I liked that I received email for a free maintenance visit after just purchasing car- it makes you want to come back. I got an oil change but my main reason was engine issues. Service was sub par on my visit. Person was professional on phone appointment, but I had a $300 diagnostic that was worthless because engine light was not on. Car is approx 3 years old- I just bought in December from you and I explained that when I purchased car you could not even tell engine was on it was so quiet-Now there is a clicking noise and engine is VERY loud- there is also some inconsistent sputtering. I was told at pick up that nothing could be determined because diagnostic did not show anything- I could not speak to a mechanic and was essentially dismissed- I was only told if I wanted to leave it overnight to start cold but that is not the only issue-again I was not directed to a mechanic and my concerns about the vehicle were not addressed read more

We put a deposit down on a truck Monday 12/22 only to be told afterward that the truck would not be available for almost 3 weeks. Prior to taking our money the salesman never mentioned that the truck was not actually available or would take 3 weeks to obtain. We immediately asked for our deposit to be returned and it has been 5 days. No response from the dealership and when we call we just get the runaround and sent to voicemail. I recently purchased a brand new Chevy Trax which I love but have issues with the dishonesty that I encountered with the sales and finance people I dealt with. I was talked into a GM Rewards card that supposedly had 0% financing for 6 months for new applicants. I put my downpayment on it and then received a bill from Barclays who underwrites the card who put a finance charge on it. I was also told that Eagle would forgo their credit card processing fee if I charged the downpayment on the card. This fee appeared on my credit card statement as well. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone getting them to honor the 0% deal. Told them I would transfer the outstanding amount to another card and then close their card. The other thing that happened was I originally wanted a black Trax which I tried to process the transaction for but couldn't because my insurance company wasn't open on the weekend and couldn't get new insurance cards. Told Mike the salesman I would be back in a few days to complete the transaction. I was told when I went to finish the deal, that the car I selected had a faulty turbo in it and had to be repaired. They then offered me a green Trax which I took. The car sells very well and suspect my original car was sold and that they gambled on me buying the available green one. Their finance department tried to add an extended warranty to the itemized bill without my approval which I thought was very shady. I'm happy with the car but will never have a sense of trust when I go back to have the car serviced. read more

I don't recommend this dealership. An oil change with tire rotation was 1 price now it is 2 separate prices. This service used to run roughly $87 now Roughly $150 - 1 year apart with a $67 unjustified increase. (I have the receipts to prove it) New owners are ruining this dealership. Also if you are a female make sure you read and know what your manual says for the mfg recommended service for your vehicle. Truck was repaired on Monday, and I discussed with dealership I would not pick up vehicle until Wednesday morning. They repaired truck, left unlocked in their yard and truck had approx. 4k tools stolen. Their security cameras were "facing the sky" conveniently and not working. Not trustworthy ! John- from the service department, is not honest- even though he's a NYS inspector. He put two new tires on the front of my daughter's Check Trax - an all wheel drive car! Has two new front tires and two old, dry rotted, tires that have over 25k miles on the rear. He claims this is okay because they are technically compatible- same diameter and the specifics are within the parameters. How can new tires be the same as tires that have over 25 k on them! I stated that he would never put his daughter in a car with a set up like this. He said don't tell me what I'd do. He's right- I don't know what he'd do. A decent man wouldn't put his daughter in a lopsided, dangerous situation, and that is not what John is. read more

