He was the only one who detailed every item involved in the bid, including update of irrigation. I've had issues in the past with bids for other projects that I assumed included the little details but didn't and then I had to pay extra. Michael's bid included every detail in writing that you would assume would be a part of a new lawn job and it was very reasonable. He also showed up on time for the initial appointment! His crew was great! Their work was very detailed and clean. The job was done within three days and all of the work area, including the driveway, was cleaned up. No one else who came to give a bid gave a good solution or just didn't know how to do that. So the combination of a good bid and confidence in his knowledge of landscaping made this an easy choice. I read many of the reviews and perused the photos of the different fence projects they had done, and I was impressed with their work. I contacted the company and got a quick response from Miguel, the owner, to set up an appointment for an estimate. After meeting with Miguel, I gave him an idea of what I had in mind, and he took accurate measurements of my property. Miguel gave me estimates on the use of different materials: wood, aluminum, galvanized steel and vinyl. After giving Miguel a budget I could work with, he presented me the options of using natural premium redwood (stained and sealed) with powder coated galvanized steel posts. Miguel was very easy to work with, and I like how he offered his input to further enhance my vision of what I wanted. Miguel is very efficient, along with his coworker, and he takes great pride in providing a quality product. He always kept me in the loop regarding each work phase, and was quick to address any of my questions. Best Gates and Fencing does not rush their jobs.
