They offer pick up and delivery which was great. When Dave and his employee came out it was with mask and gloves. Very respectful. Dave is so knowledgeable and offered information on my rug and others in my home. I had my rug back within a week sparkling clean. They put it down and moved furniture. We had a fantastic experience with David's rug cleaning service!!! I heard about him from a friend in my town who had used his services and was pleased. David was able to pick up our first rug from one location and deliver to a different location, which was super helpful. He is friendly and personable and shares his deep knowledge about antique rugs and their care and value very freely. It's always so obvious when you meet someone who enjoys his work and likes to share that enthusiasm with others! His team of young and strong helpers were fast and efficient in the pickup and delivery and placement of the rugs, and the team was very careful about getting the placement just right. That involved some moving of heavy furniture, and this all was done safely, quickly, and carefully. The cleaning and repair of the rug happened so quickly--one week flat. We later had David clean a second Iranian rug for us, and the experience was just as perfect. He also recommended the best way to restore the rugs' fringe, and the results are spectacular. Not only did David do an excellent job cleaning my rug, but his customer service was excellent as well! After my rug was cleaned, David delivered it on time. At the time of delivery, I was not ready to put the rug back down in my room because we were doing some painting. David told me not to worry, when I was ready to let him know and he would come back and place the rug for me, which involved trimming the new rug pad to the correct size to fit the large rug. As promised, David came back to trim the pad, placed the rug, and also trimmed the excess padding to fit under my hall runner. Thank you, David! read more