I ordered a part from Eagle Chevy online when I got the part not only was it the wrong part (from which I could clearly see at first glance) the part they shipped me was haphazardly packaged. There was also no packaging in the box to make sure that it didn't get crushed during shipping nor was there a shipping manifest incase the shipping label got ripped off. I also checked the part number on the part that they had shipped me vs the one that was on my order and it was nowhere close to correct. I called the day I got the part and left a voicemail, that was on a Friday by Monday afternoon I had not heard anything back so I left another voicemail and sent an email. By Wednesday morning I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email stating my final demand to resolve the issue before further action was taken. That in turn got me a reply and a label to ship the part back. Now I am having to do the same thing to get my money back. Notified it was ready after 8 weeks pick it up get in vehicle engine light on. This time something with transmission sensor ?? Another two weeks picked it up today. Waited for 3 hours only to have my tires incorrectly replaced. John at the front desk was very rude, continuing to talk over me when I tried to ask questions. When my father was confused about the issues Eagle Chevy found with my car, John raised his voice immediately and was condescending and I basically watched him attempt to gaslight my father, claiming there "were no issues with the car" even though we were staring at a $1000+ bill. I placed a deposit with Eagle Chevrolet located in Riverhead, NY to be placed on a waiting list for a Corvette in October 2019. The agreement was the car will be sold at MSRP and I would be notified a month prior to my list number coming up to get the final details together to place the order. I called the salesman randomly over the following years to get status updates and was always told why there was a delay on the car but the pricing never changed. I finally got the call to place an order during the fall of 2021 BUT I was told I had to pay $10,000 and order the car immediately that same day. They tried to extort $10,000 from me and placed pressure to place the order that same day or lose my list postion! That $10,000 premium was a violation of our agreement that I had in place for over 1 1/2 years. The salesman blamed ownership/management for the sudden reversal of the agreement. I did NOT place the order and got my deposit refunded soon afterwards. Eagle Chevrolet is a disgrace, I would NOT order anything from them and have shared my experience with my friends, family and union co-workers. This is no way to run a dealership and to treat customers, especially after waiting 1 1/2 years to get a vehicle. read more

The sales person could not find a second pair. I went back 5 times in person to attempt to receive the second pair of keys, finally had to go to an authorized dealer to copy the key. I Bought a Volvo some years ago from this place. That's the good news. I try not to go there because they are horrible at everything else. A nail in a tire: 2 hrs. Letters fell off & the ones they glued back on fell off. I paid for a replacement fob key & they lost the order but had my money for weeks. Then I went to get the key programmed w the car and they ordered the wrong key! 5 hrs wasted. When I called the Counter guy put the phone down for 15 minutes and I could hear everything in the office. He forgot. They get one star for selling clean cars I guess. read more

This is a long review. I apologize. It's been a long process. I assure you, one star is too high of a rating. Also a side note, apparently GM Parts Warehouse is Eagle Cheverolet. 1. Ordered parts online 7/2 - Order status never changed. 2. Called to check status on 7/05 - No one available from "Online parts Dept." So I left an online inquiry from the website contact information. - No response from the company. 3. Called back again 7/10 @ 8:26am and 10:51am just to get the same response that no one from the "Online Parts Dept." was available. Left messages from phone and again online - No Response again. 4. Called again 7/13 - Order status still hasn't changed and I tried calling at 1:33pm. Same response - No one from the Online parts department was available. So this time I asked for a manager.... Well, he wasn't available either. Sent an online request for information again with no response. 5. Called again on 7/16 (11:27am) and FINALLY reached an Online parts Dept. employee - and this time all I wanted to do was cancel the order. So the Gentleman on the phone helped me cancel the order - or so he said. I was told that he couldn't process the order, so I couldn't get a confirmation number or case number that the order was cancelled. I was told his manager had to put that information in and he wasn't authorized. So I asked for a phone number and manager name to call back if this didn't work out. 6. By the time I got home from work on 7/16 (4:30pm) the order had processed and was being sent - AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER!!!!! 7. I am extremely unhappy at this point. Called back several times and asked for the manager or supervisor only to be told that there is no one available. So they took my irate messages - and apparently did nothing with them. 8. Still haven't heard from them after I've filed for fraudulent charges from my bank and cancelled my card. Needless to say, One star rating is too much for this place. read more

The sales people didn't try to sell any car unless I was interested it. They were supportive and informative. This was the first I heard of the impact of the chip shortage. I have a car from Element Fleet that has been in the lot since the beginning of March. I started calling Eagle Chevrolet the end of May and after a week finally got in contact with a Nick how runs the Fleet program. He said he has all the fleet vehicles here and confirmed my Blue Malibu with Vin number. He says he doesn't have the Keys or book. Going now over two weeks and has not found my keys.
