospitals finds it a shame that these state workers are not taken care of . What a joke this place is. I have been trying to make an appointment to register a car for over 10…read moredays. No appointments are available ever, no matter what time of day I look. I went to the registry to see if they could help, again, sorry no appointments. I'm very disappointed that I'm trying to give you money and they refuse to take it. In addition, the RMV is very timely when it comes to fines such as a pay by plate violation, and they don't seem to have any understaffing issue there. I'm pretty sure this message will go unread by the RMV as well.

Ok, when you have to deal with a government service, and it goes more smoothly than you ever could…read moreimagine, I just needed to tell the world about it... or at least those who use Yelp. So I had to get a street parking sticker for my husband's car. My husband who has a very different last name than I, and whose name is not on any of the home bills. I was anticipating hours of bureaucracy. I brought our marriage licence, our car insurance policy (with both our names on it), both car's registrations', our child's college fund (no, I just threw that one in for laughs), but you get the idea... I was armed with enough paperwork to go to fight city hall, and, well, at least put up a fuss. But are you ready for this... all my preparations... unnecessary! I sauntered in, and a normal human being was behind the desk. She took my husband's registration info and my $100, and handed my a sticker. I was shocked! What was I going to do with all the extra time I set aside? (Go shopping?) Wait, this gets better... because I did not go down town to city hall to get my parking sticker, and instead went to the Dept of Traffic Engineering off Allens Ave... free parking. Yep, pulled into a parking lot, parked, spent five minutes inside, and then left. Five star experience all the way!
