Not sure what kind of shipping they do, but they've recently moved into the neighborhood. They have very large trucks at 5 am and 6 AM which blocks traffic and wakes the neighborhood up with their extremely loud beeping sounds. I do not believe that this area where they are located is zoned for shipping companies. I wish someone in the city of Glendale would research them and fine/relocate them if they do not belong in a residential neighborhood. City of Glendale is so sad and poor regarding residents quality of life issues. Too bad no one cares. I pay taxes and very high rent to live here unfortunately. read more

I have shipped around 10 boxes via Unitty shipping group at different dates of the year to Gyumri/ Armenia and all of them have arrived at their destination. Thank you. However, On 8/2/2021, I shipped one box to Gyumri and was charged $42.99 but on 8/30/2021 when I shipped another box exactly the same size even with lower weight the cashier charged me $46.99. I normally buy boxes from Lowe's with the size 18X18X16. According to Unitty shipping group's website the cost of shipping a box to Gyumri/ Armenia with the size of 18X18x16 is $42.99 which is ( $40.99 +$2 for delivery at the address). I have been charged $46.99. Every time that I complain to the cashiers they say that is what you have to pay. I also mentioned to them that I bought my box somewhere else still they ignored me. Before picking up the box we told them many times to tell their drivers to wear masks and gloves when they enter apartments to up pick up boxes. Driver (don't want to mention his name) came to my apartment without mask and glove but as I said we told them many times tell their drivers about this. They don't care about their service quality but only money. it's not a personal problem with the driver, it's a global issue with this virus all over the world. United Shipping has been amazing for me. If you have bulky/heavy stuff to ship to Armenia, and you are not in a rush, and you don't want to spend a lot on shipping it, they're great. I've used them a few times, and it's taken between 2 to 4 months, so yes there's a big difference, and you should only use them if you can afford to wait 4 months no problem. As I said, I've used them a few times, and the service was fine for me, but then I don't care if the guy who is busy wrapping a package looks me in the eye while he answers my questions, or if the woman on the phone answers my yes or no question with only a yes (or a no). I just want my answers. The delivery in Armenia was a bit annoying - that's why I dock them a star. They should tell you ahead of time that they don't want to carry things past the entrance to your building ahead of time. And the delivery guys need to understand that there isn't always someone home to get the packages, so giving a bit more forewarning would be quite helpful (especially if you need to coordinate help hauling in heavy packages). read more

The worst Company ever. Completely agree with the rest. I shipped boxes from here and went to Armenia on a long vacation. It was promised to be delivered by September I got it in December. So i get a phone call saying they are waiting for me to pick up the boxes on the 1st floor. We live on the 9th floor. I shipped 3 boxes, each of em 100 pounds. I have shipped with this company several times and a friend ships with them regularly. Neither one of us had no problems. Most of the time they deliver to the address given but if they do not, you can have the recipient pick up the boxes from their office in Yerevan. As for how long it takes to get there from LA. It varies. 2 months is average, may be longer. One thing is for certain, it is by far the least expensive way of sending boxes of goods to Armenia. read more
