3rd Coast Cycle's owner pulled a bait and switch on us and almost killed my partner. We found the…read morebike through an online listing. The owner had assured us everything was in order and ready to ride. When we took the bike out on the trails, my partner almost broke her neck on a downhill when the breaks suddenly gave out. We took it too a shop and found out that the wheels on the bike were not the original wheels and had been switched out. The rotors on the wheels were too small, leading it to quickly wear through the pads and suddenly stop working a couple hours into the ride. When we notified the owner, his response was "scary." Yes, incredibly scary. My partner could have died due to the owner 1) pulling a bait and switch and 2) not checking and ensuring the safety of the bike.

I recently got a bike and I thought who better than to check out my bike then the Mox Multisports…read moreteam! It's actually pretty cool and the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know much about bikes and i wanted a new handle or possibly grip tape and the guys there answered all my questions about wether I could change the brakes on my bike. I ended up buying grip tape and one of the guys even showed me how to put tape on properly. When I got home it was easy peasy to do! I dunno I liked it is all. Will go back for all my bike stuff. Worth a check if you ever in the west loop or call ahead! They have like everything there! Hybrid bikes are low supply so check if u looking for a new bike
