Sat down in the office and waited per usual. I had a pleasant conversation with a few other patrons. the snarly, looking obese white man that was sitting at the chair watching the news, of course fox 25 was on blast in the office. he was called back to converse about my inspection. He came back with an unwarranted attitude and said "your gonna fail you need tires". "the guy in the back said I needed to come tell you because he didn't want you to give him an attitude". After making comment about how much tires would cost me, the obese white man from the front then said I had a poor attitude and began to go back and forth with me like a child. I explained I had been coming there over 30 years even with my parents and that they would no longer receive my business and I haven't been back since. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the front desk guy. Very disappointed I had to find a new shop. Luckily there are other options closer to home For me. Also side note I got my inspection the same day different shop no new tires.

After leaving the vehicle there for a couple of days I went to retrieve it when the repairs were done. I was shocked to find a new and unsightly dent and scratch on my car that was not there when I brought it in to the shop. After repeated attempts to have Teele Square take responsibility for the damage, I was told that while it happened on their watch, they would not pay for the damages. They had parked my car on the street to maximize space in their garage/gas station, and claimed the damage must have happened while the car was on the street. I shouldn't have to argue that regardless of how the damage occurred, the car was under their care during the incident and should be on them to take fault. Many hours were spent trying to get to the bottom of the situation, and ultimately I was rudely disregarded by the manager. Will never go here again, and my petty a** will keep spreading the word whenever I can.
