DONT BOTHER JOINING! This bank sucks so bad, every time I have attempted to make a large purchase I get some embarrassing cap that I can't go over 1500.00, apart from that anytime I call customer service I always get the most impotent vessel trying to round about a justification about why their ATMs don't work, their apps are down, or their why fraud protection locks your card at the most inconvenient times (leaving you stranded without resources in the middle of the night). I tried giving this place a try over schools first or orange county credit union and it's been a long 4years of constant disappointments. Mind you it's never the tellers inside the bank, my encounters with them have been pleasant. The bank itself is just abysmal. read more

You currently cannot access your money through their online site or app. They've had plenty of issues with their web and app redesign and it's still feels archaic. I love Jessica Mares at eagle credit union in Anaheim . She was so professional, the only thing I didn't like was that it took almost 3 hours to complete our loan. But it wasn't her fault. She kept trying to get a loan officer to approve our loan and couldn't get one. She kept apologizing for the wait. I loved the attention she gave us. At one point I had to leave to get my husband something to eat cause his sugar had dropped so much (Diabetic) and she was so kind and understanding. When I first joined this credit union it was because I was new to the area and I had money coming from another credit union so I picked this this place to speed up the transfer of money. That did not work out as planned, it still took a long time to have the money come from back east, then clear before making any available to me. What was interesting was the way the staff I spoke with seemed to honestly care about my situation and came up with some alternatives for me, and even followed up with a phone call later that day to see if I needed anything more. After that, my girlfriend penned them a nasty little email about the way they did business, and rather than telling me to take my business elsewhere, they reached out asking how they could help. I had not planned on staying long with the credit union, as I had been used to large banks and the services they provide. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no services this credit union did not supply and more over, on a regular basis they would ask me what I thought of how they were doing. I even replied sometimes. Not ever did the large banks ask me what I thought, nor, I would imagine, did they care, but one reply I sent regarded the waiting time for a tell when there were several behind the counter seemingly not working. I received an email three days later, not only did it apologize for my wait, but explained that the wait was because some were training and before risking anyone's money, they want the staff fully trained. Not most of the times I go there, but every single time I go there, someone asks me how I am, what more can the credit union do for me as a member. Every single time, for the last eight years I was treated well, promptly and professionally. Could they move faster? Sure, but at the cost of personal touch, and customer service. Could the place provide more services? Honestly, maybe, but they currently offer so much, and most importantly, each person who works there knows the products they offer. They do not have a "Desk" for used cars, or a "A Guy" who knows deferred comp plans. The teach the staff to know what it is, and to have the resources to direct anyone who has questions. This place is what customer service and single point banking used to be when I was coming up. It does exist with modern technology and is still important some places. I am glad I found this place and plan on staying with it for a long time to come. read more

Nice people that work there, but this location is way out of the way of everything. Kind of hidden in a dark and creepy industrial area. My main beef with this credit union is the holds with all deposits. Mobile deposits don't work the first 60 days and after that it is a 2-3 day hold after you have deposited funds. Also had to move around all of my bill pays because you cannot schedule what day the payment will arrive. There is no rhyme or reason for the holds, but it makes everything very inconvenient. I want access to my money immediately. At B of A, my deposits go through and will cover all debits from that day and all funds are available after midnight. We really wanted to drop B of A and switch over to this credit union completely, but it is just way too inconvenient. Guess we are sticking with B of A for now. read more

This Credit Union has been nothing but problems I am a USMC Veteran and a postal employ I switched over from Navy Federal because there is a branch down the street from my house and that was the first mistake. The current manager has some serious issues he is very rude and does not know how to treat his cutomers. They charged me a over draft fee when I still had money in my account I noticed it on my app. He told me I was wrong and that I need to know how to manage my money better his bank doesn't make mistakes he told me what it showed on the app was wrong and if I don't like it I can close my account. When I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking to me he said If I didn't leave he would personally remove me from the bank. I wouldn't recommend this credit union to my worst enemy read more

The girls are nice too but the older chubby Hispanic teller as I waited saw how she was short with the older gentleman in a hurry to get him away from her window so she was able to help the younger man. She flirted like crazy with him asking personal questions. Not the kind that you ask while working. This bank was cleaned and the men are great so was the young tall Hispanic girl if it wasn't for the inappropriate behavior of the older Hispanic female this place would have gotten 5 stars read more
