Sitting around. Milking the overtime while the home owners are waiting for 3 hours just go home. Unbelievable!!

very very unprofessional! the company dose not follow the work time zones they posted on the pre warnings. they do not follow the osha standards. this is a gated community and the work was supposed to be done weeks ago. they are sitting down laughing while 10 cars are waiting to go to thier homes! unbelievable. i would never hire a company like this.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Every employee that we had contact with was so nice and informative. They listened to what we wanted, quoted reasonably and operated like a well-oiled machine the day of. They were so efficient and they did beautiful work. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and will be referring them to our friends/family.

I must say hands down to this team! I was a little skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews. As far as some of those negative reviews like drinking and cussing..? Come on people I know those were fake reviews. Always a handful of people out there who try to take others down. Not Eagle Paving. From start to finish a great experience. Joel very communicative . After having this team do 3 of our driveways best decision we made by choosing Eagle Paving ! .Rudy and his team on point from Arrival to the time they finished. Very neat, clean, organized, great customer service, and Very Respectful! Best prices in town! I highly recommend Eagle Paving and definitely will use them in the future and I will definitely tell family and friends! Eagle Paving you guys are Awesome!

Eagle Paving did a great job at paving our 11,000 sq ft driveway. They did a very neat job including the little details like around water boxes and edges to walkways. They were on time did everything just like we discussed and cleaned up after the work was done. Only took a day. Would recommend without reservation.

There was a lot of weeds and overgrown trees, which we wanted to replace with concrete. I had various jobs for him over a two week period. Manuel was great from start to finish. He came quickly for our first estimate for landscaping, and the value was great. His pricing was fair. Him and his crew worked quickly to get the landscaping work done in our backyard - clearing weeds, removing a large guava tree and smaller fruit tree, trimming trees, and cutting ice plants. I was so happy with their work I asked if they could clean our palm trees. The price again was great and they did it in a few hours. After that, I worked with him to get concrete laid in our backyard. The price for concrete was very reasonable. Him and his crew worked efficiently but with quality to get the concrete in our backyard. The whole concrete process took 3 days and I couldn't be happier with the final product. I also had some side projects they completed during their time here - removing a metal shed and replacing a patio cover. Manuel was always great communicating with me and his work was excellent. I would highly recommend using Manual for your landscaping projects and will be using him in the future!

A JOB WELL DONE We…read morehave a long concrete driveway that curves up a hill to our home. The driveway is 47 years old and was in need of repairs to the driveway and to replace a low curved concrete wall on one side of the driveway, which was badly damaged by time and a large truck. From the Yelp website, I selected 3 five-star contractors for bids to repair the driveway. I'm in my late eighties and handicapped, but in my younger days I worked in construction starting back in 1952 as an apprentice carpenter. I have worked on many projects where I built forms to pour concrete for homes, high rise buildings, and underground tunnels. I have also worked on cementing casing in oil wells as deep as two miles and I have personally poured and finished concrete at my own home. So needless to say, I know a lot about concrete and construction in general. Now that I'm too old and crippled up to work, I'm always apprehensive when I have to hire men to work for me. All too often you get people who lack the skill and experience to do a proper job and often, they don't care how the job turns out. Then they leave behind a mess for the homeowner to clean up. When Oswaldo Minez came to look the job over prior to submitting a bid, I was very impressed with his knowledge and attitude. He told me he was the son of a father and son business and that was my background as well until my father's early death at a young age. The bid from Minez Concrete was the lowest bid and I gave them the contract. A few days later they called to say they had an unscheduled delay in their next job and they could begin work at our home. Oswaldo said they would show up at 7 AM and to my surprise the crew arrived right on time and every day thereafter. Oswaldo's father, Ramon is in charge of the actual work and I could tell right from the start that Ramon is an old school craftsman. He has trained his crew to be competent workers. Too often companies in southern California show up with a boss, who doesn't know what he is doing, and untrained men hired to work by the day. Not the Minez Company, their men are professional workers, who know their craft. On several occasions I have hired people and had to stand there all day making sure the job was done right and sometimes pitching in myself to do the job. After watching the Minez crew for a short time, I knew we were in good hands and I went back into the house. Every time I came out to observe progress there was Ramon supervising his men while working beside them to give us a first-rate job. The repairs all turned out beautifully and several people have commented upon how nice the driveway looks. To be honest, I wasn't expecting the work to go so smoothly and quickly. It was such a surprise and relief to be treated so well with a beautiful result. Oswaldo kept us informed regarding progress and his suggestions and those of Ramon contributed greatly to the final outcome. If you want a first-class experience at a fair price then hire Minez Concrete. They know what they are doing and they do the job right for a fair price. In today's world, that is rare.

They transformed our property by removing a rotted wooden eyesore and replacing it with a stunning, high-quality vinyl fence. What stood out most was their professionalism and ease of communication. They were incredibly responsive, and their follow-up throughout the project ensured we always knew exactly what to expect. The construction process itself was remarkably non-invasive. The crew was exceptionally tidy, cleaning up the workspace at the end of every day. We also truly appreciated that they provided temporary fencing while the work was in progress; it gave us peace of mind regarding our privacy and security during the transition. If you want a stress-free home improvement project, I cannot recommend them enough!

Soon after our entry and breezeway paver installation was completed a winter storm passed through. The rain highlighted a drainage issue that was leaving standing water against our house. I immediately informed Need for Build. Their representative was quick to come by and document the drainage issues. It then took five months of broken promises to get the repair completed. There was always a promise, we will be by next week, or we are sending the subcontractor over to assess but no one ever showed up or bothered to call. It did not matter what person I spoke with, always the same promises. The last time, I was assured three times in one week, our crew will be there this weekend, we changed our weekend plans to be home for the weekend, once again, they were no shows. No calls to apologize or reschedule. After all this they eventually did show up and complete the repairs.
