The only reason why I ended up here was because I missed my Ups delivery. I called prior to coming because it clearly said that on the slip, Ups left. When I called the lady who picked up said to me: "I am busy now, I can't check". "You need to pay attention" I was shocked the way she was talking to me for simply checking if my package was here! I really don't know how she still have this notary service. The owner armenian lady sorry for my language is crazy. This is my second time i go there and she feels like she is only notary in LA. Has no costumer service and rude. If you tell her something she gets upset and screams Do Not Even try waist time here. There's a lot of notary places around like In UPS store. I drove to UPS with no questions they did notary only 10$ with no personal questions. Your job is only look at the paper and do notary with NO stupid questions. If I could give 0 stars I would... The worst experience ever!!! Jenny is unprofessional, rude and has poor customer service! I do not understand how anyone could yell at a customer when all I am doing is trying to pick up a package!! Yes the package I am picking up is under my brothers name, but I called UPS and they advised I can bring government IDs, mail and confirmation of package. She did not want to release the package and literally shooed me out! I really don't know how she is still in business because after seeing all these horrible reviews about her. I really wish amazon did not use UPS as an option to deliver my package because now it will be delayed for delivery another two to three weeks. After my last review, I have visited this place several times to pick up packages. I dreaded coming to pick up a package after my last visit. Surprisingly, when I arrived, the place looked so much cleaned, it looked organized and they had new merchandise. The lady was very kind and helpful and she has consistently being really nice ever since. I don't dread coming to pick up packages anymore and they totally deserve a 5-star review now. Her niece was in today and she is not only a gorgeous woman but she is very kind. She even wished me a Happy International Woman's Day!! If you had a bad experience with this place in the past. I would encourage you to come back and give them a try again. Maybe you will update your review too! For sure customer service is not priority here. Took two phone calls for them to find my package after they told me it is not there. They finally told me it was in inventory. I asked so what does that mean, they just repeated that it was not there and that it was in inventory. I had to ask how I get it from inventory and that's when they told me they'd look and to call back in 20 minutes. It was there the whole time. read more

Shady. Rip off. I needed a notary. The woman with the blonde/gray hair and heavy accent first quoted me $10. That is pretty common all around town. I was just in the neighborhood, so I figured I'd stop by. Then she changed her price to $25 because it was a court document. It needed one signature. I've had notarizations dozens of times. Never has anybody ever told me that they charge more for a court document. In fact, I've gone to franchise stores that have a pretty standard structure and haven't heard it from them either. I wouldn't trust this type of behavior for any other services either. read more

I sold my home around the corner from there and needed a post box nearby. Jenny owns and operates the business. It took me about 6 months to get used to her accent, her way about things and I am glad I did. 6 years later she is like family to me. Like dealing with anyone communicating is a two way street. I needed something to be picked up from here. I checked the UPS online store, and they said all they needed from someone to pickup my package was a copy of my ID (even a photo of my ID from the phone) and a confirmation receipt and tracking. This is an expensive package btw... anyhow, I had a friend go pick it up, but because the ID home address didn't match, she didn't want to give it to her, even with the confirmation and tracking. She said it was "wasting" her "time" when it's her freakin job. Good job lady. Now she's simply returning it back. What? Do not go here! The service is horrible. The lady there made three mistakes while I waited because she was trying to help three people at once. There's no a/c, mind you it's the summer and I hope you don't have anything in your packages that's gonna melt because that place was definitely over 90 degrees. I ended up leaving because I waited for 15 minutes to ship a package and didn't appreciate her stopping to look up other people's packages (who came in after me) instead of completing my order. Yea.... no. -2 but I'll work with what I have in regards to stars. UPS attempted to delivery my package ONCE the day BEFORE the delivery date.... I was at the store when they attempted to deliver at 6:43pm. Whatever... So, after battling with UPS about relinquishing my package from package purgatory (aka the truck) and finding out that it had been delivered to an "access point" I proceeded to pick it up. Upon arriving with my ID and door tag in hand, I proceed to be questioned by the IBS (horrible acronym) representative... same older woman, grayish blonde hair, and accent mentioned in the other review. She asks who it is addressed to, etc to which I respond with my name. She asks if it could be anyone else which I tell her the only other name it could be (the Mr.)... to which she screams (not exaggerating) "WHOOOOO????!!!!!" I repeat the name again and she responds with "WHO IS THAT??!!". Very rude and unprofessional, so I got a little more firm with my response to her by saying "You asked who else it could be, so that is the only other name it could be!" She responded with "Ok! Ok! Calm down honey I look..." (I was completely calm with her being the only one getting out of hand with her tone). I've now been in here for 6 minutes at this point. She goes to rifle through the packages which I tell her it is a box. She finds it..... done right?? No! She then inspects the package (same tracking number labeled, name, etc.). She questions the validity that this is my box. Huh?? Did I not give you the door tag with the tracking number with my name on it as well as my ID? She proceeds to inform me that it isn't addressed to me (it had my name on the original label with a new label with her company name on it below it.... CLEARLY VISIBLE!). I have now been inside of this place for 15 minutes. She does whatever the hell she does to release a package and scans the package (which scans and shows the information for said package) she's still not satisfied. She finally concedes to give it to me and gives me a paper to sign (time, date, printed name, signature, a drop of blood, my first born, etc.). Upon doing so, I grab the package (now 22 minutes inside this mail hell hole) and turn to leave.... she doesn't say thank you OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER, she just stares at the paper I signed as if she is mesmerized. IF you live in the area and this is your "access point" for UPS.... sign up for whatever that crap is to be notified about your package (it's an account of some sorts) and select the option to not leave it with this woman. read more

Had to emergency use this PO Box rental after a residence fire. The blond/gray haired heavy foreign accented lady at counter was very defensive about renting to me. I rented box for three months, $90 put on credit. Got charged a $35 deposit for PO Box key return fee. She treated me like a criminal, barking orders at me. NOT good customer service. I just killed her with kindness and respect. FOR THREE MONTHS, I DID NOT GET MY BILLS OR MAIL ! I had to phone call all my credit cards, banks, relatives, and labor union to change my mailing address every month to not screw up my credit or my files with them. HASSLE ! Later heard, that Van Nuy's post office carriers (only three blocks away) are the worst delivery record in San Fernando Valley. Couldn't get away from this merchant fast enough !! Turned in my keys (on time) and woman tried to keep my $35 deposit by playing word games to keep it. I had my receipt, so she was out of luck. I found out that USPS does not FORWARD your mail from such private PO Box businesses. NEVER, NEVER do business with this merchant. read more

I came here to get a document notarized. Not only was the woman who works there unprofessional but she refused to help. While licking her fingers to change each page of my document multiple times, she tells me she cannot help. I asked her why, and she proceeded to say JUST CAUSE. I asked just cause what. She then replied I don't understand it. My document is a petition to court that my attorney and I are initiating. It needs my signature to be notarized. I told her I can explain it and she refused and continued to yell that she refuses. She kept saying go somewhere else. I wish I could give a much lower rating. Don't go here!!! read more

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this mailbox center. The owner is very disrespectful and has no manners when treating customers. I received a notice telling me I had a package delivered to the mailbox and needed to pick it up. The lady was unable to find it and then accused me of lying about it. I showed her the note, she said it was her handwriting but she did not know what to tell me because the package was not there (in a very rude manner). Avoid this place. Go somewhere where you mail will be safe and you would be treated in a professional manner. read more
