    Family owned businesses with a low key atmosphere. The gentleman who assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and removal for $45 and good prices on new or refurbished appliances. Good service for sure.

    Pipe the incorrect tech said was the current active washer drain pipe which was abandoned and TAPED 16 years ago

    I purchased a GE Washer 07/20-/2021 from Tucson Appliance for my rental house i've owned since 1979. 10/03/2025, my tenant of 16 years called saying this washer is not agitating. Several responses including the GE Service Dept., suspected a malfunction of the magnetic lid locking system, suggesting to put a handheld magnet on lid top lower righthand corner. She did & washer performed normally. I called Tucson Appliance to repair this washer which is under warranty til 2027.. He arrived, I told him all of the above. Below is the email info I sent to the appliance warranty apartment per their request after the "tech" told me I need a plumber since the system had a pipe blockage. Meanwhile, the appliance store scheduler 3 days ago, agreed she'd send their tech's diagnosis (totally incorrect) in 2 hours to the warranty dept.. She never did so I called again today and she sent me to the store owner who started yelling, screaming(Tto me and was extremely abusive not allowing, nor shutting up long enough to carry on a decent conversaton for about 20 minutes. He was extremely insulting and I've fixed 2 other washers that had the same problem...not agitating. They were older models using a small plastic plug that fits into a hole in the bottom right side of the open lid. I'll also be 82 in 03/2026. I've reshingled all 3 of my houses myself and do most all my own handi-work. (To the appliance warranty dept.): Attached per your request are 2 photos, and 1 video Photos: One shows the WHITE TAPED abandoned sewer pipe, right rear of white washer, previously used 16 years ago that the washer drain hose was inserted into. This is the taped pipe the Tucson Appliance tech incorrectly wrote in his diagnosis being currently used and that the washer drain hose was entered into!!! This "abandoned" pipe is vented through a roof pipe cleanout. Another photo shows the GE washer drain hose with NO TAPING ON IT!!! at the left rear of the white washer. It also shows the beginning of the grey line piping system starting first with a short white PVC pipe, then a goldish beige PVC pipe with a grey metal Tstrap affixing PVC pipe to the wall. Video starts showing the beginning grey line system inside the house. A landscape contractor built this system to be used to empty the washer water out and into tree wells at front of the house. He is a cousin of my current tenant of 16 years The vertical white part in the horizontal pipe on the house floor is a vertical vent I installed myself. Before I installed it, the washer water, when emptying the water, would back up, run out of the drain pipe top, unto the floor..The landscape contractor had NO CLUE why this happened. This has never happened in 16 years until the Tucson Appliance tech messed with the washer drain house and AFTER he did, he decided the grey line pipe system was BLOCKED. The video starts inside the house showing a green water hose inserted into the current washer drain pipe which is the begiinning of the grey line system built to empty and carry out the washer water. White PVC pipe goes through a hole in the bottom of the concrete block house wall, making an elbow turn taking the white PVC along the house wall until it goes underground. Video clearly shows the water including a puddle forming from the underground washer water pipe drain system.. The dark pipe going up the side of the house by the hose faucet is the Gas line to the inside gas water heater. Posted by Pick Axe Packing Woman

    Sales was easy, but it's always easy to give money for a product; delivery was also quite easy - service? Dealing with an extended warranty shouldn't be this hard; getting excuses over the phone "We're short staffed" is never acceptable.

    It's a tad weird there. When you go in there isn't anyone around except a receptionist, who is…read morefriendly, but reserved. Then she calls 'somewhere', and eventually a sales rep comes out, but the whole time you're wondering 'wth?' because there are no other people in the whole building. Weird. No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured.

    We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice…read morelooking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

It took me two visits to ensure the dimensions would work with the cabinets, which required him to cancel out the first order before payment, then input everything again on our second visit. Never once did he did make me feel like we were an in inconvenience. He took his time to double and triple check everything and thoroughly explained their store policies and available warranties. We were initially going to purchase at Home Depot but I'm glad we decided to shop outside of a box store. The personalized attention and knowledge at this store made it worth it for us.

When I figured this out I was told I had to pay repair fee. Crazy as they installed it wring. I was told you only get 48 hours to report something wrong. They were not helpful at all and would not wave the repair fee. It was a problem they created. After buying 6 appliances you would think you would get some service. Never again would I buy or recommend them. Next time go to big box store. Probably get better service Marcia
