Amazing spot. The back room is so worth it w a few friends. The best sim I've ever played on in terms of accuracy and course choice. The floor tilts to the slope and fake sand/rough. Also a full and cheap bar ($4-5 a can). Great service as the owner brought us fresh popcorn.

New cool spot for golf simulation. Get crowded when full.

Great indoor option for golf lovers! On days that's too hot or rainy, it's fun to come and hit some balls.

Great service! The location wasn't crowded and the owner let us take our time and didn't try to rush us out.

What a great find!! Avoided some summer rain storms and came here. The analysis software is really helpful. Can't wait to come back.

It's a great place for kids, and I really love that they offer First Tee. It makes the whole environment feel welcoming and like they actually care about helping young players learn and enjoy the game. It's also a really good course if you're a beginner (or just trying to get more comfortable). It doesn't feel overly intimidating, and it's a nice place to work on your game without feeling pressured. That being said, I do think the club could use some upgrades. It would be amazing if they added a club lounge or more of a clubhouse hangout area. Something that gives you a reason to stay after your round, grab a drink, and relax would really elevate the whole experience. Overall, it's a solid course with a lot going for it especially for kids and newer golfers but it has even more potential if they invest in a few improvements.

Never going back it's a one and done for me and if I were to give it a star rating gee I don't know how I can do that there's no minus stars.

Had to wait at least 5 min on every tee box. Some of the par 3s was waiting 10-15 min on the tee box. The marshals out on the course were clearly clueless and rude. Around the 5th hole, our group is in the fairway, clubs in hand, waiting for the green to clear to hit approaches.... Marshal comes up and tells us we need to hurry up and we're behind pace. We chuckled and thought he was joking. Clearly he can see that people are on the green, we can't hit yet, there are people on the next tee box waiting to tee off, and a group behind us waiting to tee off. Then a few holes later after waiting 10min on the tee we hit our tee shots as soon as the fairway clears. A different marshal rolls up as we're about to ride off and gives us grief because the group in front of is near the green and we only finished teeing off. I guess he doesn't realize it only takes about 20 seconds to drive from the fairway up to the green but it does take more than 20 seconds to hit 4 tee shots. I don't think I'll be going back there for a long time. Just a crappy experience by packing in tee times too tightly and not keeping the course moving.

Our company completed the work as agreed and invoiced the business, but the invoice was never paid. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, we ultimately had to take additional measures to collect payment. For small services businesses, situations like this are extremely damaging. Contractors invest time, labor, equipment and materials with the expectations that the businesses will operate respectfully and honor their agreements. Laurel Golf Center is not one of those businesses. We strongly encourage other vendors and contractors to steer clear of doing business with Laurel Golf Center.

In April 2019, it was with a couple of friends, and I was relatively impressed with the course. While it's a fairly simple looking mini golf course, there are some challenges. The course is nicely maintained and better than a couple of other area courses I've been to. It's above average for the area, but not the best I've been to around here. I do consider myself lucky to have only 2.5 miles from home since 2020. In April 2023, there was a Meetup group meeting here. However, there was a transformer power outage in the area, and they had to close the course before we started. He rescheduled the Meetup for another Monday 5 weeks later in May 2023. The Meetup organizer is great at mini golf, but he was having an off day explaining all the various challenges this course has, and he says it always throws him off some. I enjoyed hearing his stories, but for me, I enjoyed the course and its challenges (well until I saw my high score...haha). Overall, this is a nice course and will return in the future.

After some research, I thought @GolfHouse would be a great first experience for him since they offer junior coaching and it's similar to a video game. When I emailed them with questions, they were the most quick and complete in response than any of the other Ashburn area courses. At this point we're 3 sessions in. Coach Ju Hee is very professional and confident, but has just the right style to keep my 10 year old engaged. In each session she has walked the line effectively between correcting swing issues and helping him understand how the game works, while also keeping it fun and engaging for him, which is probably the most important part at this point. The sessions involved 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of free time in the bay which I'll sometimes use to take a few swings with my son. So far, this seems to be the right mix. Coach also shared the before/after swing photo I posted from session 2. While I'm not sure if other local coaches have this type of tech, I think this is a significant advantage because of the real-time feedback and insight it gives her into exactly what is happening. It's also great for us to see the progress he's making. Overall, I definitely would recommend @GolfHouse and Coach Ju Hee for lessons. At some point I'll probably book a bay with some of my friends who are more serious golfers during a lesson and see what they think about it.
