Lately, the older Slavic lady (multiple times) working here has been locking the front doors up to 20 minutes before the official closing time. It's incredibly frustrating for people who just need a quick trip to access their PO Boxes, only to find themselves locked out while the business is legally supposed to be open. Because of this, a line of frustrated customers inevitably forms outside on the sidewalk. What makes it worse is that the staff can clearly see the crowd waiting outside, yet they make absolutely zero effort to come to the door, acknowledge anyone, or explain why they are shutting down early. Leaving paying customers stranded outside when the posted hours on the door say they should still be open is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately. Bring back the standard of service we had under Rose.

Mang Nick and staff has always been friendly, and box pickup has always been prompt and on time. In addition, Mang Nick and staff straps the boxes at no additional charge for extra security. There's a slight discount if you drop off your box at the Eagle Rock office, but I love the convenience to getting the heavy boxes picked up. Balikbayan boxes are sent by ship, so shipment takes about a month to a month and a half, depending on the destination in the Philippines.
