I started noticing more stuff like back up camera not working, passenger door lock not matching, cargo door lock not matching, speaker not working, door seal missing between cargo doors, rear window leaking, ac not working right, glass shards in every window seal and coming out of the defrost, inverter not working. This van a 2022 with 28k miles I paid top dollar for it. They fixed the locks, and inverter warranty covered ac it took 5 months. They pretended to fixed the back window but only cut the silicone with a knife I can see the cut in the glass still leaks same spot. Called the dealer the sales manager just said oh well it's not going to be brand new! Scum

I found a 2014 Chevy Yukon I fell in love with. Southway does in house financing with a down payment. Dennis wrote me up with my down-payment the notes where very affordable for me. We financed a truck at this dealership and traded in our previous truck. We assumed, like every…read moreother dealership would typically do, that the dealership would quickly pay off the loan on our trade-in vehicle. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month later and the dealership refuses to pay it off. As a result, we have been forced to make payments on both our new truck and the truck we no longer own. Despite multiple calls made to the finance manager and the dealership manager, we are now facing a second month of double payments because the dealership continues to avoid paying off the loan. To make matters worse, the finance manager advised us NOT to make the monthly payment on the traded-in vehicle, and that if it negatively affected our credit, "our score should come back up once the vehicle is actually paid off". We then spoke to the bank, who stated not only would it negatively affect our credit, the reimbursement would not include the interest paid as part of the vehicle payments. Ultimately, we are forced to pay the payments and lose the interest money because of the dealership's failure to come through. My husband and I have purchased well over a dozen vehicles from other dealerships over the years and have never encountered this problem. I would highly recommend anyone looking to trade in and/or finance a vehicle should avoid this dealership and their shady business practices.

We test drove it and were in the final stages of buying it when they pulled the deal because another customer (who came in after us) agreed to pay a higher price. It was obvious they stalled our sale until the other customer finished their drive to see if they could get more money. Not only that, but the car was listed as having no accidents, but when the carfax was pulled, it showed an accident with moderate damage. Avoid this dealership - they have shady business practices.
