Sergio and his team are absolutely amazing! The day of our wedding (literally right before I was about to sit down for hair/makeup), our venue called us to tell us the shuttle we had reserved through them was inoperable and wouldn't be fixed in time. This was at 11:50 am; the first shuttle ride was supposed to pick up the bridal party at 2:30 pm from our hotel, then make a second trip for guests (which we had out of town guests with no cars, etc). I was stressed to say the least. We called Eagle Limousine around 12:30 pm, and Sergio let us know they had 1 party bus still available. They went above and beyond to complete the booking fast and efficiently (with no time to spare), and the bridal party/guests all made it to our venue on time! Highly recommend this company! Sergio and his Wife are Great. I used them for my wedding. I booked again for my husbands birthday and I had told Sergio that might change the time to earlier in the day because I might get off early he said no problem and to let him know as soon as I know. I called him at the end of March to let him know and found out they booked a wedding the same day of my event and cannot accommodate an earlier time. I became extremely upset because they knew I might change my time and didn't even give me the opportunity to do so. If they would of called me I would of added more time. To compensate me for the issue that happened they did refund me $100. I don't think I will use this company again due to this issue though. read more

This company is amazing! I was looking for a party bus to hold around 15 people for my dad & brother's combined birthday celebration. Sergio was the person who helped me book the bus over the phone, and he was extremely helpful. David was our party bus driver, and he made our experience one to remember! They were able to book a same-day request with only a few hours of notice. The limo was clean and in great condition. Someone from our party left a Bluetooth speaker behind in the limo. I contacted Eagle the next day and the driver from the previous night returned the speaker to the original owner and even dropped it off at their office. This company made the day for my son very special. I was looking for a ride that would take my son and his friends out for his 14th birthday. I was referred to Eagle Limousine by another Limo company because they were booked. I initially spoke to Sergio from Eagle Limousine when I was setting up the booking to take my wife on a special date to celebrate her birthday. Sergio was very friendly and even offered to stock the limo with a requested liquor, so I could make my wife her favorite drink. I had the reservation booked on very short notice but I was glad they were accommodating. Unfortunately later that week my wife got sick so I had to ask if I could push my reservation out a week later and Eagle Limousine (Angie) was able to help me.
