OxiFresh was my ride-or-die back when I lived there -- their cleaning is genuinely stellar, no notes. But oh boy, did Corporate have other plans for me. I called the franchise location directly and got connected to what I can only describe as a human answering machine with a script and zero problem-solving skills. She asked for my zip code, discovered I was ONE town over from their service area, and essentially said "not my problem" with a smile in her voice. Fine. I escalated to their big, shiny nationwide toll-free number -- you know, the one that implies they can help anyone, anywhere. Same song, different robot. And when I asked if they could at least point me toward someone who could help? Crickets. Loud, echoing, maddening crickets. So here I am, managing a 2,500-mile gap, a time zone difference, and a corporate policy so rigid it apparently can't bend one zip code for a loyal customer. I eventually found a local mom-and-pop shop that's been in business for 38+ years -- and shockingly, they acted like they actually wanted my business. Imagine that! OxiFresh, your cleaning crew is amazing. Your corporate policy department, however, needs a deep clean of its own.

We couldn't even live there due to the air quality. 1-800 Water Damage saved our home and our health! He is friendly and personable and shares his deep knowledge about antique rugs and their care and value very freely. It's always so obvious when you meet someone who enjoys his work and likes to share that enthusiasm with others! His team of young and strong helpers were fast and efficient in the pickup and delivery and placement of the rugs, and the team was very careful about getting the placement just right. That involved some moving of heavy furniture, and this all was done safely, quickly, and carefully. The cleaning and repair of the rug happened so quickly--one week flat. We later had David clean a second Iranian rug for us, and the experience was just as perfect. He also recommended the best way to restore the rugs' fringe, and the results are spectacular.
